技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑物涂料,具体涉及一种多功能防水涂料。
背景技术
建筑物无论地下还是屋面或者卫生间都会用到防水, 如果没有进行建筑物防水处理,地下室会进行渗漏,造成巨大的地下空间无法使用或出现灾难性坍塌。如地铁、涵洞、人防工程等无法使用,因而造成巨大损失。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能防水涂料,具有优异的防水性能和抗高低温效果,能承受强酸碱盐的各种腐蚀,并具有独特的柔性和与物体附着强度突出的性能,且反光降温效果明显,还有较强的的黏结性,能替代黏合剂,施工简单,省时省工,无气化污染。

氧化锌 1份—5份。
