技术领域
本发明专利设计一种平板型太阳集热器。特别是一种内聚光蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器。
背景技术
本发明专利是在本人已申请的发明专利:“双层蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器”(201010608016.2)的基础上,经过实践和因使用在家庭阳台上,必须垂直安装的要求,得以改进的专利技术。平板型太阳集热器在垂直安装情况下,阳光照射的强度和时间都会受到限制,影响了底层家庭的使用。此外如何提高平板型太阳集热器的集热温度,在工农业上得以推广应用,也是亟待介决。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的:是对现有的平板型太阳集热器在家庭阳台垂直安装情况下,采光的不足,提供一种内聚光蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器。达到提高采光强度的目的。
实现上述发明的技术方案是:在实施双层蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器的方案基础上,加以改进。
1,将框架结构改成除可以在正面安装透明采光盖板外,在顶面也需安装透明采光盖板。图
2,将下层蜂窝夹芯和底铝板不喷涂任何吸收膜料。这样在太阳光照射下产生了强烈的聚光作用,被反射到介质管和上层吸收蜂窝夹芯底部而吸收,提高了采光强度。
根据多次试验,集热温度有很大提高。充分证明了这项技术方案是先进的、可行的。本发明专利的有益效果是:技术先进、构思新颖、结构合理、太阳能利用率高、安全可靠、易产业化、成本低、适用性广。

具体实施方式
1,用铝型材做成如图所示的框架。将框架左、右、下三个侧面封住保温
2,将保温板放置框架底部。
3,根据设计要求将下层铝蜂窝夹芯展开、整形和铝底板组合并清除表面灰尘,保持光洁。这个组合叫内聚光蜂窝夹芯。放置在保温板上。
4,根据设计要求焊接介质管,並喷吸收膜层。
5,根据介质管尺寸,将上层铝蜂窝夹芯加工出若干孔槽,经展开整形后,喷涂吸收膜层。
6,将介质管嵌入上层蜂窝夹芯孔槽内,组成蜂窝夹芯翅管式集热板,再装在下层内聚光蜂窝夹芯层上。
7,最后在框架的正面和顶面装上采光盖板。顶面可做成斜面,易于排水。盖板做成真空状,将获得最佳保温效果。
按照上述具体实施方式制成的内聚光蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器,是将采光、聚热、吸热和保温等功能集合成一体的最佳平板型太阳集热器。

1.一种内聚光蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器,其特征在于,它是由两面采光框架、采光盖板、蓄热蜂窝夹芯翅管式集热板和内聚光蜂窝夹芯板叠合组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种内聚光蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器,其特征在于,框架应是正面和顶面可以安装采光盖板的结构。顶面可以是斜面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种内聚光蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器,其特征在于,上层是蜂窝夹芯翅管式集热板。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种内聚光蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器,其特征在于,下层是内聚光蜂窝夹芯板。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种内聚光蜂窝夹芯式平板型太阳集热器,其特征在于,采光盖板是采用玻璃纤维增强聚酯塑料(FRP)板制作。
