技术领域
本发明涉及有机发光显示装置。
背景技术
有机发光显示装置作为显示装置越来越成为公众关注的焦点,因为有机发光显示装置使用了自发光的有机发光二极管(OLED)而具有快响应速率、高发光效率、高亮度和宽视角的优点。
在此种有机发光显示装置中,包括有机发光二极管的像素被分别布置,且根据数据的灰度来控制由扫描信号所选择的像素的亮度。
除了OLED,有机发光装置的每个像素还包括用于驱动OLED的驱动晶体管。驱动晶体管具有特定的特征值(characteristic value),比如阈值电压和迁移率(mobility)。
驱动晶体管的特征值可能随时间的增加而发生变化,在此情况中,相应像素的亮度质量会劣化。
此外,每个像素中的驱动晶体管的特征变化可能不同,在此情况下,出现了驱动晶体管的特征值分布的分散(dispersion)。
驱动晶体管的特征值的分散会降低驱动晶体管的可靠性,此外,驱动晶体管的特征值的分散会对显示面板的可靠性和寿命具有很大影响,并且会大幅降低有机发光显示装置的整体质量。
发明内容
本发明的一方面是提供一种能够有效地补偿驱动晶体管的特征的分散和分散位移(dispersion shift)的有机发光显示装置。
根据本发明的一方面,一种有机发光显示装置包括:感测单元,所述感测单元感测显示面板的每个像素中的驱动晶体管的特征值;和补偿单元,所述补偿单元基于按照每个像素感测的特征值进行控制以改变公共施加到全部像素中的驱动晶体管的基准电压。
根据本发明的另一方面,一种有机发光显示装置包括:显示面板,该显示面板包括界定多个像素的数据线和栅极线;向数据线提供数据电压的数据驱动单元;以及电源提供单元,该电源提供单元改变和提供被公共提供到多个像素的每个中的驱动晶体管的基准电压。
根据本发明,能提供一种有机发光显示装置,该有机发光显示装置能有效地补偿驱动晶体管的特征值的分散和分散位移。
此外,根据本发明,能提供一种有机发光显示装置,该有机发光显示装置能够通过分散变化补偿来防止根据驱动晶体管的特征值位移而显示非预期的色彩的现象。
此外,根据本发明,通过有效的像素补偿能够提供一种具有高可靠性和长寿命的显示面板和有机发光显示装置。

参照图1,根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100包括显示面板110、数据驱动单元120、第一栅极驱动单元130、第二栅极驱动单元140、时序控制器150以及电源提供单元160。
数据线DL(1),DL(2),…,DL(n)以及栅极线GL1(1),GL1(2),…,GL1(m)和GL2(1),GL2(2),…,GL2(m)形成在显示面板110上,且通过数据线DL(1),DL(2),…,DL(n)与栅极线GL1(1),GL1(2),…,GL1(m)和GL2(1),GL2(2),…,GL2(m)的交叉界定多个像素P。
数据驱动单元120向数据线DL(1),DL(2),…,DL(n)提供数据电压。
第一栅极驱动单元130向栅极线GL1(1),GL1(2),…,GL1(m)和GL2(1),GL2(2),…,GL2(m)中的第一栅极线GL1(1),GL1(2),…,GL1(m)顺序地供给第一扫描信号。
第二栅极驱动单元140向栅极线GL1(1),GL1(2),…,GL1(m)和GL2(1),GL2(2),…,GL2(m)中的第二栅极线GL2(1),GL2(2),…,GL2(m)顺序地供给第二扫描信号。
时序控制器150控制数据驱动单元120、第一栅极驱动单元130和第二栅极驱动单元140的驱动时序,并输出可变的控制信号以用于控制驱动时序。
第一栅极驱动单元130和第二栅极驱动单元140可被单独实现,在一些情况中可实现为一个栅极驱动单元。
根据第一栅极驱动单元130的驱动方案,上述第一栅极驱动单元130可仅被定位在显示面板110的一侧上,如图1所示,或可被分成两个单元并定位在显示面板110的两侧上。第二栅极驱动单元140可按照与第一栅极驱动单元130类似的方式定位。
另外,第一栅极驱动单元130和第二栅极驱动单元140可包括多个栅极驱动集成电路,所述多个栅极驱动集成电路可以以自动载带焊接(tape automatedbonding)的方式或玻上芯片(chip on glass)的方式与显示面板110的焊盘连接,或者实现为板内选通(gate in panel;GIP)型以便直接形成在显示面板110上。数据驱动单元120可包括多个栅极驱动IC(可称作源驱动IC)。多个数据驱动IC可以以TAB方式或COG方式与显示面板110的焊盘连接。或者,多个数据驱动IC可以以GIP型直接形成在显示面板110上。
此外,电源提供单元160可向每个像素提供公共电压,比如基准电压Vref、驱动电压EVDD以及基电压(base voltage)EVSS。
