本发明公开了一种油标尺管封堵机构，包括前套体和后套体，后套体的前部插入前套体的孔内，在后套体的前端与前套体的内端面之间设有弹簧，前套体后部内侧设有环槽，环槽位于后套体前部外侧，环槽的直径自前端向后端渐渐变小，在后套体的前部有孔，钢球位于该孔内，后套体的内孔处螺纹连接有丝杆，丝杆的前端连接封堵圈，丝杆的后端接有手轮。整体结构简单、封堵严密、操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油标尺管的封堵机构，是用于汽车发动机的油标尺管的封堵。
背景技术
对汽车发动机内腔通道气体密封实验是发动机机体总成生产线的关键工序，必须将油标尺管进行封堵，目前没有较好的封堵机构，给密封实验带来麻烦，为了严密封堵油标尺管操作人员利用了多种方式进行封堵，结果均不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、封堵严密、操作方便的油标尺管封堵机构，克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的油标尺管封堵机构，包括前套体和后套体，后套体的前部插入前套体的孔内，在后套体的前端与前套体的内端面之间设有弹簧，前套体后部内侧设有环槽，环槽位于后套体前部外侧，环槽的直径自前端向后端渐渐变小，在后套体的前部有孔，钢球位于该孔内，后套体的内孔处螺纹连接有丝杆，丝杆的前端连接封堵圈，丝杆的后端接有手轮。
所述的丝杆的前端通过卡环连接有压头，所述的封堵圈套装在压头前端部。
本发明的油标尺管封堵机构，使用时先将前套体和后套体相对靠近，使弹簧被压缩，钢球进入环槽内直径较大处，然后将前套体插在油标尺管外侧，使油标尺管进入后套体前部内孔并油标尺管端头趆过钢球，松手后在弹簧作用下，本机构卡在油标尺管上，转动手轮即可将封堵圈压靠在油标尺管的端口处，达到封堵的目的。整体结构简单、封堵严密、操作方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：1为汽车发动机的油标尺管。本机构包括前套体3和后套体10，后套体10的前部插入前套体3的孔内，在后套体10的前端与前套体3的内端面之间设有弹簧2，前套体3后部内侧加工有环槽4，环槽4位于后套体10前部外侧，环槽4的直径自前端向后端渐渐变小，在后套体10的前部有孔，钢球5位于该孔内，后套体10的内孔处螺纹连接有丝杆9，丝杆9的前端通过卡环8连接有压头7，压头7套装在丝杆9的前端头，丝杆9前端面为球面，该球面顶靠在压头7内孔端面上是，防止丝杆9转动时压头7随之转动。封堵圈6紧固套装在压头7前端部。丝杆9的后端接有手轮11。
使用时先将前套体3和后套体10相对靠近，使弹簧2被压缩，钢球5进入环槽4内直径较大处，然后将前套体3插在油标尺管1外侧，使油标尺管1进入后套体10前部内孔并油标尺管1端头趆过钢球5，松手后在弹簧2作用下，本机构卡在油标尺管1上，转动手轮11即可将封堵圈6压靠在油标尺管1的端口处，达到封堵的目的。整体结构简单、封堵严密、操作方便。

1.一种油标尺管封堵机构，其特征在于：包括前套体（3）和后套体（10），后套体（10）的前部插入前套体（3）的孔内，在后套体（10）的前端与前套体（3）的内端面之间设有弹簧（2），前套体（3）后部内侧设有环槽（4），环槽（4）位于后套体（10）前部外侧，环槽（4）的直径自前端向后端渐渐变小，在后套体（10）的前部有孔，钢球（5）位于该孔内，后套体（10）的内孔处螺纹连接有丝杆（9），丝杆（9）的前端连接封堵圈（6），丝杆（9）的后端接有手轮（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油标尺管封堵机构，其特征在于：所述的丝杆（9）的前端通过卡环（8）连接有压头（7），所述的封堵圈（6）套装在压头（7）前端部。
