Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管及其生产方法。本发明关于耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的技术方案是:所述防热套管由三层结构组成,从内至外依次为防辐射屏蔽管层、防热涂料层、铝箔复合布层,所述防辐射屏蔽管层由石英玻璃纤维套管和三元合金膜构成。生产方法包括以下工艺步骤:防辐射屏蔽管的制造、对防辐射屏蔽管上三元合金膜进行表面处理、浸渍防热涂料、粘贴铝箔复合布。这种结构的套管具有耐高温、防辐射的功能,能够满足套管在200KW/m2,60s内管内壁温升不高于100℃的要求,而且能够屏蔽强电子干扰。

Description

一种耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对飞行器上的电缆进行保护的新型耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管及其生产方法。
背景技术
根据飞行器某型号要求,研发一种保护电缆用的防热套管,要求该套管在200KW/m2热流条件下,保持60秒内管内壁温升不高于100℃,且整个飞行过程处于强电子干扰环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管及其生产方法。
本发明关于耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的技术方案是:所述防热套管由三层结构组成,从内至外依次为防辐射屏蔽管层、防热涂料层、铝箔复合布层,所述防辐射屏蔽管层由石英玻璃纤维套管和三元合金膜构成。
优选地,所述三元合金膜的成分为90%铝、8%铜、2%镍,合金膜的厚度为0.1±0.02 mm。
优选地,所述石英玻璃纤维套管的厚度为0.3-0.4mm。
本发明关于耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的生产方法包括以下工艺步骤:
A、防辐射屏蔽管的制造
(a)编织石英玻璃纤维套管,
(b)硅氧烷偶联剂处理,
(c)在石英玻璃纤维套管上电镀三元合金膜;
B、对三元合金膜进行表面处理;
C、浸渍防热涂料;
D、粘贴铝箔复合布。
所述三元合金膜的表面处理是用甲苯二异氰酸酯浸渍,再经过立式上胶机烘烤固化,烘烤时间为40-60min,烘烤温度为90-110℃。
所述浸渍防热涂料是将防辐射屏蔽管浸渍防热涂料后,再经过立式上胶机烘烤固化,烘烤时间40-60min,烘烤温度100-120℃,循环多次至规定厚度。
所述粘贴铝箔复合布是先根据防辐射屏蔽管内径的大小按45°剪裁一定宽度的铝箔复合布,Ф20及Ф20以下铝箔复合布宽度剪裁成30mm左右, Ф20-Ф56铝箔复合布宽度裁剪成20mm左右,然后取裁剪好的铝箔复合布按1/2搭边缠绕在防辐射屏蔽管上。
由于本发明公开的耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管由防辐射屏蔽管层、防热涂料层、铝箔复合布层三层组成,并且所述防辐射屏蔽管层由石英玻璃纤维套管和三元合金膜构成,这样就使套管具有耐高温、防辐射的功能,能够满足套管在200KW/m2,60s内管内壁温升不高于100℃的要求,而且能够屏蔽强电子干扰。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明关于耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的优选实施例是:所述防热套管由三层结构组成,从内至外依次为防辐射屏蔽管层、防热涂料层、铝箔复合布层,所述防辐射屏蔽管层由石英玻璃纤维套管和三元合金膜构成,所述三元合金膜的成分为90%铝、8%铜、2%镍,合金膜的厚度为0.1±0.02 mm,所述石英玻璃纤维套管的厚度为0.3-0.4mm。
如图2所示,本发明关于耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的生产工艺步骤是:
A、防辐射屏蔽管的制造
(a)编织石英玻璃纤维套管,厚度控制在0.3-0.4mm;
(b)硅氧烷偶联剂处理;
(c)采用真空磁控溅射技术在石英玻璃纤维套管上电镀三元合金膜(90%铝+8%铜+2%镍),厚度控制在0.1±0.02 mm;
B、将三元合金膜用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI:溶剂=1:9  重量比)浸渍,进行表面处理,再经过立式上胶机烘烤固化,烘烤时间为40-60min,烘烤温度为90-110℃;
C、将防辐射屏蔽管浸渍防热涂料,再经过立式上胶机烘烤固化,烘烤时间40-60min,烘烤温度100-120℃,循环多次至规定厚度;
D、根据防辐射屏蔽管内径的大小按45°剪裁一定宽度的铝箔复合布。Ф20及Ф20以下铝箔复合布宽度剪裁成30mm左右, Ф20-Ф56铝箔复合布宽度裁剪成20mm左右,取裁剪好的铝箔复合布按1/2搭边缠绕。

1.一种耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管,其特征在于:所述防热套管由三层结构组成,从内至外依次为防辐射屏蔽管层、防热涂料层、铝箔复合布层,所述防辐射屏蔽管层由石英玻璃纤维套管和三元合金膜构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管,其特征在于:所述三元合金膜的成分为90%铝、8%铜、2%镍,合金膜的厚度为0.1±0.02 mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管,其特征在于:所述石英玻璃纤维套管的厚度为0.3-0.4mm。
4.一种耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
A、防辐射屏蔽管的制造
(a)编织石英玻璃纤维套管,
(b)硅氧烷偶联剂处理,
(c)在石英玻璃纤维套管上电镀三元合金膜;
B、对三元合金膜进行表面处理;
C、浸渍防热涂料;
D、粘贴铝箔复合布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的生产方法,其特征在于:所述三元合金膜的表面处理是用甲苯二异氰酸酯浸渍,再经过立式上胶机烘烤固化,烘烤时间为40-60min,烘烤温度为90-110℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的生产方法,其特征在于:所述浸渍防热涂料是将防辐射屏蔽管浸渍防热涂料后,再经过立式上胶机烘烤固化,烘烤时间40-60min,烘烤温度100-120℃,循环多次至规定厚度。
7.根据权利要求4所述的耐高温双层屏蔽复合防热套管的生产方法,其特征在于:所述粘贴铝箔复合布是先根据防辐射屏蔽管内径的大小按45°剪裁一定宽度的铝箔复合布,Ф20及Ф20以下铝箔复合布宽度剪裁成30mm左右, Ф20-Ф56铝箔复合布宽度裁剪成20mm左右,然后取裁剪好的铝箔复合布按1/2搭边缠绕在防辐射屏蔽管上。
