一种船用LED舱顶灯,涉及LED灯领域,主体包括壳体,光源和灯罩组成,所述的灯罩设置在壳体的下端,所述的灯罩侧面设置有进线孔,所述的壳体下端设置有一环形卡盘,所述的灯罩顶部设置有卡接螺纹圈,所述的卡接螺纹圈螺旋设置在环形卡盘内,所述的环形卡盘的中部设置有一光源接板,所述的光源设置在光源接板上。本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计新颖,结构简单,不仅生产成本低,同时电路故障率也降低,具有高光效、长寿命、散热结构好且配光合理的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯领域,具体是一种船用LED舱顶灯。
背景技术
现有用于舰船舱室、甲板、走道照明的LED舱顶灯具,光源基本都是采用5W~9W的LED球泡灯,将球泡灯直接用于密封环境中,不能与灯具壳体直接接触不能把热量导出,从而导致灯具光衰严重,实际使用寿命得不到有效的保障;现将光源设计为一款带有恒流装置的LED模块,将其直接安装在壳体上,把壳体作为散热器,LED模块得到有效的散热,从而保证了LED舱顶灯高光效、长寿命,有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种高光效、长寿命、散热结构好的LED舱顶灯,以克服现有技术中LED舱顶灯的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单,高光效、长寿命、散热结构好的船用LED舱顶灯。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种船用LED舱顶灯,主体包括壳体,光源和灯罩组成,其特征在于:所述的灯罩设置在壳体的下端,所述的灯罩侧面设置有进线孔,所述的壳体下端设置有一环形卡盘,所述的灯罩顶部设置有卡接螺纹圈,所述的卡接螺纹圈螺旋设置在环形卡盘内,所述的环形卡盘的中部设置有一光源接板,所述的光源设置在光源接板上。
所述的卡接螺纹圈与灯罩的连接端设置有一橡胶密封圈,起到密封效果,更加牢固紧密。
所述的橡胶密封圈的下端与卡接螺纹圈直接设置有一压圈,提高产品缓震性,更加经久耐用。
所述的壳体四周设置有等距设置的散热板,起到散热作用,效果更加明显。
所述的灯罩采用PC光扩散罩制作,透光率更高且光线柔和、无眩光。
所述的光源为多个高压LED灯珠与驱动电源芯片焊在覆铜铝基板的同一面的LED一体化光电引擎模块,方便自动化生产,其次电源无需变压器、无电解电容,生产成本低。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计新颖,结构简单,不仅生产成本低,同时电路故障率也降低,具有高光效、长寿命、散热结构好且配光合理的优点。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种船用LED舱顶灯,主体包括壳体1,光源2和灯罩3组成,灯罩2设置在壳体1的下端,灯罩3侧面设置有进线孔4,壳体1下端设置有一环形卡盘5,灯罩3顶部设置有卡接螺纹圈6,卡接螺纹圈6螺旋设置在环形卡盘内5,环形卡盘5的中部设置有一光源接板7,光源2设置在光源接板7上,这样设置后,不仅生产成本低,同时电路故障率也降低,卡接螺纹圈6与灯罩3的连接端设置有一橡胶密封圈8,起到密封效果,更加牢固紧密,橡胶密封圈8的下端与卡接螺纹圈6直接设置有一压圈9,提高产品缓震性,更加经久耐用,壳体1四周设置有等距设置的散热板10,起到散热作用,效果更加明显,灯罩3采用PC光扩散罩制作,透光率更高且光线柔和、无眩光,光源2为多个高压LED灯珠与驱动电源芯片焊在覆铜铝基板的同一面的LED一体化光电引擎模块,方便自动化生产,其次电源无需变压器、无电解电容,生产成本低。

1.一种船用LED舱顶灯,主体包括壳体,光源和灯罩组成,其特征在于:所述的灯罩设置在壳体的下端,所述的灯罩侧面设置有进线孔,所述的壳体下端设置有一环形卡盘,所述的灯罩顶部设置有卡接螺纹圈,所述的卡接螺纹圈螺旋设置在环形卡盘内,所述的环形卡盘的中部设置有一光源接板,所述的光源设置在光源接板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种船用LED舱顶灯,其特征在于:所述的卡接螺纹圈与灯罩的连接端设置有一橡胶密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种船用LED舱顶灯,其特征在于:所述的橡胶密封圈的下端与卡接螺纹圈直接设置有一压圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种船用LED舱顶灯,其特征在于:所述的壳体四周设置有等距设置的散热板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种船用LED舱顶灯,其特征在于:所述的灯罩采用PC光扩散罩制作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种船用LED舱顶灯,其特征在于:所述的光源为多个高压LED灯珠与驱动电源芯片焊在覆铜铝基板的同一面的LED一体化光电引擎模块。
