Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗骨质增生腰痛的自然理疗袋,是属于中医理疗按摩热敷袋配制生产技术领域。由伸筋透骨钢筋粉治颈腰骨刺,乳香沸石粉治风寒湿腰椎增生腰痛,乌梢白花蛇碱渣粉治骨刺增生,芙蓉铁粉治关节增生炎症肥大变形,红花磁铁粉治增生性脊椎炎,当归还原铁粉治扭挫伤,卷柏钢筋粉治腰椎后关节紊乱症自然理疗袋组成。例用天然植物药效作用,自然发热使药粉发热温度达到40-50℃之间,以理疗热敷的形式,达到对颈椎综合症、肥大性脊椎炎、椎间盘突出症、骨刺、骨质退化致疼痛、腰腿痛、活动不便、四肢麻木、慢性腰背劳损等病症,有缓解和减轻疼痛的作用,使用方便、安全,无副作用。

背景技术:
热敷属中药外敷疗法是临床上最常用的中医外治法之一。其方法是将鲜药捣烂,或将干药研成细末,以水、酒、醋、蜜、麻油、凡士林等调匀,直接涂敷于患处或穴位上。由于经络有“内属脏腑、外络肢节、沟通表里、贯穿上下”的作用,所以不但能治疗局部病变,而且还可通过外敷达到治疗全身性疾病的目的。中药外敷疗法的历史悠久,源远流长。在原始社会里,由于生产力落后,生活十分艰苦,各种疾病流行猖獗,特别是外出采食,或与毒蛇猛兽搏斗,受了伤以后,限于无医无药,只好用泥土、树叶、草茎等涂于伤口上,久而久之,人们便发现一些行之有效的外用药品和相应的外治方法,这便是中药外敷疗法的起源。随着社会生产力的发展,医疗经验得到进一步的提高,加之阴阳、五行、脏腑、经络学说的形成,逐渐确立了我国的中医学体系,使中药外敷疗法更多种多样化。古代医家在临床应用汤药治疗的同时,也常常配合使用中药外敷疗法,能更好地提高疗效。
骨质增生又称增生性脊椎炎是一种以椎体边缘及关节软骨的退变增生为主的骨关节病,又称退行性脊椎炎、肥大性脊柱炎、骨关节炎、骨质增生等。是临床常见的一种慢性腰背劳损病症。多见于中年以上的男性患者或肥胖患者。本病一般属中医学“腰背痛”、“骨痹”等范畴。本病发生的内在原因与椎间盘退变密切相关。许多文献报道腰痛与骨赘、增生无明显正相关关系,而与损伤或劳损有关,与增生的部位和程度有关。由于腰部解剖结构与功能特点,腰椎间盘一般在20岁就开始发生退变,椎间盘的退变或腰部劳损,可导致椎体及小关节的骨质增生改变,甚至形成骨刺,发生椎体不稳。随着年龄增加,脊柱骨赘、增生可限制脊椎的活动,使腰背部明显强直,故容易遭受损伤,而产生腰背痛。若发生椎体后缘和椎间小关节的明显骨赘增生,则可导致椎管或椎间孔、神经根侧隐窝狭窄,刺激和压迫神经根而发生顽固性腰腿痛。中老年人经常出现的腰背痛,又无明显的外伤史,疼痛一般较轻,仅感觉腰部酸痛,不灵活,甚至钝痛、束缚感,晨起、久坐起立时疼痛明显,稍事活动后,症状反而减轻,但过度劳累则症状加重。有时疼痛可向臀部、大腿部放射,阴雨无症状加重。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗骨质增生腰痛的自然理疗袋。
本发明技术解决的方案是:
一种抗骨质增生腰痛的自然理疗袋,其特征是:由下列质量配比组成%
(1)一种抗骨质增生腰痛的自然理疗袋,其特征是:由伸筋透骨草钢筋粉治颈腰骨刺自然理疗袋,按下列质量配比组成%
①伸筋草透骨草天然植物混合药粉由:伸筋草45g、透骨草45g、五加皮30g、海桐皮30g、刘寄奴30g、红花30g、苏木18g、川断18g、黄柏18g、牛膝18g组成;
②伸筋草钢筋粉治颈腰骨刺自然理疗袋
制用方法:
将上述天然植物药洗净、晒干、研细粉过60目筛,然后装入自热袋内,发热温度可达40-50℃,保温时间24h左右,为通用型自然理疗袋,该自热袋用干寒冷地区和野外作用人员在冬季的取暖保温,以及作某些疾病患者,颈椎综合症、肥大性脊柱炎、椎间盘突出症、骨刺等骨质退化致疼痛,活动不利,四肢麻木,疼痛难行,风湿、胃痛、伤肿等和老年人的热敷按摩理疗之用。