因此,每个像素P可与一条数据线DL和两条栅极线GL1、GL2连接,且可接收公共电压,比如基准电压Vref、驱动电压EVDD和基电压EVSS。
图2中示出了根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置中的每个像素结构,以下参照图2描述每个像素结构。

参照图2,根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100的每个像素P包括有机发光二极管(OLED)和用于驱动OLED的驱动电路单元。
参照图2,每个像素P中的用于驱动OLED的驱动电路单元主要包括:用于向OLED提供电流的驱动晶体管DT;起开关晶体管作用的第一晶体管T1,第一晶体管T1在第一扫描信号SCAN的控制下通过控制向驱动晶体管的第一节点N1施加数据电压Vdata来控制驱动晶体管DT的导通或断开;以及存储电容器Cstg,存储电容器Cstg在一帧期间维持施加到驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1的数据电压Vdata。驱动电路单元可进一步包括第二晶体管DT2,第二晶体管DT2作为感测晶体管用于感测驱动晶体管DT的特征值。这里,第二晶体管DT2向驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2提供基准电压Vref。驱动晶体管DT的特征值可包括阈值电压(Vth)和迁移率中的至少一个。
将参照图2进一步描述一个电容器Cstg和三个晶体管DT、T1、T2的连接结构。
参照图2,驱动晶体管DT具有三个节点N1、N2和N3,以作为用于驱动OLED的晶体管。驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1连接到第一晶体管T1,驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2连接到OLED的阳极(或阴极),驱动晶体管DT的第三节点N3连接到驱动电压线DVL,驱动电压VDD被提供到驱动电压线DVL。
第一晶体管T1被从第一栅极线GL1提供的第一扫描信号SCAN控制,且第一晶体管T1被连接在数据线DL与驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1之间。
第一晶体管T1通过数据线DL接收从数据驱动单元120中的数模转换器(DAC)230输出的数据电压Vdata,并将数据电压Vdata施加到驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1。
第二晶体管T2被从第二栅极线GL2提供的第二扫描信号SENSE控制,并且被连接在驱动晶体管DT的第二节点与基准电压线RVL之间以用于将基准电压Vref提供到驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2。
存储电容器Cstg介于驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1与第二节点N2之间,且与驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1和第二节点N2连接。
根据该实施方式,驱动晶体管DT可以是N型晶体管或P型晶体管。若驱动晶体管DT是N型晶体管,则第一节点N1可以是栅节点,第二节点N2可以是源节点,第三节点N3可以是漏节点。若驱动晶体管DT是P型晶体管,则第一节点N1可以是栅节点,第二节点N2可以是漏节点,第三节点N3可以是源节点。在根据该实施方式的描述和附图中,为了便于描述,驱动晶体管DT以及与驱动晶体管DT连接的第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2被描述为N型晶体管。因此,描述为,驱动晶体管DT的第一节点N1是栅节点,第二节点N2是源节点,第三节点N3是漏节点。
同时,每个像素中的驱动晶体管可具有阈值电压和迁移率作为特定的特征值。每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值可随着时间的增加而变化,并且每个驱动晶体管DT的变化水平可逐渐变得不同,因此,全部像素的驱动晶体管DT的特征值可能不同且可能是分散的。
图3是描绘根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100的每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值的分散的图。
