Abstract

一种微波辐射与药离子导入同步治疗头,由手柄、中间转接部分、核心头构成。治疗头外形为一个光滑整体结构,端部的核心头中心为同轴型微波辐射天线,外层包有半环状金属电极板,作为直流电泳术定向药离子导入电极。腔体外围有输药管及导药小孔,还包括入水和出水的循环冷却水通道,监测温度用的温度传感器。能很有效地进行微波辐射与药离子导入的同步化治疗。

Description

微波辐射与药离子导入同步治疗头
本发明属于医疗电子器件领域,特别是涉及到用微波辐射及导入药物同步治疗的电子医疗器械。
近年来,将微波引入人的肌体内治疗疾病,已成为医疗仪器研究的热门。如北京医科大学发明的用于治疗前列腺的体内微波热疗探头。同时,国外诸多公司也相继开发出多种微波体内热疗探头。
将微波引入体内,可直接向病变处辐射,辐射产生的热能,能提高病变处温度,舒血化淤,提高局部免疫力和痛觉阀值,并可使肿瘤或增生组织萎缩、坏死,从而达到治疗目的。
但是,对于有炎病症来说,这种单一的微波热疗方法就显得力不从心了。因此,开发一种既有微波热疗功能又有药物消炎功能的探头,将成为此领域研究的需要。如发明专利91108262.X提出一种”中药微波前列腺治疗仪”,利用一种装好中药栓的探头辐射器,置入患者肛门直肠腔内进行治疗。有其通步性但也有局限性,只能配有少数几种中药栓剂进行治疗,无法对被治疗处进行温度的监测与控制,也缺少对探头发热后进行冷却处理的功能。又如发明专利92111002.2提出一种”经尿道的微波前列腺治疗仪″也是利用微波源的辐射功率对前列腺病患者进行非手术治疗。但是本仪器没有与药离子导入进行同步治疗,对病变的治愈也存在很大的不足。
本发明的目的就是克服现有设备之不足,开发出一种既有水冷却功能又有温度监控功能的、利用微波辐射能量与药离子导入进行同步化治疗的仪器,其中心内容是发明一种治疗头。
本发明是靠下述技术方案来实现的。微波辐射与药离子导入同步化治疗头是由手柄、中间转接部分、核心头所构成。治疗头的外形为一个光滑整体结构,端部的核心头处的中心为同轴型微波辐射天线,外层包有半环状金属电极板,整个极板处于空腔形的储药腔中。腔体向外有输药管、导药小孔,小孔直接通向外壳。整体结构中还包裹着入水和出水的循环冷却水通道、监视温度用的温度传感器及其反馈线通道。

手柄[1]紧连着中间转接部分[2],成为核心头[3]的支撑体。核心头外壳上开的径向小孔为导药孔[3.1],纵向管道为输药管[3.2]。外围是冷却水通道入水管[3.3]和出水管[3.4]。半环状金属电极板[3.5]放置在储药腔体[3.6]中,在导药时,作为直流电泳术定向药离子导入电极。储药腔的中心部分是同轴型微波天线,高频率微波能量就沿此天线向端部辐射出去。核心头下部还开有槽沟,放置着温度传感器[3.7],它是用来监测微波辐射头处的温度。监测信息由反馈线通道传回微波发射机及水冷却控制系统,可实现对微波辐射、水冷却的自动控制,并且水冷却场不影响温度传感器对体表面温度的精确测定。
本发明的优点是,这种治疗头可经直肠、肛管、阴道等部位进入体内以治疗前列腺、肛管、子宫茎及子宫附件的炎症和肿瘤等主要疾病,也可以进行外疾病的治疗,是一种多功能体内体外治疗头,在微波治疗的同时,进行药物消炎或化疗。为提高微波辐射能量,增加病变深层温度,采用循环水冷却的方式来降低表层温度,提高病变处温度,增加治疗效果。温度传感器在对温度监测的同时,反馈信号,又可自动调节微波辐射能量及水冷却程度。
该治疗头外壳部分是由绝缘材料经机械加工和模具注塑所完成的,结构紧凑,操作轻便。

Claims (2)

1、一种微波辐射与药离子导入同步治疗头,由手柄、中间转接部分、核心头构成,其特征在于,治疗头外形为一个光滑的整体结构,端部的核心头处的中心为同轴型微波辐射天线,外层包有半环状金属电极板,整个极板处于空腔形的储药腔中,腔体外围的纵向管道包括输药管、入水和出水的循环冷却水通道、监测温度用的温度传感器及其反馈线通道,以及直接通向外壳的径向导药小孔。
2、按照权利要求1所述的同步治疗头,其特征在于,核心头部分的外形可以是不同形状的圆柱形、棒棰形、扁柱形。
