Abstract

一种全周光LED日光灯,包括有:玻璃粉管,玻璃芯柱,LED全周发光体,驱动电源,日光灯金属灯头,其特征在于LED全周发光体两端连接玻璃芯柱内导丝,LED全周发光体及玻璃芯柱套在玻璃粉管内部,玻璃粉管两端与玻璃芯柱封口,粉管内部抽成真空,采用LED晶片为光源,激发玻璃管内壁的荧光粉发光,组成具有全周发光、小功率、亮度高,不含汞污染、不伤害眼睛、寿命长、使用安全,应用于家居及办公场所照明,是新一代的绿色照明产品。

全周光LED日光灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有全周发光的LED日光灯,应用于家居及办公场所照明。
 背景技术
本发明LED日光灯,具有功率小、亮度高、不含汞污染、不伤害眼睛、寿命长、使用安全,可以直接替代普通荧光粉的日光灯,是一种新型绿色环保、节能的照明产品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种全周光LED日光灯,包括有:玻璃粉管,玻璃芯柱,LED全周发光体,驱动电源,日光灯金属灯头,其特征在于LED全周发光体两端连接玻璃芯柱内导丝,LED全周发光体及玻璃芯柱套在玻璃粉管内部,玻璃粉管两端与玻璃芯柱封口,粉管内部抽成真空。
   本发明所述的玻璃粉管,在透明玻璃管内壁涂有乳白色荧光粉,所述的LED全周发光体,在长条形玻璃基板上,均匀分布有LED晶片,全部采用串联方式布阵排列,玻璃基板两端连接玻璃芯柱内导丝,玻璃基板及LED晶片全周封压透明树脂胶。
   本发明的LED全周发光体两端连接的玻璃芯柱,套在玻璃粉管内部,玻璃粉管两端与玻璃芯柱进行封口,抽成真空。
  本发明的日光灯金属灯头安装在玻璃粉管两端,金属灯头的两个针脚连接玻璃芯柱外导丝,所述的驱动电源,安装在金属灯头的内部。
  本发明采用LED晶片为光源,激发玻璃管壁的荧光粉发光,具有全周发光、小功率、亮度高,不含汞污染、不伤害眼睛、寿命长、使用安全,可以直接替代普通荧光粉的日光灯,是新一代的绿色照明产品。

具体实施方式:
参考图1:一种LED日光灯,其结构有:玻璃粉管1、玻璃芯柱2、LED全周发光体3、驱动电源5、日光灯金属灯头4
参考图2:采用乳白色荧光粉7的水性溶液,水涂透明玻璃管6内壁,进行烘烤。
参考图3:选用喇叭口11的直径与透明玻璃管6内径相符的玻璃芯柱2,内导丝8连接LED全周发光体3的接口17,将LED全周发光体3两端连接的玻璃芯柱2,一起套在玻璃粉管1内部,玻璃粉管1两端与玻璃芯柱2封口,进行抽真空。
参考图4:选用长条形玻璃基板12,均匀分布有LED晶片13,全部采用串联方式布阵排列,将玻璃基板12及LED晶片13全周封压透明树脂胶18。
参考图5:选用T8日光灯金属灯座4,铝壳14固定玻璃粉管1两端,针脚15连接驱动电源5的输入端,玻璃芯柱2的外导丝9连接驱动电源5的输出端,针脚15与铝壳14固定有绝缘片16,针脚15与铝壳14绝缘。
安装程序:透明玻璃管6 → 水涂乳白色导光粉7 → 烘烤 → LED晶片13 → 玻璃基板12-- →  透明树脂胶18 → 烘烤 → 玻璃芯柱内导丝8 → 玻璃粉管1 → 玻璃芯柱2 → 排气真空 → 排气管10烧结 → 驱动电源5 → 金属灯头4

Claims (4)

1.一种全周光LED日光灯,包括有:玻璃粉管,玻璃芯柱,LED全周发光体,驱动电源,日光灯金属灯头,其特征在于LED全周发光体两端连接玻璃芯柱内导丝,LED全周发光体及玻璃芯柱套在玻璃粉管内部,玻璃粉管两端与玻璃芯柱封口,粉管内部抽成真空。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全周光LED日光灯,其特征在于所述的玻璃粉管,在透明玻璃管内壁涂有乳白色荧光粉,所述的LED全周发光体,在长条形玻璃基板上,均匀分布有LED晶片,全部采用串联方式布阵排列,玻璃基板两端连接玻璃芯柱内导丝,玻璃基板及LED晶片全周封压透明树脂胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全周光LED日光灯,其特征在于所述的LED全周发光体两端连接的玻璃芯柱,套在玻璃粉管内部,玻璃粉管两端与玻璃芯柱进行封口,抽成真空。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全周光LED日光灯,其特征在于所述的日光灯金属灯头安装在玻璃粉管两端,金属灯头的两个针脚连接玻璃芯柱外导丝,所述的驱动电源,安装在金属灯头的内部。
