Abstract
一种钻井液发泡剂及其制备方法,其特征是以油酸为基础、经浓硫酸处理增强发泡剂的极性和热稳定性,并引入疏油性较强的淀粉大分子基团。本发明的产品用于油田钻井可循环泡沫钻井液中,由于通过磺化、接枝、低度聚合的作用,即便在高温下仍能保持分子的伸展度,同时还由于引入疏油性较强的淀粉大分子基团,因此不会发生油水乳化,从而保证发泡能力与泡沫的粘弹性和热稳定性。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种有机化合助剂及其制备方法,特别是用于油田钻井泥浆体系的一种钻井液发泡剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:本发明前,各油田在欠平衡钻井施工时多采用油酸钠类表面活性剂对钻井液进行发泡,由于该类发泡剂抗油性较差,当在钻井液内加入润滑剂等含油性的助剂时,其分子的疏水端会与油类分子紧密结合发生较强的油水乳化,从而导致发泡能力下降或失效。
发明内容:本发明的目的是:为油田钻井可循环泡沫钻井液提供一种钻井液发泡剂及其制备方法,由于该方法制备的助剂在高温下能保持分子的伸展度,并具有较强的疏油性,当在钻井液内加入润滑剂等含油性的助剂时,不会发生油水乳化,从而保证发泡能力与泡沫的粘弹性和热稳定性。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:一种钻井液发泡剂,包括油酸、浓硫酸、工业淀粉、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠,其特征是油酸、浓硫酸、工业淀粉、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠的化合质量比例为100:20:30:10:1:1。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下措施来实现:一种钻井液发泡剂制备方法,其特征是:
(1)100份(质量比,下同)油酸与20份浓硫酸搅拌均匀后在80℃水浴中反应1小时;
(2)加入30份工业淀粉、10份丙烯酸在80℃水浴中反应1.5小时;
(3)将温度降至30~35℃,加入1份的过硫酸铵和1份的亚硫酸氢钠,充分搅拌后反应2小时;
(4)加入质量为8%的氢氧化钠水溶液调节体系PH值到9。

钻井液发泡剂制备方法是:
(1)100份(质量比,下同)油酸与20份浓硫酸搅拌均匀后在80℃水浴中反应1小时;

1.一种钻井液发泡剂,包括油酸、浓硫酸、工业淀粉、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠,其特征是:油酸、浓硫酸、工业淀粉、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠的化合质量比例为100:20:30:10:1:1。
2.一种钻井液发泡剂制备方法,其特征是:
(1)100份(质量比,下同)油酸与20份浓硫酸搅拌均匀后在80℃水浴中反应1小时;
(2)加入30份工业淀粉、10份丙烯酸在80℃水浴中反应1.5小时;