参照图3的分散曲线,当根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100中的每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的全部特征值被采集时,这些驱动晶体管DT的特征值可能不同且可能是分散的。在这种情况中,这些驱动晶体管的特征值以平均值m和偏差σ而统计地分散。

同时,驱动晶体管的特征值的分散可发生位移,这被称作分散位移(despersion shift)。这里,分散位移对应于分散变化(例如平均值变化和偏差变化)的平均值变化。以下,分散位移可被称作分散变化或平均值变化。

参照图4,当每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值以平均值m和偏差σ(N(m,σ2))分散时,每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值的平均值变成m',并且分散被改变(N'(m',σ2)),因此可发生分散位移。
以上描述的驱动晶体管的特征值的分散和分散位移会降低驱动晶体管的可靠性,而且还会对显示面板110的可靠性和寿命有很大影响,且会大幅降低有机发光显示装置100的整体质量。
因此,对每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值的分散位移进行补偿是重要的,以便通过提高驱动晶体管DT和显示面板110的可靠性以及延长驱动晶体管DT和显示面板110的寿命来改善有机发光显示装置100的质量。
为了这个目的,参照图2,根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100可包括感测单元210和补偿单元220,感测单元210感测显示面板110的每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值,补偿单元220基于所感测的特征值来计算分散变化以补偿该分散变化。
参照图2,感测单元210可被设置成与每个像素列(即每条数据线)相对应。感测单元210可被设置在数据驱动单元120中。
感测单元210可包括模/数转换器(ADC)211以及开关S1和S2,ADC 211测量能够感测相应像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值的电压,将该电压转换成数字值。开关S1和S2利用基准电压线RVL选择性地连接ADC 211和提供基准电压Vref的电源提供单元160中的一个,基准电压线RVL将基准电压Vref传输到相应像素。
利用基准电压线RVL选择性地连接电源提供单元160和ADC 211之一的开关可被实现为一个开关。或者,该开关可被实现为两个开关。
若所述开关被实现为两个开关S1和S2,描述两个开关的连接结构。第一开关S1被连接在基准电压线RVL与电源提供单元160之间,第二开关S2被连接在基准电压线RVL与ADC 211之间。
根据相应像素是否工作为驱动模式或传感模式,两个开关S1和S2的导通和断开的切换操作不同。
当像素以驱动模式工作时,若第一开关S1导通,则第一开关S1连接基准电压线RVL与电源提供单元160,因此,从电源提供单元160输出的基准电压Vref可被提供到驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2。此时,第二开关S2断开。
当像素以传感模式工作时,若第一开关S1导通,则静态电压Vref被施加到驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2。然后,若第一开关S1断开,同时第二开关S2导通,则因此ADC 210可测量驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2的电压。可从此时测量的电压感测驱动晶体管DT的特征值(例如阈值电压和迁移率)。
当上述补偿单元220对每个像素的驱动晶体管DT的特征值(例如阈值电压和迁移率)进行补偿时,补偿单元220可提供改变提供到每个像素的数据电压的补偿方案。
然而,作为一个改变提供到每个像素的数据电压的方案,这样的补偿方案是根据每个像素进行补偿的方案。这样的单独像素补偿方案可补偿分散本身。也就是说,单独像素补偿方案可减小各像素的特征值之间的差(即偏差)。然而,利用单独像素补偿方案在补偿分散位移时有局限,其中每个像素的整体特征值发生位移。
因此,除了通过数据电压变化而实现的单独像素补偿方案之外,补偿单元220可提供整体像素补偿方案,整体像素补偿方案改变公共地提供到全部像素的公共电压并能够改变驱动晶体管DT的特征值。
因此,补偿单元220可提供整体像素补偿方案,该整体像素补偿方案改变基准电压Vref以补偿全部像素,基准电压Vref是作为DC电压而被施加到驱动晶体管DT的第二节点N2的公共电压。这里,补偿单元220可以是时序控制器150,可被包括在时序控制器150中或可以是设置在时序控制器150外部的独立结构。
