本发明涉及一种蜗壳式湿式除尘器，烟气进口(1)位于蜗壳(2)上部，溢流管(5)安装于蜗壳(2)的左侧，进水管(6)安装于蜗壳(2)的右侧，排渣阀(4)安装于蜗壳(2)的底部，烟气出口(3)安装于蜗壳(2)中间，通过进水管(6)对蜗壳(2)的底部放水，液面达到溢流管(5)的位置，即关闭，当含尘烟气从烟气进口(1)进入后，碰到液面除尘后，再转90度后，从烟气出口(3)流出除尘后的烟气，含尘废水则从排渣阀(4)排出。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种蜗壳式湿式除尘器，属于环保除尘领域。
背景技术
 当前，锅炉因除尘技术问题，对环境污染大，因些需要更为高效的除尘设备。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种蜗壳式湿式除尘器，以实现高效除尘的目的。
为实现上述的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种蜗壳式湿式除尘器，包含：
烟气进口(1)、蜗壳(2)、烟气出口(3) 、排渣阀(4) 、溢流管(5)、进水管(6)；如附图1所示。
以下结合附图，说明本发明的技术构造及方法：烟气进口(1)位于蜗壳(2)上部，溢流管(5)安装于蜗壳(2)的左侧，进水管(6)安装于蜗壳(2)的右侧，排渣阀(4)安装于蜗壳(2)的底部，烟气出口(3)安装于蜗壳(2)中间，通过进水管(6)对蜗壳(2)的底部放水，液面达到溢流管(5)的位置，即关闭，当含尘烟气从烟气进口(1)进入后，碰到液面除尘后，再转90度后，从烟气出口(3)流出除尘后的烟气，含尘废水则从排渣阀(4)排出。
本发明的有益效果：除尘高效，运行成本低。

1. 一种蜗壳式湿式除尘器，包含：烟气进口(1)、蜗壳(2)、烟气出口(3) 、排渣阀(4) 、溢流管(5)、进水管(6)；其特征在于：烟气进口(1)位于蜗壳(2)上部，溢流管(5)安装于蜗壳(2)的左侧，进水管(6)安装于蜗壳(2)的右侧，排渣阀(4)安装于蜗壳(2)的底部，烟气出口(3)安装于蜗壳(2)中间，通过进水管(6)对蜗壳(2)的底部放水，液面达到溢流管(5)的位置，即关闭，当含尘烟气从烟气进口(1)进入后，碰到液面除尘后，再转90度后，从烟气出口(3)流出除尘后的烟气，含尘废水则从排渣阀(4)排出。
