Abstract

本发明涉及一种输油管道清管器,尤其是一种多功能射流清管器,其包括同轴线安装的推进装置、检测装置与射流除垢装置,所述推进装置的主体为推进腔,包括大口径的输入腔、口径逐渐变小的锥状腔以及小口径的输出腔,所述检测装置包括流体腔和由无损检测探头、位移传感器和数据存储器组成的检测模块构成,所述射流除垢装置包括呈喇叭状的射流腔体与射流喷嘴。本发明利用高压射流除垢原理,除垢效率高,同时可进行除垢效果检测和管壁缺陷检测,使得管道清洗作业与检测作业合二为一,作业效率高。

多功能射流清管器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输油管道清洁装置,尤其是一种多功能射流清管器。
背景技术
长期输送油、水、气等流体的管道会发生堵塞,需要对管道进行清理和疏通,同时,由于管道内壁长期受到油气中酸性物质或者其他腐蚀性物质的腐蚀,其内壁容易出现裂纹、剥落等缺陷,因此需要定期对其进行管道检测,以保证管道的安全运行。现有的工艺通常将检测作业与清管作业分离开来,工序复杂,效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的问题提供一种清垢效率高,可同时进行清管作业和检测作业的多功能射流清管器。
本发明的一种多功能射流清管器,包括同轴线安装的推进装置、检测装置及射流除垢装置,所述的推进装置为横置的酒杯状推进腔,包括大口径的输入腔部分、口径逐渐变小的椎状腔部分及小口径的输出腔部分,输入腔外表面设有第一凸缘和皮碗,皮碗通过螺栓固定在第一凸缘上,输出腔端部外表面设有第二凸缘;所述检测装置包括流体腔和由无损检测探头、位移传感器及数据存储器组成的检测模块,检测模块安装在流体腔外表面,流体腔内径与输出腔内径相同,且其两端外表面分别设有第三凸缘和第四凸缘;所述的射流除垢装置包括喇叭状的射流腔体及通过螺栓固定于射流腔体喇叭口端的射流喷嘴,射流腔体小口径端外表面设有第五凸缘,喇叭口端外表面设有刮削片,射流腔体外圆周上设有沿圆周方向布置的挡板,第二凸缘与第三凸缘间设有第一密封圈并通过螺栓连接,第四凸缘与第五凸缘间设有第二密封圈并通过螺栓连接,射流喷嘴与射流腔体之间设有第三密封圈,射流喷嘴上均匀布置有若干射流口。
上述技术方案中,所述的皮碗设置有三个,相邻皮碗间设有金属垫圈。
所述的检测模块设有六个无损检测探头,沿流体腔外圆周方向均匀布置。
所述的检测模块设有两个位移传感器,沿流体腔外圆周方向均匀布置。
采用本发明的多功能射流清管器,可在水力推动下快速前进,通过射流喷嘴形成高压水射流,强力冲击清洗管壁,在水射流清洗后利用刮削片进一步进行物理除垢。为了防止刮削片刮掉的污垢落入检测装置,在射流除垢装置靠近检测装置一侧设置了挡板。检测装置中的位移传感器可进行壁厚的测量,以测试清垢效果,无损检测探头的引入使得该清管器可以在清管作业的同时,进行管壁缺陷检测,无需再次进行检测作业,大大提高了管道清洗、检测的效率。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用高压射流除垢原理,除垢效率高,同时可进行除垢效果检测和管壁缺陷检测,使得管道清洗作业与检测作业合二为一,作业效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的多功能射流清管器,包括同轴线安装的推进装置1、检测装置2及射流除垢装置3,所述的推进装置1为横置的酒杯状推进腔4,包括大口径的输入腔4a部分、口径逐渐变小的锥状腔4b部分及小口径的输出腔4c部分,输入腔4a外表面设有第一凸缘5和皮碗6,皮碗6通过螺栓固定在第一凸缘5上,输出腔4c端部外表面设有第二凸缘9;所述检测装置2包括流体腔13和由无损检测探头14、位移传感器16及数据存储器15组成的检测模块,检测模块安装在流体腔13外表面,流体腔13内径与输出腔4c内径相同,且流体腔13两端外表面分别设有第三凸缘12和第四凸缘8;所述的射流除垢装置3包括喇叭状的射流腔体18及通过螺栓固定于射流腔体18喇叭口端的射流喷嘴19,射流腔体18小口径端外表面设有第五凸缘20,喇叭口端外表面设有刮削片22,射流腔体18外圆周上设有沿圆周方向布置的挡板21,第二凸缘9与第三凸缘12间设有第一密封圈10并通过螺栓连接,第四凸缘8与第五凸缘20间设有第二密封圈11并通过螺栓连接,射流喷嘴19与射流腔体18之间设有第三密封圈23,射流喷嘴19上均匀布置有若干射流口17。
上述技术方案中,所述的皮碗6设置有三个,相邻皮碗间设有金属垫圈7。
所述的检测模块设有六个无损检测探头14,沿流体腔13外圆周方向均匀布置。
所述的检测模块设有两个位移传感器16,沿流体腔13外圆周方向均匀布置。
本发明的多功能射流清管器,可在水力推动下快速前进,通过射流喷嘴19形成高压水射流,强力冲击清洗管壁,在水射流清洗后利用刮削片22进一步进行物理除垢。为了防止刮削片22刮掉的污垢落入检测装置2,在射流除垢装置3靠近检测装置2一侧设置了挡板21。检测装置2中的位移传感器16可进行壁厚的测量,以测试清垢效果,无损检测探头14的引入使得该清管器可以在清管作业的同时,进行管壁缺陷检测,无需再次进行检测作业,大大提高了管道清洗、检测的效率。

Claims (4)

1.一种多功能射流清管器,其特征在于包括同轴线安装的推进装置(1)、检测装置(2)及射流除垢装置(3),所述的推进装置(1)为横置的酒杯状推进腔(4),包括大口径的输入腔(4a)部分、口径逐渐变小的锥状腔(4b)部分及小口径的输出腔(4c)部分,输入腔(4a)外表面设有第一凸缘(5)和皮碗(6),皮碗(6)通过螺栓固定在第一凸缘(5)上,输出腔(4c)端部外表面设有第二凸缘(9);所述检测装置(2)包括流体腔(13)和由无损检测探头(14)、位移传感器(16)及数据存储器(15)组成的检测模块,检测模块安装在流体腔(13)外表面,流体腔(13)内径与输出腔(4c)内径相同,且流体腔(13)两端外表面分别设有第三凸缘(12)和第四凸缘(8);所述的射流除垢装置(3)包括喇叭状的射流腔体(18)及通过螺栓固定于射流腔体(18)喇叭口端的射流喷嘴(19),射流腔体(18)小口径端外表面设有第五凸缘(20),喇叭口端外表面设有刮削片(22),射流腔体(18)外圆周上设有沿圆周方向布置的挡板(21),第二凸缘(9)与第三凸缘(12)间设有第一密封圈(10)并通过螺栓连接,第四凸缘(8)与第五凸缘(20)间设有第二密封圈(11)并通过螺栓连接,射流喷嘴(19)与射流腔体(18)之间设有第三密封圈(23),射流喷嘴(19)上均匀布置有若干射流口(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能射流清管器,其特征在于所述的皮碗(6)设置有三个,相邻皮碗间设有金属垫圈(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能射流清管器,其特征在于所述的检测模块设有六个无损检测探头(14),沿流体腔(13)外圆周方向均匀布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型多功能射流清管器,其特征在于所述的检测模块设有两个位移传感器(16),沿流体腔(13)外圆周方向均匀布置。
