技术领域
本发明涉及通用机械加工技术领域,尤其是一种用于协助加工球型等弯曲面上的蜂孔的工具。
背景技术
现有的在球型或非平面的壳体上加工蜂孔,由于不在开孔基准面不断变化,一般都需要一个一个孔的加工,每开一个孔需要重新在球型等弯曲平面找下一个孔的加工基准,因而非常工艺十分复杂,生产效率很低,合格率也不高,加工成本很高。因而需要一种工具,以协助加工球型或非平面壳体上蜂孔。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种蜂孔加工工具,以解决在球型或非平面壳体上加工蜂孔的工艺复杂,效率低,成本高的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种蜂孔加工工具包括有前端封口的外套筒,所述外套筒内套装有内套筒,所述内套筒末端伸出所述外套筒并设有手柄部,所述手柄部开有孔与所述内套筒内部空间连通,所述手柄部的开孔处设有锁紧螺钉,所述内套筒的前端密封安装有柔性软膜,所述外套筒前端封口处设有多个穿过所述封口的开孔钉。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述柔性软膜为PVC软膜。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本蜂孔加工工具在外套筒的前部设置多个开孔钉,内套筒前端设置柔性软膜,使用时在本工具的前端开孔钉的尖刀部靠紧需要加工的球型壳体外表面,将内套筒推进使内套筒的柔性软膜压紧开孔钉的圆形球体部,此时内套筒尾部的锁紧螺钉松开通气,以保证开孔钉尾部受压的压力相同,开孔钉的尖刀部均能靠紧待球型壳体表面,以确定多个蜂孔的开孔基准,再扭紧锁紧螺钉,再推进内套筒,使柔性软膜在恒定气压的作用下,使开孔钉插入球型壳体。本工具无需一次完成多个蜂孔的加工,无需逐个蜂孔加工,逐个蜂孔找加工基准,大大提高了加工效率和较高成本,合格率也大幅提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1、图2、图3所示的蜂孔加工工具,它包括有前端封口7的外套筒1, 外套筒1与封口7之间设有密封圈。外套筒1内套装有内套筒2,内套筒2末端伸出外套筒2的末端,并设有手柄部,所述手柄部开有孔与内套筒2内部空间连通,所述手柄部的开孔处设有锁紧螺钉3,内套筒2的前端密封安装有柔性软膜4,该柔性软膜4选用高强度且韧性好的PVC软膜。外套筒1前端封口7处设有多个穿过封口7的开孔钉5,该开孔钉5前端设有刺穿壳体的尖刀部8,末端设有圆形球部9,以承接柔性软膜4的压力。使用时在本工具的前端开孔钉的尖刀部8靠紧需要加工的球型壳体6外表面,将内套筒2推进使内套筒的柔性软膜压紧开孔钉的圆形球体部9,此时内套筒2尾部的锁紧螺钉3松开通气,以保证开孔钉5尾部受压的压力相同,开孔钉的尖刀部8均能靠紧待球型壳体6表面,以确定多个蜂孔的开孔基准,再扭紧锁紧螺钉3,再推进内套筒2,使柔性软膜4在恒定气压的作用下,压至开孔钉5插入球型壳体6。

1.一种蜂孔加工工具,其特征在于:包括有前端封口的外套筒,所述外套筒内套装有内套筒,所述内套筒末端伸出所述外套筒并设有手柄部,所述手柄部开有孔与所述内套筒内部空间连通,所述手柄部的开孔处设有锁紧螺钉,所述内套筒的前端密封安装有柔性软膜,所述外套筒前端封口处设有多个穿过所述封口的开孔钉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂孔加工工具,其特征在于:所述柔性软膜为PVC软膜。
