Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车安装工具，具体为机滤扳手，一种能够在狭小空间内或者处于高温状态下，方便的拆卸、安装汽车机油的机滤扳手。皮带上的齿牙起到两重作用，一是可以使用松紧螺帽顺时针、逆时针转动达到收紧、延长皮带的长度；二是防止在扳手转动时，皮带打滑，增大皮带与机滤的摩擦。在安装、拆卸的过程中，握住把手将皮带套在机滤上，逆时针拧动松紧螺帽，使得松紧螺帽的卡口卡住齿牙的直立面，从而收紧皮带，直至无法转动为止，顺时针拧动扳手达到拆卸机滤的功能；顺时针拧动松紧螺帽，使得松紧螺帽的卡口拨动齿牙的背部斜面，达到释放皮带长度的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种拆卸、安装汽车机油机滤的扳手装置，具体为机滤扳手，尤其是能在机滤所处的空间比较狭小、发动机在高温情况下的作业，大大降低操作难度。
背景技术
目前，公知的机油机滤扳手主要有：三爪式、帽式、皮带式和铐式四类，三爪式、帽式在使用时对于使用空间有很高的要求，有时机滤空间比较狭小，手把无法安装，增加工作难度。皮带式、铐式适用于小间隙空间作业，但在汽车发动机温度较高时，对于机滤的操作很不方便，甚至会造成烫伤。
发明内容
为了克服现有的扳手在实际操作中遇见机滤空间不足或者发动机温度过高造成机滤的安装、拆卸的不便，本发明提供一种机滤扳手，该扳手能够克服空间狭小及发动机温度较高带来的诸多不便，很大程度上降低了操作难度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：所述的机滤扳手，由测试触头皮带固定端1、皮带齿牙2、皮带3、旋转铆钉4、把手5、松紧螺帽6、螺帽扳手7、卡扣8组成，其特征是所述的机滤扳手，皮带的一端固定在扳手头部，皮带经过扳手空腔开口、旋转铆钉、扳手空腔、松紧螺帽，利用齿牙来增大摩擦，用松紧螺帽顺、逆时针旋转控制皮带的放松与收紧。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：所述的机滤扳手，在用齿牙皮带套住机滤后，逆时针拧动松紧螺帽，使得卡口卡住齿牙，带动皮带抽出，使得套住机滤的皮带紧紧固定机滤，以备完成机滤的安装、拆卸；顺时针拧动松紧螺帽，卡口拨动齿牙的背面，释放皮带的长度，使得套紧机滤的皮带得到延长，以备再次拨动机滤使用。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的有益效果是，所述的机滤扳手，可以在操作时不拘泥于空间狭小及发动机温度的限制，方便的拆卸、安装汽车机油机滤，结构简单，操作方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，将图1中带有齿牙皮带的A端固定在扳手的一端，皮带经过扳手开口、转动铆钉、旋转螺帽延长至扳手出口。转动铆钉为的是防止皮带被开口割断。
图2为转动螺帽的平面示意图，螺帽扳手是用于顺逆时针旋转螺帽，配合卡口和皮带上的齿牙相结合，以达到缩短、延长缠在机滤上的皮带长度。
图3为松紧螺帽逆时针转动功能，卡口卡住皮带齿牙，拉动皮带，以缩短缠在机滤上的皮带长度，使得皮带紧紧缠住机滤，以备转动扳手安装、拆卸机滤。
图4为松紧螺帽顺时针转动功能，在一个工作半径内，没有完成机滤的安装、拆卸，顺时针转动松紧螺帽，卡口卡住皮带齿牙背面，松动皮带，以延长缠在机滤上的皮带长度，使得缠住机滤的皮带得到延长。挪动扳手至合适位置，重复图3的功能，直至完成机滤的安装、拆卸工作。

Claims (2)

1.一种机滤扳手，由测试触头(1).皮带固定端 、皮带齿牙（2），皮带（3）、旋转铆钉（4）、把手（5）、松紧螺帽（6）、螺帽扳手（7）、卡扣（8）组成，其特征是所述的齿牙皮带式机油机滤扳手，皮带的一端固定在扳手头部，皮带经过扳手空腔开口、旋转铆钉、扳手空腔、松紧螺帽，利用齿牙来增大摩擦，用松紧螺帽顺、逆时针旋转控制皮带的放松与收紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机滤扳手，其特征是在用齿牙皮带套住机滤后，逆时针拧动松紧螺帽，使得卡口卡住齿牙，带动皮带抽出，使得套住机滤的皮带紧紧固定机滤，以备完成机滤的安装、拆卸；顺时针拧动松紧螺帽，卡口拨动齿牙的背面，释放皮带的长度，使得套紧机滤的皮带得到延长，以备再次拨动机滤使用。