为此,如图2所示,在根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100中,感测单元210可感测每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值。补偿单元220可基于按照每个像素感测的特征值来进行控制,以改变公共地施加到全部像素中的驱动晶体管DT的基准电压。电源提供单元160可在补偿单元220的控制下改变基准电压,并将改变的基准电压Vref’提供到显示面板110的全部像素。
当应用通过基准电压变化而实现的整体像素补偿方案时,在发生驱动晶体管DT的特征值的平均值从m位移到m’的分散位移(例如平均值位移)的状况中,能够将所述平均值从m’补偿成m(即所需水平),如图4所示。也就是说,分散位移补偿(即平均值位移补偿)是可能的。
参照图5和图6更加详细地描述上述能够补偿驱动晶体管的特征值的分散位移的、通过基准电压变化而实现的整体像素补偿方案。
图5和图6是用于描绘根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100中的分散位移补偿方案的图。
参照图5,对于补偿根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100的每个像素中的驱动晶体管的特征值的分散位移的分散位移补偿方案,补偿单元220可采集根据每个像素感测的驱动晶体管的特征值,计算分散信息(例如,分散信息可包括平均值,且可进一步包括偏差),以及根据计算的分散信息与预定的基准分散信息之间的比较结果进行控制以改变基准电压(即显示面板110的全部像素的公共电压)。
参照图6更加详细地描述分散位移补偿方案。
感测单元210感测显示面板110的每个驱动晶体管的特征值(S610)。
在步骤S610之后,补偿单元220基于感测单元210所感测的每个驱动晶体管的特征值来计算当前的分散信息(S620)。
在步骤S620之后,补偿单元220将所计算的当前分散信息与预先存储在寄存器(即一种小型存储装置,未图示)中的基准分散信息相比较,并判断是否发生分散位移(S630)。
此时,作为比较结果,当所计算的分散信息与基准分散信息之间的差在预定范围内时,补偿单元220判定没有发生分散位移。作为比较结果,当所计算的分散信息与基准分散信息之间的差在预定范围之外时,补偿单元220判定发生了分散位移。
在步骤S630之后,作为判断是否发生分散位移的结果,当没有发生分散位移时,即所计算的分散信息与基准分散信息之间的差在预定范围内时,补偿单元220不改变预先存储在存储器500中的寄存器值。因此,电源提供单元160根据预先存储在存储器500中的寄存器值保持基准电压Vref不变(S650)。
在步骤S630之后,作为判断是否发生分散位移的结果,当发生分散位移时,即所计算的分散信息与基准分散信息之间的差在预定范围之外,用所计算的分散信息更新预先存储在寄存器中的基准分散信息,确定基准电压变化值以使得所计算的分散信息与基准分散信息之间的差在预定范围内。此外,为了进行控制以根据所确定的基准电压变化值来改变并输出基准电压,将与所确定的基准电压变化值对应的寄存器值存储(即更新)在存储器500中(S650)。
在上文中,参照图4至图6描述了使用通过基准电压变化而实现的整体像素补偿方案的分散位移补偿。
以下,重新定义了具有分散位移(即平均值位移)概念的宽泛意义上的分散变化,并描述了对应重新定义的分散变化的补偿。
首先,参照图7,定义宽泛意义上的分散变化。
图7是以分散曲线示出有机发光显示装置100中的宽泛意义上的分散变化的图。
参照图7,在根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100中,宽泛意义上的分散变化包括平均值变化(即平均值位移)要素(element)和偏差变化要素。这里,平均值(平均值位移)要素是仅考虑驱动晶体管的特征值的平均值的变化的分散变化。偏差要素是仅考虑驱动晶体管的特征值之间的偏差(即差)的变化的分散变化。
首先,描述偏差变化要素。
根据每个驱动晶体管的驱动时间(从第一时间点增加到第二时间点),假定发生了分散变化,每个驱动晶体管的特征值从N1(m1,σ12)分散变化成N2(m2,σ22)分散。当在从N1(m1,σ12)分散到N2(m2,σ22)分散的分散变化中仅考虑偏差变化时,分散变化为从N1(m1,σ12)分散到N1'(m1,σ22)分散。当在从N1(m1,σ12)分散到N2(m2,σ22)分散的分散变化中仅考虑平均值时,分散变化为从N1(m1,σ12)分散到N1"(m2,σ12)分散。
