背景技术
铜硬钎焊工艺与传统软钎焊工艺相比,铜硬钎焊工艺温度较易控制,成品率高,制造技术流程相对简化,然而铜硬钎焊工艺需要能在600℃以上的高温下仍能保持良好强度和热性能的钎焊材料。于是材料技术人员开始将研究符合铜硬钎焊技术使用的钎料作为重点。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种铜基硬钎焊钎料,它熔点低,熔化温度范围宽,流动性能好,是一种性能优良的铜基硬钎焊钎料,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种铜基硬钎焊钎料,其特征在于:所述的铜基硬钎焊钎料组成成分及各组分按重量百分比依次为:Sn 4.5-5.5%,P 6.5-7.5%,Ni 0.5-1.2%,Cu 余量;所述钎料熔化温度范围在617~665℃之间,属铜硬钎焊低温硬钎料;所述Sn能降低Cu的熔点,提高钎料的流动性;所述Ni能提高钎料的流动性,但Ni的加入也会与Cu形成脆化相,从而使脆性增大;所述P会与Cu固溶结合,提高焊缝的强度。
本发明具有如下优点:它熔点低,流动性好,具有良好的润湿性和铺展性能,而且其焊缝均匀致密、牢固可靠,还具有较高的强度,价格也不贵,配合银钎剂可以钎焊铜及黄铜,是一种性能优良、性价比高的铜基硬钎焊钎料。

下面结合实例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种铜基硬钎焊钎料,其特征在于:所述的铜基硬钎焊钎料组成成分及各组分按重量百分比依次为:Sn 4.5-5.5%,P 6.5-7.5%,Ni 0.5-1.2%,Cu 余量;所述钎料熔化温度范围在617~665℃之间,属铜硬钎焊低温硬钎料;所述Sn能降低Cu的熔点,提高钎料的流动性;所述Ni能提高钎料的流动性,但Ni的加入也会与Cu形成脆化相,从而使脆性增大;所述P会与Cu固溶结合,提高焊缝的强度。
