本发明是一种蜂窝式太阳能集热板,即箱式太阳灶及真空太阳能热管式热水器的吸热涂层可直接换用市售的柔软活性炭蜂窝板,而平板式太阳能热水器的太阳能吸热板,太阳能热发电高塔顶部的高温集热器,以及余热锅炉的超导热管的吸热端,用含吸热涂层的刚性蜂窝板即可,由于蜂窝式吸热板的受光面积大,反光率低,不用太阳光自动跟踪装置,故结构简单,光/热转换效率高,还可用于激光动力飞行器。

本发明是一种太阳能集热板,特指一种蜂窝式太阳能集热板。
背景技术
现有太阳能集热板反光较大,不论是真空太阳能热管或箱式太阳灶的吸热涂层面,平板式太阳能热水器的太阳能集热板,以及太阳能热发电的高温集热器,都有较大的反光损失,故光/热转换效率一般。
发明内容
本发明是一种蜂窝式太阳能集热板。
其技术方案是;采用柔软的活性炭蜂窝板或含吸热涂层的刚性蜂窝板,其众多蜂窝孔相当于一个个高效吸光的黑腔,故还可用于超导热管吸热端及激光动力飞行器。
其有益效果是,蜂窝式太阳能集热板的光接收角大,反光率低,不用太阳光自动跟踪装置,故结构简单,光/热转换效率高。
具体实施方式
本发明的蜂窝式太阳能集热板,采用市售柔软的活性炭蜂窝板,或含吸热涂层的刚性金属或非金属盲孔/通孔蜂窝板,可供不同的产品用;
箱式太阳灶及太阳能热管式热水器的吸热涂层,可直接换用市售的柔软活性炭蜂窝板,例如;太阳能海水淡化的斜坡式温室内,用一层漂浮在海水面上的泡沫玻璃通孔蜂窝式太阳能集热板来收集阳光,蒸发的水汽在斜屋顶玻璃上凝结成淡水,而浓缩的海水可进一步加工成海盐。
平板式太阳能热水器的太阳能吸热板、碟式聚光太阳灶焦点处的太阳能吸热板,以及太阳能热发电的高温集热器,用含吸热涂层的刚性盲孔蜂窝板即可,例如;太阳能热发电的高温集热器,用含吸热涂层的铸钢盲孔蜂窝板。
含吸热涂层的刚性蜂窝板的超导热管,可供余热锅炉和热管式热水器等,例如一种碟式太阳能热水器,其聚光镜焦点处的高温集热器为含吸热涂层的刚性盲孔蜂窝板的超导热管吸热端,且超导热管散热端位于保温水箱内;而对于余热锅炉,用含吸热涂层的刚性金属通孔蜂窝板做超导热管吸热端,以高温流体在通孔蜂窝流通。

1.一种由柔软活性炭蜂窝板、刚性蜂窝板,超导热管组成的蜂窝式太阳能集热板,其特征是;含吸热涂层的蜂窝板为盲孔或通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝式太阳能集热板,其特征是;超导热管吸热端采用含吸热涂层的刚性蜂窝板。