自然理疗袋的制造方法如下:首先将吸湿剂溶解于水中,制成盐溶液,然后将植物药粉浸渍于盐溶液中,让溶液吸附在植物药细粒内待用;然后将钢筋粉、海藻炭及硅藻土原料充分混合均匀,加入备用的植物药,快速拌和后进行真空包装即可得到,用于治疗颈腰骨刺腰腿痛的自然理疗袋。
(2)一种抗骨质增生腰痛的自然理疗袋,其特征是:由乳香沸石粉治风寒湿腰椎增生腰痛自然理疗袋,按下列质量配比组成%
①乳香沸石粉治风寒湿混合药粉由:乳香30g、没药30g、白芍20g、细辛3g、白芥子3g、桃仁10g、杏仁10g、威灵仙20g、骨碎补12g、韭子3g、川乌6g组成;
②乳香沸石粉治风寒湿腰椎增生腰痛自然理疗袋
配制方法:同上。本方有活血化瘀,通经活络。治腰椎骨质增生症,腰肌纤维炎。本方对风、寒、湿所致腰痛及肾虚、血瘀所致腰痛有效。经热敷药后由于局部血液循环得到改善,腰肌痉挛、强直得到缓解,疼痛消失。
[注意事项]个别患者自热袋敷药后局部皮肤有少许皮疹及度痒感,无其他不良反应,无需特别处理。
(3)一种抗骨质增生腰痛的自然理疗袋,其特征是:由乌梢白花蛇碱渣粉治骨刺增生自然理疗袋,按下列质量配比组成%
①乌梢白花蛇天然动植物混合药粉由乌梢蛇30g、白花蛇3条、皂角刺45g、稀莶草45g、透骨草45g、五灵脂60g、生乳香45g、生没药45g、生川乌27g、生草乌27g、杜仲45g、细辛30g、威灵仙45g、仙灵脾45g;
②乌梢白花蛇碱渣粉治骨刺增生自然理疗袋
用法:以上各药,除去杂质、土粒,共研为细末,药粉置瓷碗内用陈醋或米醋(如局部疼痛发冷者,可用白酒或黄酒)调成糊状,装进自然理疗袋(制法同上)然后敷,贴于骨刺增生部位及相应穴位上,隔日1次,10次为一疗程。
注意事项:本疗法无明显的副作用,有少数患者在治疗期间敷药3-6次后局部皮肤发红,可起小丘疹,感觉瘙痒,如丘疹不破,可继续敷贴。如丘疹破溃,用2%紫药水外涂局部,休息2-3天后可继续敷贴。我们还观察到凡是丘疹破溃结痂后再敷贴药,局部皮肤一般不再发生破溃现象。
治疗效果:
①治疗标准:临床治愈,临床症状消失,功能恢复正常,能从事原来工作,X线复查增生部分有变化,病变脊柱的生理曲度得到改善,部分骨刺变细变短;临床症状大部分消失,功能部分恢复,能从事一般轻工作,X线复查骨质增生无明显变化;无效;临床用药治疗10-20次(1-2个疗程)症状如故。
②效果分析:本组临床治愈114例,其中治疗后疼痛消失,经追踪观察半年以上无复发者71例,占23.7%;治愈3个月后复发者43例,占14.3%。好转186例,占62%。无效0例。
典型病例:
例1杨xx,男,62岁,干部。1986年12月20日初诊。患者双跟骨疼痛,尤以休息后活动时为甚,步履艰难,生活难以自理。舌质淡红,苔白腻,脉弦滑。X线提示;双跟骨骨质增生。用药局部用自然理疗袋理疗5次后,症状明显减轻,10次后疼痛消失,行步便利。X线复查;双跟骨“骨刺”软化,部分吸收。
例2桂xx,女,64岁,干部,1987年2月12日来诊。近一年双膝关节疼痛肿胀,伸屈活动受限,下蹲困难。X线提示:双膝关节间隙明显变窄,髌骨上下缘增生明显,关节周围缘游离体形成。局部用自然理疗袋及穴位,理疗5次肿胀消失,疼痛明显减轻,10次后疼痛消失,活动自如,能自行上下楼梯,蹲起便利。后经X线复查,双膝关节间隙增宽,髌骨上下缘骨刺变钝变短,游离体消失。
例3李xx,女,58岁,干部。1987年1月19日来诊。腰部酸困十余年,近3个月来痛势加剧,活动受限,牵及双下肢麻木不适,行走不便。舌质淡、苔白厚,脉弦紧。X线提示:腰椎生理曲度变直,3-5椎前缘骨质增生,诸椎间隙不等宽。经自热袋理疗局部及取环跳、足三里、昆仑穴位8次后,疼痛明显减轻,15次后疼痛消失,行走便利,20次后X线复查;腰椎生理曲度回复正常,骨刺被软化毛糙,部分吸收,椎间隙等宽。
