本发明涉及一种铜硬钎焊钎料,尤其是一种用于铜质散热器硬钎焊的银铜钎料。
背景技术
铜硬钎焊技术的应用范围很广,可生产用于客车、卡车和工程机械的散热器、暖风机、机油冷却器、中冷器、冷凝器和蒸发器等。然而,与传统软锡焊工艺相比,铜硬钎焊工艺需要能在600℃以上的高温下仍能保持良好的强度和热性能的新型高强度钎料。使用这种材料,设计人员可以设计出强度高且更薄更小的散热器,从而减轻散热器重量,降低成本。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种用于铜质散热器硬钎焊的银铜钎料,它熔点低,流动性好,在高温下仍能保持良好的强度和热性能,是一种理想的铜基硬钎焊钎料,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于铜质散热器硬钎焊的银铜钎料,其特征在于:所述的银铜钎料组成成分包括:Cu、Ag、P、Ni,其各组成成分按重量百分比依次为:Ag1.5-2.0%,P7.0-7.5%,Ni0.4-0.8%,Cu余量;所述钎料熔化温度范围在620~750℃之间,属铜硬钎焊用低温硬钎料;所述Ag能与Cu形成固溶体,既能增强接头的强度,又能降低钎料的熔点;所述Ni的加入,会提高钎料的流动性,但Ni也会与Cu形成脆化相,从而使脆性增大;所述P会与Cu固溶结合,提高焊缝的强度。
本发明具有如下优点:它熔点低,流动性好,具有良好的润湿性和铺展性能,能在较大温度范围内填充接头间隙,而且其焊缝细、牢固,质量可靠,还具有良好的力学性能和机械性能,配合银钎剂可以钎焊铜及黄铜散热器,也可用于电冰箱、空调器、电机和仪表行业钎焊铜及黄铜,是一种性能优良、用途较广的用于铜质散热器硬钎焊的银铜钎料。

一种用于铜质散热器硬钎焊的银铜钎料,其特征在于:所述的银铜钎料组成成分包括:Cu、Ag、P、Ni,其各组成成分按重量百分比依次为:Ag1.5-2.0%,P7.0-7.5%,Ni0.4-0.8%,Cu余量;所述钎料熔化温度范围在620~750℃之间,属铜硬钎焊用低温硬钎料;所述Ag能与Cu形成固溶体,既能增强接头的强度,又能降低钎料的熔点;所述Ni的加入,会提高钎料的流动性,但Ni也会与Cu形成脆化相,从而使脆性增大;所述P会与Cu固溶结合,提高焊缝的强度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜散热器钎焊用锡铅钎料,其特征在于:所述钎料熔化温度范围在620~750℃之间,属铜硬钎焊用低温硬钎料。
