Abstract

本发明公开了一种注油式穿墙止水热力管道,外在外护钢管与内输热载体钢管之间设置有含碳橡胶层,在外套钢管与外护钢管之间设置有油膜,并在外套钢管上设置有注油孔并密封安装有螺栓。本发明采用盘根密封埋入土中寿命可达25年,并且更换简便,耐磨,能够承受管道的径向和轴向载荷。外套钢管强度高,不易变形,同时外护钢管能耐受热力管道的热变形带来的强烈磨擦。设置保温材料和油膜,当内钢管热伸长(冷收缩)时与外套钢管同时运动,避免保温层破坏。钢结构的外露部位均涂有防腐涂料,有效地提高了钢质材料的寿命。

技术领域
    本发明涉及供热管道技术领域,具体涉及一种注油式穿墙止水热力管道。 
背景技术
现有穿墙止水套管的外套管采用聚乙烯玻璃外护管,其强度不高,容易老化受损,其固定强度不够,止水效果差,而且与内层热力管道之间的热膨胀系数不同,造成内外层摩擦,加剧外套管老化程度,实用寿命较短。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的问题和不足,提供一种采用钢结构的注油式穿墙止水热力管道。 
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种注油式穿墙止水热力管道,包括内输热载体钢管和外套管,其特征是:所述外套管包括外护钢管和外套钢管,在外护钢管与内输热载体钢管之间设置有含碳橡胶层。 
在外套钢管与外护钢管之间设置有油膜,并在外套钢管上设置有注油孔并密封安装有螺栓。 
所述外护钢管外漏部分的表面为镀锌层,或者设置防腐涂料。 
在所述外套钢管的外侧设置环形凸缘形成盘根。 
有益效果:1、采用盘根密封,一次性压紧;埋入土中,寿命可达25年,并且更换简便。 
2、采用含碳橡胶,止水可靠、耐磨,能够承受管道的径向和轴向载荷。 
3、外套钢管,取代直埋预制保温管的聚乙稀玻璃外护管,钢管强度高,不易变形,有效地被盘根抱紧,而止住水的侵入,同时外护钢管能耐受热力管道的热变形带来的强烈磨擦。 
4、外护钢管和内输热载体的钢管之间,依然有约30mm厚的保温材料,所以整个管线在套管部分仍然具有保温效果,同时当内钢管热伸长(冷收缩)时与外套钢管同时运动,避免保温层破坏。 
5、钢结构的外露部位均涂有防腐涂料,有效地提高了钢质材料的寿命。

具体实施方式
一种注油式穿墙止水热力管道,参见图1,从内向外依次包括内输热载体钢管1、含碳橡胶层3、外护钢管2、外套钢管4和盘根5。在外套钢管4与外护钢管2之间设置有油膜,并在外套钢管4上设置有注油孔并密封安装有螺栓6。外护钢管2的外漏部分表面为镀锌层,钢结构的外漏部分均涂有防腐涂料。

1.一种注油式穿墙止水热力管道,包括内输热载体钢管和外套管,其特征是:所述外套管包括外护钢管和外套钢管,在外护钢管与内输热载体钢管之间设置有含碳橡胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注油式穿墙止水热力管道,其特征是:在外套钢管与外护钢管之间设置有油膜,并在外套钢管上设置有注油孔并密封安装有螺栓。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注油式穿墙止水热力管道,其特征是:所述外护钢管外漏部分的表面为镀锌层,或者设置防腐涂料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的注油式穿墙止水热力管道,其特征是:在所述外套钢管的外侧设置环形凸缘形成盘根。