体会:骨质增生属祖国医学中“痹证”范畴,选用具有透骨搜风,温通经络,祛风胜湿、活血软坚散结和滋补肝肾等功效的药物,制成自然理疗袋因这些药物具有辛散、通透、走窜、搜剔之性,能直达病所,故可直接敷贴理疗与增生部位和相应穴位。作用是调节腠理开合,促进血液流通,改善血液和淋巴液的循环,增强局部组织的新陈代谢,从而调节和改善骨骼组织的营养状态,起到了通筋络,行气血,濡筋骨,解痉挛,消水肿,使骨骼局部被损组织得到修复,则可达到治愈和缓解疾病的目的。

增生性脊椎炎是一种以椎体边缘及关节软骨的退变增生为主的骨关节病,又称退行性脊椎炎、肥大性脊柱炎、骨关节炎、骨质增生等。是临床常见的一种慢性腰背劳损病症。多见于中年以上的男性患者或肥胖患者。本病一般属中医学“腰背痛”、“骨痹”等范畴。本病发生的内在原因与椎间盘退变密切相关。许多文献报道腰痛与骨赘、增生无明显正相关关系,而与损伤或劳损有关,与增生的部位和程度有关。由于腰部解剖结构与功能特点,腰椎间盘一般在20岁就开始发生退变,椎间盘的退变或腰部劳损,可导致椎体及小关节的骨质增生改变,甚至形成骨刺,发生椎体不稳。随着年龄增加,脊柱骨赘、增生可限制脊柱的活动,使腰背部明显强直,故容易遭受损伤,而产生腰背痛。若发生椎体后缘和椎间小关节的明显骨赘增生,则可导致椎管或椎间孔、神经根侧隐窝狭窄,刺激和压迫神经根而发生顽固性腰腿痛。
中老年人逐渐出现腰背痛,无明显外伤史,疼痛一般较轻,仅感腰部酸痛、不灵活,甚至钝痛、束缚感。晨起、久坐起立时疼痛明显,稍事活动后症状反而减轻,但过度劳累则症状加重。有时疼痛可向臀部、大腿部放射,阴雨天症状加重。
可见腰椎生理前凸变小或消失,或有圆背畸形,活动受限。腰椎棘突叩痛,两侧腰肌紧张、压痛,沿臀上神经和坐骨神经的径路上可有压痛,甚至出现坐骨神经根性刺激症状。
X线检查腰椎体边缘唇样变,椎间隙变窄或不对称,有的形成古桥,椎体下沉,后关节套叠;有的出现椎体滑移现象。CT扫描可见椎间盘纤维环膨隆、椎间盘中的低密度区、椎间盘组织钙化以及椎体和椎小关节增生,韧带肥厚、钙化等。
注意与腰背肌筋膜炎、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎椎管狭窄症、强直性脊柱炎、脊柱结核或肿瘤等相鉴别。

本热袋的发热温度可达60-70℃.其作用机理是利用连二亚硫酸钠在食醋和活性炭的催化作用下与氧气作用发生放热反应。而氢氧化钙能吸收反应放出的二氧化硫,使热袋使用安全无副作用。
腰椎后关节紊乱是指腰椎后关节突关节因扭转外力而发生功能紊乱,引起疼痛和功能障碍。其实质尚不完全清楚。临床上有称腰椎小关节滑膜嵌顿、腰椎后关节综合症或腰椎小关节半脱位等。理论上假定关节滑膜被嵌于两关节面间损伤致痛,但难以确定证实。本病多发于工农,男性多于女性,发病年龄在20-40岁,是引起腰背痛的常见原因。
当腰部突然闪扭,或因弯腰前屈和旋转运动时,小关节可移动5-7mm,关节囊也随之移动,关节内负压增大。前屈时关节囊紧张,后伸时松弛。当关节因退变而不光滑,或肌肉疲劳及运动不协调等,可使滑膜嵌入关节间隙,腰椎后伸时则受到挤压而产生剧烈腰痛。Lewin以X线片检查,发现年龄在26-45岁的人中有15%后关节退变,45岁以上后关节骨性关节炎高达60%。当椎间盘退变时,椎间隙较原宽度狭窄约10mm,上、下关节突对合失常。这种椎间盘和小关节的退变导致韧带、关节囊的松弛,椎体间活动度增加,致使滑膜易于嵌入。但认为腰部由半屈曲位突然变为直立位时,第五腰椎小关节因滑动幅度过大,下关节突缘压迫走行于骶骨上关节突下缘的第五腰神经后内侧支时出现症状,而并非滑膜嵌顿。