根据分散变化的概念含义,分散变化补偿也包括如图8A和图8B所示的偏差变化补偿和平均值变化补偿。在分散变化补偿中,偏差变化补偿被称为偏差补偿或分散补偿,平均值变化补偿被称为平均值补偿、平均值位移补偿或分散位移补偿。
图8A和图8B是示出根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置100中的两种类型的分散变化补偿的图。
图8A是示出偏差变化补偿(即分散补偿)的图,偏差变化补偿仅对分散变化中的偏差变化要素进行补偿。图8B是示出平均值变化补偿的图,平均值变化补偿仅对分散变化中的平均值变化要素进行补偿。
图8A中所示的偏差变化补偿(即分散补偿)可通过单独像素补偿方案执行。图8B中所示的平均值变化补偿可通过整体像素补偿方案执行。
参照图9描述此种分散变化补偿以及与该分散变化补偿相关的补偿单元220。
图9是示意性描绘根据一个实施方式的有机发光显示装置中的分散变化补偿的图。
参照图9,补偿单元220包括计算单元910、第一补偿单元920和第二补偿单元930,计算单元910从按照每个像素感测的驱动晶体管的特征值计算分散信息,第一补偿单元920用于偏差补偿(即分散补偿),第二补偿单元930用于平均值补偿。
计算单元910计算分散信息,该分散信息包括按照每个像素感测的驱动晶体管的平均值和偏差。
第一补偿单元920根据计算的分散信息(即偏差)和基准分散信息(即先前计算的分散信息或设定的目标分散信息)对按照每个像素感测的特征值的偏差进行补偿。
第一补偿单元920输出被提供到相应像素的数据电压的变化信息Data’(以图2的标号240标记),以将按照每个像素感测的特征值的偏差补偿到基准偏差(即先前感测的特征值的偏差或设定的目标偏差)。因此,数据驱动单元120将改变的数据电压Vdata’提供至相应像素P。
根据计算的分散信息(即平均值)和基准分散信息(即先前计算的分散信息或设定的目标分散信息),第二补偿单元920对按照每个像素感测的特征值的平均值进行补偿。
第二补偿单元920输出被公共提供到显示面板110的全部像素的基准电压Vref的变化值、或与基准电压Vref的变化值相对应的相应信息,以将按照每个像素感测的特征值的平均值补偿到基准平均值(即先前感测的特征值的平均值或设定的目标平均值)。因此,电源提供单元160将改变的基准电压Vref’提供至全部像素。
同时,如图7所示,当分散变化包括偏差变化要素和平均值变化要素两者时,同时执行偏差补偿(即分散补偿)和平均值补偿。然而,为了便于描述,假定先执行偏差补偿(即分散补偿),而在偏差补偿之后执行平均值补偿。图10示出各阶段中的分散曲线的变化。
以下,描述与上述分散变化补偿有关的流经驱动晶体管的电流Ids。
首先,在没有分散变化补偿时,流经驱动晶体管的电流Ids被等式1表示。

同时,当仅考虑分散变化补偿中的分散补偿(即偏差补偿)时,也就是说,仅数据电压改变,则流经驱动晶体管的电流Ids可被等式2表示。

同时,当仅考虑分散变化补偿中的平均值补偿时,也就是说,仅数据电压改变,则流经驱动晶体管的电流Ids可被等式3表示。

同时,当分散变化补偿中的分散补偿和平均值补偿都被考虑时,也就是说,仅数据电压改变,则流经驱动晶体管的电流Ids可被等式4表示。

在上述等式1至4中,Vgs是驱动晶体管的第一节点N1与第二节点N2之间的电压差,Vth是驱动晶体管的阈值电压,K是μCox*W/L。这里,K是驱动晶体管的迁移率的基本单位(element),μ是迁移率,Cox是氧化物电容(oxide capacitance),W是通道宽度,L是通道长度。
在上述等式2至4中,α是用于分散补偿(即偏差补偿)的分散补偿值,α由数据驱动单元120的源集成电路(S-IC)提供,作为与数据电压Vdata相加的电压值。β是用于平均值补偿的平均值补偿值,对应于先前的基准电压Vref与从电源提供单元160当前提供的直流基准电压(Vref+β)间的差。
同时,如上所述,当执行根据一个实施方式的分散变化补偿时,可扩大能够控制数据驱动单元120中的S-IC的数据电压的范围。将参照图11对此进行描述。
图11是用于描述按照根据一个实施方式的分散变化补偿的数据驱动单元120中的补偿范围扩大的图。
参照图11中的情形A,当根据一个实施方式的分散变化补偿未被应用到数据驱动单元120时,为了控制所要输出的数据电压,并且当同时考虑灰度表现、分散补偿和平均值补偿时,数据驱动单元120的S-IC可将数据电压控制在一数据电压范围内以将数据电压提供到相应像素,该数据电压范围包括分配用于灰度表现的第一电压范围、分配用于分散补偿(即偏差补偿)的第二电压范围以及分配用于平均值补偿的第三电压范围。
参照图11中的情形B,当根据一个实施方式的分散变化补偿被应用到数据驱动单元120时,数据驱动单元120的S-IC可将在分配用于灰度表现的第一电压范围和分配用于分散补偿(即偏差补偿)的第二电压范围内变化的数据电压提供到每个像素。
