Abstract

本发明主要由（1）螺母、（2）下压板、（3）下橡胶垫、（5）上橡胶垫、（6）上压板、（7）螺栓组成。根据（4）管道的型号选择合适的上下压板，将橡胶垫放入上下压板的凹槽中，将上下压板放在管道需要补漏的地方，通过螺栓的连接将上下压板压紧，从而使得压板中的橡胶垫紧密贴合，这样就使得橡胶垫包围的管道范围内为一个较好的密闭空间，管道内的输送物就不会泄漏出来。

技术领域
本发明属于一种管道临时补漏的装置，主要是用来对破损的不宜采用焊接补漏的管道进行临时性的连接堵漏。
背景技术
在工厂车间中有很多纵横交错的输气管道（液氧、乙炔等），有的地方还有小型的输油管道。有时候部分管道会出现局部的裂纹、破损或者连接接口的松动等问题，由于管道内部的气体或者液体有的是可燃性的，如果采用焊接的方法，对焊接的技术要求会很高，如果焊接不好的话还会存在安全隐患，因此在管道内部是可燃气体或液体的的情况下一般不采用焊接的方法进行补漏，而采用机械连接的方法进行临时性的补漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足，而提供一种适用于管道临时补漏的装置。本装置能够对破损或者连接不严密的接口进行快速的补漏，连接方法简单方便、密闭性好，对输送气体、液体的管道都可以进行临时补漏，而且补漏效果也较好。
本发明为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：
本装置主要是上、下压板、橡胶垫及螺栓螺母组成。所述的压板就是经过加工的带有特定形状的钢板，主要用来压紧橡胶垫，保证密闭性；橡胶垫就是将破损部分的周围组成一个密闭的空间，保证管内输送物不会泄漏；螺栓螺母主要用来压紧压板，使得胶垫接触的更加紧密。由于管道的型号不同，因此只需要对压板的弧形槽进行改变即可，因此该装置可适用于多种型号的管道临时补漏。
    本发明有益效果：结构简单、经久耐用、便于操作、可以快速的对管道破损处进行补漏，而且密闭性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
详见附图，管道临时补漏装置，主要由1.螺母、2.下压板、3.下橡胶垫、5.上橡胶垫、6.上压板、7.螺栓。根据管道的型号选择合适的上下压板，将橡胶垫放入上下压板的凹槽中，将上下压板放在管道需要补漏的地方，通过螺栓的连接将上下压板压紧，从而使得压板中的橡胶垫紧密贴合，这样就使得橡胶垫包围的管道范围内为一个较好的密闭空间，管道内的输送物就不会泄漏出来。

1.一种管道临时补漏装置，该装置包括螺母（1）、下压板（2）、下橡胶板（3）、上橡胶板（5）、上压板（6）、螺栓组（7），其特征在于上下压板内侧凹槽内放置有密封的上橡胶垫（5）和下橡胶垫（3）。
2.如权利要求书1所述的装置，上下压板水平两侧突出有用于螺栓固定的法兰板，上下压板的法兰板上相对布置有数组贯穿的螺栓孔。
