背景技术
目前带式污泥脱水机脱水工艺，均是从污泥经混凝机后直接进入脱水带上，因为水流冲击导致布料不均匀，影响脱水效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种有效缓冲水流冲击，使污泥均匀布置在脱水带上的带式污泥脱水机布料器总成。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案包括固定架、固定杆、分布板，其特征在于，所述固定杆两端焊接有固定架，所述固定架两侧设有螺孔，所述分布板均匀对称通过螺栓固定在固定杆上。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明的有益效果：经分布板缓冲后，水流冲击力减小，并通过分布板重新分布后均匀布置在脱水带上。

如图1所示，本发明包括固定架1、固定杆2、分布板3，其特征在于，所述固定杆2两端焊接有固定架1，所述固定架1两侧设有螺孔4，所述分布板3均匀对称通过螺栓5固定在固定杆2上。
本发明的工作原理：通过螺孔4安装在带式污泥脱水机如流口处，污泥经分布板3缓冲、分布后均匀布置在脱水带上。
