地轮传动机构，一支承架的两侧上分别固定有呈相对布置的齿轮箱及轴承座，支承架上开有与齿轮箱及轴承座对应的通孔，在轴承座中装有调心轴承，调心轴承上装有轴头，齿轮箱的输入轴与一传动杆联接，传动杆穿过通孔与轴头构成传动配合。将轴头与地轮连接，将齿轮箱的输出轴通过另一传动机构与播种机构或施肥机构联接，即可通过地轮的转动来传动播种机构或施肥机构；当地轮在高低不平的田间行走出现浮动，地轮的轴线在一定的范围内发生倾斜时，通过调心轴承具有调心性能以及传动杆与轴头构成传动配合，地轮仍能正常工作。本发明结构合理、工作可靠、使用寿命长，它在使用中故障率低，可提到工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种传动机构，具体地说是一种播种机或施肥机中的地轮传动机构。
背景技术
在播种机或施肥机中，播种机构或施肥机构通常是由地轮（行走轮或镇压轮）来驱动的，既播种机构或施肥机构与地轮间连接有传动机构，由地轮转动时通过传动机构传动播种机构或施肥机构。现有的地轮传动机构通常为链传动机构，采用链传动机构，可适应地轮在田地中行走时的浮动，且能保证可靠地传动；但现有的链传动机构存在的欠缺是：外形尺寸较大；在田地中工作时，链传动机构容易夹草，一则，需不断的及时清理，影响工作效率，二则影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种地轮传动机构，该传动机构传动平稳、可靠，且工作中没有夹草现象。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下方案：地轮传动机构，一支承架的两侧上分别固定有呈相对布置的齿轮箱及轴承座，支承架上开有与齿轮箱及轴承座对应的通孔，在轴承座中装有调心轴承，调心轴承上装有轴头，齿轮箱的输入轴与一传动杆联接，传动杆穿过通孔与轴头构成传动配合。
由上述方案可见，将轴头与地轮连接，将齿轮箱的输出轴通过另一传动机构与播种机构或施肥机构联接，即可通过地轮的转动来传动播种机构或施肥机构；当地轮在高低不平的田间行走出现浮动，地轮的轴线在一定的范围内发生倾斜时，通过调心轴承具有调心性能以及传动杆与轴头构成的传动配合，地轮仍能正常工作。
本发明结构合理、工作可靠、使用寿命长，它在使用中故障率低，可提到工作效率。

本发明提供的地轮传动机构具有一支承架1，支承架1的两侧上分别固定有呈相对布置的齿轮箱6及轴承座2，支承架1上开有与齿轮箱及轴承座对应的通孔1a，在轴承座2中装有调心轴承3，调心轴承3上装有轴头4，齿轮箱6的输入轴与一传动杆5联接，传动杆5穿过通孔1a与轴头4构成传动配合。所述的齿轮箱6为市售产品。

本实施例中，传动杆5的杆体为六棱柱形，传动杆5与轴头配合的一端为呈十字形的连接头5a，轴头4的一端具有呈十字形的凹槽4a，连接头5a与凹槽4a构成传动配合。
由图1可见，将轴头4与地轮8连接，以轴头4为地轮8的轮轴，将齿轮箱6的输出轴通过另一传动机构7与播种机构或施肥机构联接，地轮8在行走中转动时，即可由轴头4传动传动杆5，进而通过齿轮箱6的输出轴传动播种机构或施肥机构。

1.地轮传动机构，其特征在于：一支承架的两侧上分别固定有呈相对布置的齿轮箱及轴承座，支承架上开有与齿轮箱及轴承座对应的通孔，在轴承座中装有调心轴承，调心轴承上装有轴头，齿轮箱的输入轴与一传动杆联接，传动杆穿过通孔与轴头构成传动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地轮传动机构，其特征在于：传动杆的杆体为六棱柱形，传动杆与轴头配合的一端为呈十字形的连接头，轴头的一端具有呈十字形的凹槽，连接头与凹槽构成传动配合。
