Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种碟式太阳能热利用系统,包括太阳能聚光系统、聚热器和热交换系统,太阳能聚光系统通过聚热器与热交换系统连接;太阳能聚光系统包括支架和碟式聚光镜,支架上安装有回转装置和用于控制回转装置旋转的配电控制箱,碟式聚光镜安装在回转装置上;蝶式聚光镜为先变形后钢化的高透光超白玻璃制成的反光镜,其边角上设置有用于检测太阳光的跟踪装置,该跟踪装置与配电控制箱连接;聚热器由三角支架与蝶式聚光镜相连接。本实用新型的有益效果是:碟式聚光镜采用先变形后钢化的高透光超白玻璃制成的反光镜,并且通过跟踪装置和回转装置使得碟式太阳能聚光系统能根据太阳光的角度自动调节,具有聚集准确、反射效率高、成本低的特点。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及太阳能能源利用领域,具体的说是一种碟式太阳能热利用系统。背景技术
[0002] 太阳能是指太阳光的辐射能量,是一种可再生能源。太阳能利用的基本方式可分为光-热利用、光-电利用、光-化学利用、光-生物利用四类。
[0003] 光-电利用的实质是太阳能发电,主要有两种方式:①光-热-电转换,即利用太阳辐射所产生的热能发电,一般是用太阳能集热器将所吸收的热能转换为工质的蒸汽,然后由蒸汽驱动气轮机带动发电机发电,前一过程为光-热转换,后一过 程为热-电转换•’②光-电转换,其基本原理是利用光生伏特效应将太阳辐射能直接转换为电能,它的基本装置是太阳能电池。光热利用是指将太阳辐射能收集起来,通过与物质的相互作用转换成热能加以利用。目前使用最多的太阳能收集装置,主要有平板型集热器、真空管集热器和聚焦集热器等3种。常见的光-热转换的技术主要有太阳能热水器、开水器、干燥器、太阳灶、太阳能温室、太阳房、太阳能海水淡化装置等。
[0004]目前,室内热水大都通过太阳能热水器和电能热水器两种方式供应,其中,太阳能热水器由于其储水能力有限,因此使用量也有限,而且太阳能热水器采用平板式集热器,其热转化率相对不高,并且会受一天中太阳光照射角度的影响;而电能热水器会消耗电能。另一方面,北方的冬季由于严寒一般会提供供暖,但供暖方式大都采用烧煤取其热量。煤为不可再生资源,且燃烧会产生大量二氧化碳、二氧化硫等有毒有害气体,对环境造成危害。

[0006] 本实用新型的技术方案是:一种碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:它包括太阳能聚光系统、聚热器和热交换系统,太阳能聚光系统通过聚热器与热交换系统连接;所述的太阳能聚光系统包括支架和碟式聚光镜,支架上安装有回转装置和用于控制回转装置旋转的配电控制箱,碟式聚光镜安装在回转装置上;所述的蝶式聚光镜为先变形后钢化的高透光超白玻璃制成的反光镜,其边角上设置有用于检测太阳光的跟踪装置,该跟踪装置与配电控制箱连接;所述的聚热器由三角支架与蝶式聚光镜相连接。
[0007] 优选的是:所述的热交换系统包括交换水箱和与交换水箱相连接的导热油泵、交换水箱与聚热器之间连接有热导热油管路和冷导热油管路。

[0013] 本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过采用碟式太阳能聚光系统与聚热器和热交换系统相结合,提高了热能转化效率;碟式聚光镜采用先变形后钢化的高透光超白玻璃制成的反光镜,具有聚集准确、反射效率高、成本低的特点;通过跟踪装置和回转装置使得碟式太阳能聚光系统能根据太阳光的角度自动调节,尽最大可能吸收太阳辐射能。

[0016] 一种碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:它包括太阳能聚光系统、聚热器6和热交换系统,太阳能聚光系统通过聚热器6与热交换系统连接;所述的太阳能聚光系统包括支架3和碟式聚光镜5,支架3上安装有回转装置I和用于控制回转装置I旋转的配电控制箱2,碟式聚光镜5安装在回转装置I上,回转装置I由电机控制,通过法兰盘与碟式聚光镜5连接;所述的蝶式聚光镜5为先变形后钢化的高透光超白玻璃制成的大小为l-2m2的反光镜,并在其表面涂有增反射膜;碟式聚光镜5的边角上设置有用于检测太阳光的跟踪装置4,该跟踪装置4与配电控制箱2连接;所述的聚热器6由三角支架12与蝶式聚光镜5相连接,聚热器6为耐高温的铸铁管。热交换系统包括交换水箱10和与交换水箱10相连接的导热油泵9、交换水箱10与聚热器6之间连接有热导热油管路8和冷导热油管路7,其中,交换水箱10为耐高温、导热性强的铸铜管组成的螺旋式管盘。
[0017] 工作时,聚光镜5将太阳能辐射能量聚集到集热器6上,集热器6升温加热管道中的预热油,经过加热后的导热油从管路进入交换水箱10,从而促使交换水箱10内的水升温,完成交换后冷却的导热油被循环系统送回集热器继续加热,以此形成循环。通过跟踪器4发出的信号传递到配电控制箱2控制电机带动回转装置I转动,使聚光镜5随太阳光上下左右旋转,达到聚光镜收光效果最佳的位置。

1. 一种碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:它包括太阳能聚光系统、聚热器(6)和热交换系统,太阳能聚光系统通过聚热器(6)与热交换系统连接;所述的太阳能聚光系统包括支架(3)和碟式聚光镜(5),支架(3)上安装有回转装置(I)和用于控制回转装置(I)旋转的配电控制箱(2),碟式聚光镜(5)安装在回转装置(I)上;所述的蝶式聚光镜(5)为先变形后钢化的高透光超白玻璃制成的反光镜,其边角上设置有用于检测太阳光的跟踪装置(4),该跟踪装置(4)与配电控制箱(2)连接;所述的聚热器(6)由三角支架(12)与蝶式聚光镜(5)相连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:所述的热交换系统包括交换水箱(10)和与交换水箱(10)相连接的导热油泵(9)、交换水箱(10)与聚热器(6)之间连接有热导热油管路(8)和冷导热油管路(7)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:所述的交换水箱(10)为耐高温、导热性强的铸铜管组成的螺旋式管盘。
4.按照权利要求1所述的碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:所述的聚热器(6)为耐闻温的铸铁管。
5.按照权利要求1所述的碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:所述的回转装置(I)由电机控制,通过法兰盘与碟式聚光镜(5)连接。
6.按照权利要求1所述的碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:所述蝶式聚光镜(5)的玻璃大小为l_2m2。
7.按照权利要求1或6所述的碟式太阳能热利用系统,其特征在于:所述的蝶式聚光镜(5)表面涂有增反射膜。
