一种挖掘移动式破碎站,本发明的任务是提出一种占用空间小,挖掘破碎一体化,适用性强的一种挖掘移动式破碎站。本发明的技术方案是,一种挖掘移动式破碎站,所述的破碎机上的出料口与胶带输送机的一端口相连,破碎机上的进料口与板式喂料机上的出料口相连,喂料机支撑架固定有板式喂料机,所述的板式喂料机是倾斜20°‑25°安装固定,板式喂料机接地这一端是受料斗,液压活塞杆的一端通过销轴固定在板式喂料机的尾部,另一端通过销轴固定在受料斗的侧壁上,所述的破碎站骨架上固定有挖掘机构。本发明具有工作效率高,节省占地空间的优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种挖掘移动式破碎站,适用于各类不同硬度物料不同场地情况的粗碎、中碎、细碎作业,特别适用于矿山固体物料的破碎时使用。
背景技术:
目前我国使用的移动破碎站,主要有轮胎牵引式和履带自行式两种,履带自行式移动破碎站是将受料斗、喂料机、破碎机、胶带输送和柴油发动机安装在履带底盘上,通过自身的动力可实现作业内短距离移动,其缺点是:1、移动破碎站工作时需要挖掘机或装载机的配合才能顺利完成物料的破碎,增加了工程机械及人力方面的投入,2、移动破碎站受料斗离地面距离较高,装载机通过举臂才能将物料顺利送入受料斗,大大增加了工程车辆的燃油费及维修费,3、移动破碎站受料斗容积较小,需要挖掘机或装载机连续不停地将物料送入料斗,才能保证移动破碎站连续不间断的工作,对于大型移动破碎站,更是需要配备多辆挖掘机或装载机才能满足工作。
发明内容:
本发明的任务是提出一种占用空间小,挖掘破碎一体化,适用性强的一种挖掘移动式破碎站。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,一种挖掘移动式破碎站,其特征在于:所述的破碎机上的出料口与胶带输送机的一端口相连,破碎机上的进料口与板式喂料机上的出料口相连,喂料机支撑架固定有板式喂料机,所述的板式喂料机是倾斜20°-25°安装固定,板式喂料机接地这一端是受料斗,液压活塞杆的一端通过销轴固定在板式喂料机的尾部,另一端通过销轴固定在受料斗的侧壁上,所述的破碎站骨架上固定有挖掘机构。挖掘机构的末端通过销轴和高强螺栓安装固定在破碎站骨架上,挖掘机构前端的铲斗通过摇杆固定,摇杆之间通过连杆连接,连杆的另一端上连接有铲斗活塞杆,铲斗油缸在其后固定在斗杆的上面,所述的斗杆与活动臂通过铰接件连接,所述的活动臂的上面固定有斗杆油缸,所述的斗杆油缸的前面连接有斗杆活塞杆,活动臂上固定有活动臂活塞杆,后面是提供活动臂活塞杆工作的油缸。
本发明具有以下效果:本移动破碎站本机具有挖掘功能,能轻松将物料从高处或周围扒至板式喂料机尾部受料斗处,可轻松实现破碎挖掘一体化,能连续不间断将物料破碎,对现场环境具有极强的适应性,工作效率高,节省占地空间。

具体实施方式:
结合以上附图详细描述实施例,如图1所示,破碎站骨架9安装在行走履带底盘5上,所述的破碎站骨架9上安装有破碎机8,所述的破碎机8上的出料口与胶带输送机10的一端口相连,破碎机上的进料口7与板式喂料机上的出料口相连,物料的输送和堆垛是由胶带输送机完成,破碎机电机6固定在破碎站骨架上与所述的破碎机8通过传动组件连接,喂料机支撑架11固定有板式喂料机4,所述的板式喂料机4是倾斜20°-25°安装固定,目的是降低破碎站的喂料机高度,板式喂料机接地这一端是受料斗2,液压活塞杆3的一端通过销轴固定在板式喂料机4的尾部,另一端通过销轴固定在受料斗2的侧壁上,所述的破碎站骨架9上固定有挖掘机构。
所述的挖掘机构如图2所示,挖掘机构1的末端通过销轴和高强螺栓安装固定在破碎站骨架9上,具体位置位于板式喂料4的正上方,挖掘机构前端的铲斗1-12通过摇杆1-14固定,铲斗可以通过摇杆将高处及周围需破碎物料扒至受料斗,进一步说:两个摇杆之间通过连杆1-13连接,连杆的另一端上连接有铲斗活塞杆1-15,铲斗油缸1-16在其后固定在斗杆1-17的上面,所述的斗杆1-17与活动臂1-20通过铰接件连接,所述的活动臂的上面固定有斗杆油缸1-19,所述的斗杆油缸的前面连接有斗杆活塞杆1-18,活动臂上固定有活动臂活塞杆1-21,后面是提供活动臂活塞杆工作的油缸1-22。通过液压活塞杆3将受料斗2由高处降低至地面,挖掘机构1将高处及周围需破碎物料扒至受料斗2处,然后通过板式喂料机4均匀连续地将物料送至破碎机8进行破碎作业,破碎后的物料经过破碎机8的下料口落到皮带输送机10的一端,由胶带输送机10完成物料的输送或堆垛。移动破碎站停止破碎作业时,通过液压活塞杆3将受料斗2升高后处于运输状态,不影响移动破碎站的正常行走。

1.一种挖掘移动式破碎站,其特征在于:包括破碎站骨架、行走履带底盘、破碎机、板式喂料机和胶带输送机,所述破碎站骨架安装于所述行走履带底盘上,且所述破碎站骨架上安装有所述破碎机,所述破碎机上的出料口与所述胶带输送机的一端口相连,所述破碎机上的进料口与所述板式喂料机上的出料口相连,所述板式喂料机通过支撑架倾斜20°-25°安装于所述行走履带底盘上,所述板式喂料机接地一端安装有受料斗,所述受料斗侧壁上通过销轴固定有液压活塞杆一端,所述液压活塞杆的另一端通过销轴固定在所述板式喂料机的尾部,所述破碎站骨架上固定有挖掘机构;所述挖掘机构的末端通过销轴和高强螺栓安装固定在所述破碎站骨架上,所述挖掘机构前端的铲斗通过多个摇杆固定,所述多个摇杆之间通过连杆一端连接,所述连杆的另一端上连接有铲斗活塞杆,所述铲斗活塞杆安装在铲斗油缸内,所述铲斗油缸固定在斗杆上,所述斗杆与活动臂通过铰接件连接,所述的活动臂的上面固定有斗杆油缸,所述的斗杆油缸的前面连接有斗杆活塞杆,活动臂上固定有活动臂活塞杆,后面是提供活动臂活塞杆工作的油缸。
