本发明一种制造空调分配器用的黄铜合金,它解决的是现有黄铜合金分配器在焊接毛细管时,易产生虚焊,产品合格率低的问题,本发明的黄铜合金按如下质量比高温熔化混合后冷却构成:铜55%-65%、锌32%-40%、锡1.5%-2%。本发明的黄铜合金分配器浸润性好,焊接毛细管虚焊少,产品合格率高。

一种制造空调分配器用的黄铜合金
技术领域
本发明涉及一种黄铜合金,尤其是一种制造空调分配器用的黄铜合金。
背景技术
分配器是空调系统中用来对循环介质进行分配的部件。空调用黄铜分配器结构是在实体上排列着众多的毛细孔,毛细管的孔径很小,有的小孔仅有φ3毫米的径。在一个很小的端面上往往排列着众多这样的毛细孔,这些毛细孔都是通过焊接上细铜管成为毛细管的。如果黄铜合金不具备良好的钎焊性能,那么极易造成虚焊等现象。黄铜合金要具备良好的钎焊性能,就要求黄铜合金具有良好的浸润性,当钎焊的温度达到后,黄铜合金即可自动吸附焊接中间物质。现有的黄铜合金都是由铜、锌和铅高温混合面成。这种合金的缺点是:浸润性不好,焊接时易产生虚焊,影响产品的合格率。
发明内容
本发明就是解决现有黄铜合金分配器在焊接毛细管时由于浸润性不好,易产生虚焊,影响产品合格率的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种制造空调分配器用的黄铜合金,它按如下质量比高温熔化混合构成:铜55%-65%、锌32%-40%、锡1.5%-2%。
采用上述技术方案所得的黄铜合金,由于浸润性好,因此不会产生虚焊。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明所的黄铜合金,浸润性好,在焊接毛细管时,产生虚焊现象很少,因此产品的合格率高。
具体实施方式
本发明一种制造空调分配器用的黄铜合金,按铜60%、锌38%、锡2%高温混合后冷却制得黄铜合金。
