本发明公开了一种电插头焊接机的本体上料机构,该电插头焊接机的本体上料机构的振动盘和直线振动供料器座固定于工厂地面,直线振动供料器座上设有直线振动供料器,直线振动供料器的供料槽一端连接着振动盘,直线振动供料器的供料槽另一端连接着“L”形进料槽的一端,“L”形进料槽靠着直线振动供料器的那端设有第一本体推料气缸,“L”形进料槽靠着第一本体推料气缸位置设有旋转台,旋转台安装于旋转换位气缸,旋转台上平面与“L”形进料槽内底面位于同一平面,“L”形进料槽的转角处设有第二本体推料气缸。通过上述方式,本发明组装焊接效率高,生产稳定性好,产品报废率低,总体生产效率高。

电插头在很多生活小家电中是连接用的快速插接部件,其使用非常广泛。不同种类的小家电其使用的电插头也是不一样,电插头的生产很多时候是采用人工组装焊接,其效率比较低,而且产品一致性也不是太好,容易造成产品报废。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电插头焊接机的本体上料机构,其组装焊接效率高,生产稳定性好,产品报废率低,总体生产效率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电插头焊接机的本体上料机构,该电插头焊接机的本体上料机构包括振动盘、直线振动供料器、直线振动供料器座、第一本体推料气缸、第二本体推料气缸、“L”形进料槽、旋转换位气缸、旋转台和本体上料机架,所述振动盘和直线振动供料器座固定于工厂地面,直线振动供料器座上设有直线振动供料器,直线振动供料器的供料槽一端连接着振动盘,直线振动供料器的供料槽另一端连接着“L”形进料槽的一端,“L”形进料槽靠着直线振动供料器的那端设有第一本体推料气缸,“L”形进料槽靠着第一本体推料气缸位置设有旋转台,旋转台安装于旋转换位气缸,旋转台上平面与“L”形进料槽内底面位于同一平面,“L”形进料槽的转角处设有第二本体推料气缸,第一本体推料气缸、第二本体推料气缸和旋转换位气缸均固定于本体上料机架,本体上料机架固定于工厂地面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电插头焊接机的本体上料机构,其组装焊接效率高,生产稳定性好,产品报废率低,总体生产效率高。

一种电插头焊接机的本体上料机构,该电插头焊接机的本体上料机构包括振动盘20、直线振动供料器21、直线振动供料器座22、第一本体推料气缸23、第二本体推料气缸24、“L”形进料槽25、旋转换位气缸26、旋转台27和本体上料机架28,所述振动盘20和直线振动供料器座22固定于工厂地面,直线振动供料器座22上设有直线振动供料器21,直线振动供料器21的供料槽29一端连接着振动盘20,直线振动供料器21的供料槽29另一端连接着“L”形进料槽25的一端,“L”形进料槽25靠着直线振动供料器21的那端设有第一本体推料气缸23,“L”形进料槽25靠着第一本体推料气缸23位置设有旋转台27,旋转台27安装于旋转换位气缸26,旋转台27上平面与“L”形进料槽25内底面位于同一平面,“L”形进料槽25的转角处设有第二本体推料气缸24,第一本体推料气缸23、第二本体推料气缸24和旋转换位气缸26均固定于本体上料机架28,本体上料机架28固定于工厂地面。
本发明电插头焊接机的本体上料机构,其组装焊接效率高,生产稳定性好,产品报废率低,总体生产效率高。
