Abstract
本实用新型的一种LED日光灯，包括管体，及设置在管体内的长条形铝基板，及设置在铝基板长度方向上的、一个以上的LED灯，及设置管体上的、位于LED灯上方的透光罩，及设置在管体两边端部的塑料封头，及设置在管体两边塑料封头外端的两个电极头；所述管体内设置有用于承载铝基板的、起到防震作用的弹性体。本实用新型的LED日光灯，采用LED灯为发光源和防震作用的弹性体，具有使用寿命长、安全性能高的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED日光灯。
背景技术
传统的日光灯管能耗高，而且使用寿命较短。而发光二极管是利用半导体通电后的发光性能发光的，具有功耗低，使用寿命长的优点，目前，利用高功率发光二极管组合的照明灯具越来越普遍，现有的用于替换传统日光灯管的LED灯具一般不具有防震的功能，在运输和安装过程中发生震动，会使线路板引发电气故障，因此，此种LED日光灯不具有较强的安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用寿命长、安全性能高的LED日光灯。本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
本实用新型的一种LED日光灯，包括管体，及设置在管体内的长条形铝基板，及设置在铝基板长度方向上的、一个以上的LED灯，及设置管体上的、位于LED灯上方的透光罩，及设置在管体两边端部的塑料封头，及设置在管体两边塑料封头外端的两个电极头；所述管体内设置有用于承载铝基板的、起到防震作用的弹性体。
作为优选，所述一个以上的LED灯相互串接。
作为优选，所述的透光罩为平板状的钢化玻璃板。
本实用新型的LED日光灯，采用LED灯为发光源和防震作用的弹性体，具有使用寿命长、安全性能高的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的一种LED日光灯, 包括管体1，及设置在管体1内的长条形铝基板2，及设置在铝基板2长度方向上的、一个以上的LED灯3，及设置管体1上的、位于LED灯3上方的透光罩4，及设置在管体1两边端部的塑料封头5，及设置在管体1两边塑料封头5外端的两个电极头6；所述管体1内设置有用于承载铝基板2的、起到防震作用的弹性体7。
其中，所述一个以上的LED灯3相互串接。所述的透光罩4为平板状的钢化玻璃板。
本实用新型的LED日光灯，采用LED灯为发光源和防震作用的弹性体，具有使用寿命长、安全性能高的优点。

1.一种LED日光灯，包括管体，及设置在管体内的长条形铝基板，及设置在铝基板长度方向上的、一个以上的LED灯，及设置管体上的、位于LED灯上方的透光罩，及设置在管体两边端部的塑料封头，及设置在管体两边塑料封头外端的两个电极头；其特征在于：所述管体内设置有用于承载铝基板的、起到防震作用的弹性体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯，其特征在于：所述一个以上的LED灯相互串接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED日光灯，其特征在于：所述的透光罩为平板状的钢化玻璃板。
