本发明公开一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道,设于触摸屏(1)的绑定区域(2),所述通道包括沿绑定区域(2)纵向设置的一行以上,每行通道分别沿绑定区域横向均匀分布设置,相邻的两行通道分别交错排列;由于在绑定区域的通道分行设置,在通道总数不变的情况的下,绑定区域的长度相对缩短,从而使得触摸屏与FPC金手指之间的绑定压合更易于操作,提高了生产效率,另一方面,绑定区域长度的缩短也能够节约触摸屏的空间,同时相应的节省了FPC的材料,降低整个触摸屏模组的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及触摸屏制造领域,具体是一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道。
背景技术
    在电容式触摸屏的制造工艺中,通常会制作连接ITO的金属走线,并汇集至触摸屏的FPC连接区形成连接通道,用以与FPC的金手指进行绑定压合,实现电连接,然而目前触摸屏金属走线通道为单行排布,其绑定区的长度势必较长,那么在进行与FPC金手指的对位绑定与压合操作时就极为不便;另外,这种走线结构较大地占用了触摸屏的空间,其相对应的FPC尺寸也势必较大,增加了FPC的成本,造成整个触摸屏模组成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道,通过该触摸屏通道能够方便地将触摸屏与FPC进行绑定压合,提高生产效率,并且能够节约触摸屏的空间,降低整个触摸屏模组的成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道,设于触摸屏的绑定区域,所述通道包括沿绑定区域纵向设置的一行以上,每行通道分别沿绑定区域横向均匀分布设置,相邻的两行通道分别交错排列。
进一步的,所述通道包含沿绑定区域纵向设置的两行。
进一步的,每行通道中相邻通道的中间线距离为单个通道宽度的两倍;每行通道中相邻通道的间距为相邻通道的中间线距离减去单个通道的宽度。
进一步的,所述通道的行间距为0.2~0.3mm。
本发明的有益效果是,由于在绑定区域的通道分行设置,在通道总数不变的情况的下,绑定区域的长度相对缩短,从而使得触摸屏与FPC金手指之间的绑定压合更易于操作,提高了生产效率,另一方面,绑定区域长度的缩短也能够节约触摸屏的空间,同时相应的节省了FPC的材料,降低整个触摸屏模组的成本。

具体实施方式
     结合图1与图2所示,本发明提供一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道,设于触摸屏1的绑定区域2,所述通道包括沿绑定区域2纵向设置的一行以上;优选的,通道包含沿绑定区域2纵向设置的两行,即第一行通道3与第二行通道4;第一行通道3与第二行通道4中的通道分别沿绑定区域2横向均匀分布设置;结合图3所示,第一行通道3与第二行通道4分别交错排列,每行通道中相邻通道的中间线距离a为单个通道宽度b的两倍;每行通道中相邻通道的间距c为相邻通道的中间线距离a减去单个通道的宽度b;通道的行间距d为0.2~0.3mm。
由于在绑定区域的通道分行设置,在通道总数不变的情况的下,绑定区域的长度相对缩短,从而使得触摸屏与FPC金手指之间的绑定压合更易于操作,提高了生产效率,另一方面,绑定区域长度的缩短也能够节约触摸屏的空间,同时相应的节省了FPC的材料,降低整个触摸屏模组的成本。另外,在不改变绑定区域通道总长度的情况下,分行设置增加了通道的总数量,由此可以在不改变触摸屏尺寸的情况下,通过增加通道数量来提高触摸屏的性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道,设于触摸屏(1)的绑定区域(2),其特征在于,所述通道包括沿绑定区域(2)纵向设置的一行以上,每行通道分别沿绑定区域横向均匀分布设置,相邻的两行通道分别交错排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道,其特征在于,所述通道包含沿绑定区域(2)纵向设置的两行。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道,其特征在于,每行通道中相邻通道的中间线距离(a)为单个通道宽度(b)的两倍;每行通道中相邻通道的间距(c)为相邻通道的中间线距离(a)减去单个通道的宽度(b)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多行分布的单层触摸屏通道,其特征在于,所述通道的行间距(d)为0.2~0.3mm。
