Abstract

本发明提供一种盖板式防止轿厢舱前倾装置。要解决的技术问题是:取消压舱石。本发明的要点是:它包括框架式基座、轿厢舱及其底部的左、右纵向导轨,在左、右导轨的外侧固定若干个沿着导轨布置的凸块;在基座的左、右侧每侧固定倒L型材,每个倒L型材由竖直板和水平面板构成,其中水平板位于竖直板的上端,竖直板固定在基座上,水平板盖在所有的凸块上面,成为凸块的盖板,两个倒L型材板呈对称布置。当移动式轿厢舱向外移出至轿厢舱前部悬空,这时所有的凸块被上面的盖板压住,防止导轨的后部翘起。本发明的积极效果是:取消压舱石,减轻了整个装置的载荷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种非缠绕式高层救援升降机,具体说是非缠绕式高层救援升降机当轿厢舱移出时防止轿厢舱前倾装置。
背景技术
CN 202687670 U公开了非缠绕式高层救援升降机的轿厢舱移出机构,具体是(参见CN 202687670 U图1-2):基座1 的上面是轿厢舱框架2及左右两个轿厢舱3,每个轿厢舱里设置一个轿厢5,轿厢舱下面设舱口6,成为轿厢的出入口;轿厢舱底部设置左、中、右三个纵向导轨7(与左右方向垂直),所有的纵向导轨之间刚性连接,在基座的上表面设置与导轨对应的纵向滑轮组8,即一个纵向导轨放在一列纵向滑轮组上,使整个轿厢舱成为移动式轿厢舱;参见图3-4,手柄9 的转轴10 键连接手柄减速机11 的输入轴,手柄减速机的输出轴键连接第一链轮12 的轴,手柄、手柄减速机和第一链轮均安装在手柄架13 上,手柄架前端左右处各安装一个左链轮14 和右链轮15,手柄架安装在基座上,左右链轮相同,且小于第一链轮;行走链条17 的前端和后端固定在中间导轨上,行走链条的中间段依次与左链轮、第一链轮和右链轮啮合;基座固定在建筑物顶层平台的边缘。平时移动式轿厢舱放在基座上。需要救援时,手摇手柄,第一链轮驱动行走链条向外(向左)行走,导轨在滑轮组随之向外行走,移动式轿厢舱向外移出至两个舱口完全探出建筑物边缘,为放下轿厢做准备。救援结束,反向摇手柄,移动式轿厢舱向里移至基座上。
上述机构的轿厢和舱口是设在轿厢舱的前面,即整个轿厢舱的重量都集中在前面。当移动式轿厢舱向外移出至两个舱口完全探出建筑物边缘时,轿厢舱前部悬空,此时若无配重,轿厢舱会前倾,整个轿厢舱会向前翻转。为防止翻转,需在两个轿厢舱的后部分别装上压舱石,前后配重。而设置压舱石会增加整个装置的载荷。
发明内容
为了减少载荷,本发明的目的是取消压舱石,提供一种非缠绕式高层救援升降机盖板式防止轿厢舱前倾装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括框架式基座、轿厢舱及其底部的左、右导轨,其特征是:在左、右导轨的外侧固定若干个沿着导轨布置的凸块;在基座的左、右侧每侧固定倒L型材,每侧倒L型材设置的方向是其水平板位于竖直板的上端,水平板盖在本侧所有的凸块上面,成为凸块的盖板,竖直板固定在本侧的基座上,两侧的倒L型材板呈对称布置。
当移动式轿厢舱向外移出至两个舱口完全探出建筑物边缘时,轿厢舱前部悬空,在轿厢舱前部重力作用下轿厢舱前倾,轿厢舱后部即导轨的后部会翘起,这时所有的凸块被上面的盖板压住,防止导轨的后部翘起。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:取消压舱石,减轻了整个装置的载荷。

具体实施方式
它包括框架式基座1、轿厢舱底部5的左、右导轨2,在左、右导轨的里、外侧均固定若干个沿着导轨布置的凸块,为减少摩擦,所说的凸块为轴承3,轴承3的轴安装在导轨上;在基座的左、右侧每侧固定倒L型材4,为减轻倒L型材的重量,所说的倒L型材是若干个矩形钢板41以相同的间距固定在角钢42的竖直面板422上,固定的方式是每个矩形钢板的上端用螺栓固定在角钢42的竖直面板422上,使倒L型材竖直板下边缘形成连续的凹凸形,凸出的部分是矩形钢板的下端,所有的矩形钢板的下端固定在本侧的基座上,所说的水平板是角钢的水平板421,水平板盖在所有的轴承3上面,成为轴承的盖板(即水平板421),两个倒L型材板呈对称布置。因在左、右导轨的里侧也固定了若干个轴承,故在导轨里侧的轴承侧,也安装了相同的倒L型材。
当移动式轿厢舱向外移出至两个舱口完全探出建筑物边缘时,轿厢舱前部悬空(如图1),在轿厢舱前部重力作用下轿厢舱前倾,轿厢舱后部即导轨的后部会翘起,这时所有的轴承被上面的角钢的水平板即盖板压住,防止导轨的后部翘起。

1.一种盖板式防止轿厢舱前倾装置,它包括框架式基座、轿厢舱及轿厢舱底部的左、右导轨,其特征是:在左、右导轨的外侧固定若干个沿着导轨布置的凸块;在框架式基座的左、右侧每侧固定倒L型材,每侧倒L型材设置的方向是其水平板位于竖直板的上端,水平板盖在本侧所有的凸块上面,成为凸块的盖板,竖直板固定在本侧的框架式基座上,两侧的倒L型材板呈对称布置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的盖板式防止轿厢舱前倾装置,其特征是:所述凸块是轴承。
3.按照权利要求2所述的盖板式防止轿厢舱前倾装置,其特征是:所述倒L型材是若干个矩形钢板以相同的间距固定在角钢的竖直面板上,固定的方式是每个矩形钢板的上端用螺栓固定在角钢的竖直面板上,使倒L型材竖直板下边缘形成连续的凹凸形,凸出的部分是矩形钢板的下端,所有的矩形钢板的下端固定在本侧的基座上,所述倒L型材水平板是角钢的水平板。