对比情况A与情况B,当根据一个实施方式的分散变化补偿被应用到数据驱动单元120时,由于数据驱动单元120的S-IC不必考虑平均值补偿,因此用于分散补偿的第二电压范围可被更宽的扩大。也就是说,由于可被补偿的特征值的偏差变得更大,所以补偿的可能范围变得更宽,因此能够补偿现有技术中不能补偿的偏差补偿。
也就是说,由于通过数据电压变化按照单独像素执行分散补偿(即偏差补偿),并且通过改变基准电压Vref(即被公共提供到全部像素的公共电压)以对全部像素一次执行平均值补偿,因此数据驱动单元120中的S-IC考虑了灰度表现和分散补偿以控制数据电压,但不需考虑平均值补偿,因此可以扩大被S-IC控制的数据电压的范围。
概括以上描述的实施方式,有机发光显示装置100包括:显示面板110,显示面板110包括界定多个像素的数据线和栅极线;向数据线提供数据电压的数据驱动单元120;以及电源提供单元160,电源提供单元160改变被公共提供到多个像素的每个中的驱动晶体管DT的基准电压以输出改变的基准电压。
电源提供单元160可根据每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值的平均值来改变和输出基准电压。
数据驱动单元120可根据每个像素中的驱动晶体管DT的特征值的偏差来改变和提供数据电压。
如上所述,根据本发明,能够提供能对驱动晶体管的特征值的分散和分散位移有效地进行补偿的有机发光显示装置100。
此外,根据本发明,能提供能够通过分散变化补偿来防止根据驱动晶体管的特征值位移而显示非预期色彩的现象的有机发光显示装置100。
此外,根据本发明,能通过有效的像素补偿提供可靠性高且寿命长的显示面板和有机发光显示装置100。
虽然已经参照附图示例性地描述了本发明的技术精神,但本领域的技术人员将理解的是,在不背离本发明的范围的情况下,可以各种形式改变和修改本发明。因此,本发明中揭示的实施方式只是说明本发明的技术精神,而不是要限制本发明的技术精神。另外,本发明的技术精神的范围不受实施方式的限制。应当在所附权利要求书的基础上解释本发明的范围,以使得包括在等同于权利要求书的范围内的全部技术思想都属于本发明。
Claims (9)
1.一种有机发光显示装置,包括:
感测单元,所述感测单元感测显示面板的每个像素中的驱动晶体管的特征值;以及
补偿单元,所述补偿单元基于按照每个像素感测的所述特征值进行控制以改变公共施加到全部像素中的驱动晶体管的基准电压。
2.如权利要求1所述的有机发光显示装置,其中所述补偿单元计算按照每个像素感测的所述特征值的分散信息,并根据所计算的分散信息与预定的基准分散信息之间的比较结果来进行控制以改变所述基准电压,所述基准电压是所述显示面板的全部像素的公共电压。
3.如权利要求2所述的有机发光显示装置,其中所述补偿单元比较所述计算的分散信息与预先存储的基准分散信息,并且当所述计算的分散信息与所述基准分散信息之间的差在预定范围之外时,所述补偿单元进行控制以根据确定的基准电压变化值来改变所述基准电压,以使得所述计算的分散信息与所述基准分散信息之间的差在预定范围内。
4.如权利要求1所述的有机发光显示装置,其中所述补偿单元包括:计算单元,所述计算单元利用按照每个像素感测的所述特征值的平均值和偏差来计算所述分散信息;第一补偿单元,所述第一补偿单元对按照所述每个像素感测的所述特征值的所述偏差进行补偿;以及第二补偿单元,所述第二补偿单元对按照每个像素感测的所述特征值的所述平均值进行补偿。
5.如权利要求4所述的有机发光显示装置,其中所述第一补偿单元进行控制以改变提供到每个像素的数据电压,以便对按照每个像素感测的所述特征值的所述偏差进行补偿;以及所述第二补偿单元进行控制以改变提供到所述显示面板的所述全部像素的所述基准电压,以便对按照每个像素感测的所述特征值的所述平均值进行补偿。
6.如权利要求5所述的有机发光显示装置,进一步包括:
数据驱动单元,所述数据驱动单元向所述显示面板的每个像素提供数据电压,
其中,所述数据驱动单元向每个像素提供在一数据电压范围内变化的数据电压,所述数据电压范围包括分配用于灰度表现的第一电压范围和分配用于分散补偿的第二电压范围。
7.一种有机发光显示装置,包括:
显示面板,所述显示面板包括界定多个像素的数据线和栅极线;
数据驱动单元,所述数据驱动单元向所述数据线提供数据电压;以及
电源提供单元,所述电源提供单元改变和提供被公共提供到所述多个像素中的驱动晶体管的基准电压。
8.如权利要求7所述的有机发光显示装置,其中所述电源提供单元根据所述多个像素的每个中的所述驱动晶体管的特征值的平均值改变和输出所述基准电压。
9.如权利要求7所述的有机发光显示装置,其中所述数据驱动单元根据所述多个像素的每个中的所述驱动晶体管的特征值的偏差改变和提供所述数据电压。
