技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构技术领域,尤其是涉及一种减震钢结构。
背景技术
目前,钢结构建筑已经广泛使用,其最具优势之处在于其整体性较强。但是,将钢结构建筑使用于震动相对较大的厂房等处,尤其是还需要在钢结构建筑内放置计算机等设备时,该钢结构所具有的整体性较强的优势即变为劣势,原因在于外界的震动毫无保留的传递至室内。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种减震钢结构,它具有其楼板上的震动较小的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:减震钢结构,包括钢制的立柱和钢制的楼板,所述立柱包括上柱和下柱,该上柱的下端设有插孔,该下柱的上端设有和该插孔相配的插柱,且该上柱和该下柱的接触处设置有木质减震垫圈,同时,该楼板焊接于该上柱的上部侧面。
所述插孔的横截面和该插柱的横截面均为正八边形。
所述木质减震垫圈为槐木材料制备。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:楼板上的震动较小。本发明的减震钢结构的立柱分为连接在一起的上柱和下柱,且该上柱和下柱之间设有木质减震垫圈,从而地面的震动被该木质减震垫圈进行了较大程度的过滤,之后方可经过该上柱到达楼板,进而楼板受到的震动较小。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1至图3所示:减震钢结构,包括钢制的立柱10和钢制的楼板20。更进一步的讲,该立柱10包括上柱11和下柱12。该上柱11的下端设有插孔111,该下柱12的上端设有和该插孔111相配的插柱121,且该上柱11和该下柱12的接触处设置有木质减震垫圈30。同时,该楼板20焊接于该上柱11的上部侧面。这样,该木质减震垫圈30有效过滤了该楼板20可能受到的震动,且该楼板20所焊接的位置不会影响该钢结构向上继续施工,即,形成楼房结构。
优化的:
该插孔111的横截面和该插柱121的横截面均为正八边形。当然,该插孔111的横截面指的是该插孔111的内腔的横截面。这样,避免了该上柱11和该下柱12之间产生旋转。
该木质减震垫圈30为槐木材料制备。这样,充分利用了槐木材料易得,且硬度和韧度适中的特点,从而使该减震钢结构的制备成本较低,且维修方便。

1.减震钢结构,包括钢制的立柱(10)和钢制的楼板(20),其特征在于:所述立柱(10)包括上柱(11)和下柱(12),该上柱(11)的下端设有插孔(111),该下柱(12)的上端设有和该插孔(111)相配的插柱(121),且该上柱(11)和该下柱(12)的接触处设置有木质减震垫圈(30),同时,该楼板(20)焊接于该上柱(11)的上部侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减震钢结构,其特征在于:所述插孔(111)的横截面和该插柱(121)的横截面均为正八边形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减震钢结构,其特征在于:所述木质减震垫圈(30)为槐木材料制备。
