技术领域
本发明属于输送带技术领域,特指一种新型耐酸碱输送带。
背景技术
目前,传统的耐酸碱输送带均采用氯丁胶添加惰性材料硫酸钡作为盖胶,这种特殊用途的输送带存在的缺陷在于:一是制作成本高;二是加工工艺麻烦;三是生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型耐酸碱输送带。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
新型耐酸碱输送带,包括盖胶层,其特征在于:盖胶层按以下质量份数的原料配制成:0~100份丁苯胶1502/丁苯胶1712/天然胶,0~100份顺丁胶,0~10份氧化锌,0~6份硬脂酸,0~2份促进剂,0~3份防老剂4010NA,0~3份防老剂RD,0~60份炭黑N220/N330/N550/N660,0~50份绢云母粉,0~20份石蜡油,0~15份二丁酯,0~15份古马隆,0~3份硫磺。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
本发明利用了娟云母粉化学稳定性的特点,添加到丁苯橡胶或天然胶中,完全弥补了普通橡胶化学稳定性差的缺点,还利用了绢云母的体积热稳定的特点使硫化后的输送带收缩率减少了30%以上,使输送带的材料成本得到了降低和节约,且本发明输送带的耐酸碱效果完全达到耐酸碱输送带标准HG/T3782-2005的要求。

新型耐酸碱输送带,包括盖胶层,盖胶层按以下质量份数的原料配制成:0~100份丁苯胶1502/丁苯胶1712/天然胶,0~100份顺丁胶,0~10份氧化锌,0~6份硬脂酸,0~2份促进剂,0~3份防老剂4010NA,0~3份防老剂RD,0~60份炭黑N220/N330/N550/N660,0~50份绢云母粉,0~20份石蜡油,0~15份二丁酯,0~15份古马隆,0~3份硫磺。
