本发明公开了一种特殊材质的金属垫片,该装置依次包括:包括环形金属骨架,所述环形金属骨架的上表面、下表面设有若干个同心圆的环形凹槽,在环形金属骨架的上表面、下表面复合有膨胀石墨,在环形金属骨架的内边缘和外边缘均设有包边。本发明密封效果好,能在各种腐蚀性化学药品流体强碱、盐酸,硫酸等强腐蚀性液体、有机溶剂、液氮等环境下使用,能广泛用于石油、化工、化纤、采煤、发电、冶金等工业设备所用法兰、阀门、反应釜、泵、压力容器、热交换器、冷凝器、发电机、空气压缩机、排气管、制冷机等的密封。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封装置,特别是涉及一种特殊材质的金属垫片。
背景技术
本发明作出以前,以往石墨复合垫中间的金属骨架厚度一般为0. 1-0. 2mm之间,工作压力只限于15Mpa之内,普通齿形、波齿垫上下没有复合材料而且无内外包边,密封效果大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种特殊材质的金属垫片。
一种特殊材质的金属垫片,包括环形金属骨架,其特征在于:所述环形金属骨架的上表面、下表面设有若干个同心圆的环形凹槽,在环形金属骨架的上表面、下表面复合有膨胀石墨,在环形金属骨架的内边缘和外边缘均设有包边。
如权利要求1所述的一种内外包边高压石墨金属垫,其特征在于:所述环形金属骨架的厚度为2-3mm,所述包边为金属材料。
本发明的优点:
本发明,密封效果好,能在各种腐蚀性化学药品流体强碱、盐酸,硫酸等强腐蚀性液体、有机溶剂、液氮等环境下使用,能广泛用于石油、化工、化纤、采煤、发电、冶金等工业设备所用法兰、阀门、反应釜、泵、压力容器、热交换器、冷凝器、发电机、空气压缩机、排气管、制冷机等的密封。