病人多为青壮年,常在弯腰劳动后突然伸直腰过程中,或在腰部旋转时,突发腰部剧烈疼痛。既往并无明显外伤史。第一次发作后可经常复发。有慢性劳损史或外伤史者发病较多。病人初次发作疼痛较重,腰部不敢活动,腰骶部疼痛范围较广,有时放射至臀部,腰部活动明显受限,尤以后伸时疼痛加重。全身肌肉处于紧张状态,以骶棘肌较重,多在棘突或棘突旁有压痛。站立时髋关节半屈位,需两手扶膝以支撑。脊柱任何活动、咳嗽振动都会加重疼痛,但不能确切指出疼痛部位。反复发作者腰部疼痛较轻,疼痛呈突然发作,自觉腰部突发绞锁感因而不敢活动。
检查时脊柱向痛侧呈代偿性侧弯,腰断骶棘肌出现疼痛性的保护性肌痉挛。在腰4、腰5、骶1、棘突旁有压痛点。直腿抬高试验可因骨盆旋转引起腰痛而受限。
X线腰椎摄片除示生理曲度改变外,多无其他异常;亦可能显示后关节排列方向不对称、椎间隙左右宽窄不等。小关节发生创伤性关节炎时可见关节面度高,关节间隙狭窄。斜位片上有时可见到小关节半脱位,但此种改变对本病并无特异性。
注意与急性腰椎间盘突出,急性棘上、棘间韧带损伤,急性腰扭伤等相鉴别。

远红外的热效应降低了神经末梢的兴奋性,减低了神经末梢的化学和机械刺激,能起到缓解疼痛的作用。利用远红外能促进新陈代谢的功能,可制成各种护膝、护腕、护腰,消除关节疼痛病人的烦恼。
远红外改善人体循环,微循环是反映人体血液状况的重要指标,远红外所辐射的远红外线易渗透于人体皮肤深部,被吸收的远红外线转化为热能,引起皮肤温度升高,刺激皮肤内热感受器,通过脑丘及时使血管平滑肌松弛,血管扩张,加快血液循环。另一方面,热作用引起血管活性物质的释放。
远红外增强新陈代谢,如果人体的新陈代谢发生紊乱,则体内外物质的交换失常,这会引起各种疾病。水和电解质代谢的紊乱将会生命带来危险,糖代谢紊乱会引起糖尿病、脂代谢紊乱会引起高血脂症、肥胖症。远红外热效应可以增加细胞的活力,调整神经液机体,加强新陈代谢,使体内外的物质交换处于平稳状态。
远红外辐射还可以消除疲劳,恢复体力的功能。改变老年人和体弱者对药物治疗的依赖,通过远红外辐射治疗达到安全、持久地促进身体健康。远红外辐射还发展提供了冬季最为简单的防治冻疮的方法,解除冻疮的困扰。同时远红外还具有一定的美容功能,利用远红外线促进血液循环的功能,可利用远红外物质制成美容面罩,促进面部的新陈代谢,达到使面部表皮脂肪轻松舒展、面部皮肤柔和光滑的目的。远红外线对糖尿病、心脑血管病、气管炎等常见病具有一定的辅助医疗功能。
沸石、润润土、硅铁渣它们的主要成分为SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、ZrO2、MgO、SiC、SiN、Mn、Cu、Ag它们既自发产生负离子、远红外又是防电磁波污染的电磁屏蔽材料,它们同时又是海绵状结构,多孔穴、小孔的体积占总体积的50%,具有强烈的离子吸附性和交换性。
膨润土的矿物成分主要蒙脱石,其含量一般在65%以上。蒙脱石具有单斜晶体结构,属于2∶1型层状粘土矿物,每一晶层是由两层硅氧四面体中间夹一层铝氧八面体组成,具有良好的吸附性,离子交换性和体积膨胀性,在水溶液中可以通过吸附、离子交换、混凝等作用与污染无发生作用,最终达到去除污染物的目的。
将上述组分放入烧杯混合,用玻璃棒搅拌2min后杯内热气腾腾,6min后钢筋粉、各种铁粉开始变色,10.5min后最高温度为96℃,发热效果最佳。欲保持袋内适当的温度,关键是内袋材料的选择,以选用通气性能适当的矿石粉末为最好。
原料中的各种铁粉直径最好为0.15mm左右,活性炭、海藻炭、竹炭等的直径最好为0.1mm,氯化钠选家用精盐。制作时按铁粉、活性炭、食盐水的顺序依次放入杯中,并加适量的植物粉和沸石,要快速混合和装袋,因为只需30s就开始冒热气。
本品是一种打开外袋几分钟后就自然发热的发热理疗袋。极适合家庭、野外、旅行和医疗热敷按摩等用。其发热原理是使铁粉生锈氧化而发热。
本自然理疗袋的发热温度可达60-70℃.其作用机理是也可利用连二亚硫酸钠在水和活性炭的催化作用下与氧气作用发生放热反应。而氢氧化钙能吸收反应放出的二氧化硫,使热袋使用安全,无毒副作用。
