本发明涉及一种密封圈，具体涉及Y型密封圈。
背景技术
Y型密封圈广泛应用于往复运动的密封装置中，其截面为Y型，包括内唇和外唇。现有的Y型密封圈采用单边密封，虽然其密封性能、耐压性能和使用寿命大大超过O型密封圈，但在精密液压油缸内作密封使用时，其单一密封唇经活塞杆长时间反复接触，即使轻微的摩擦受损，也将导致密封性能降低从而导致液压油泄露，影响液压油缸的正常运作，并且现有的Y型密封圈的工作压力≤32Mpa， 无法适用于工作压力较高的精密液压油缸。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了Y型密封圈，其密封性能和耐压性能优良，大大延长了密封圈的使用寿命。
Y型密封圈，包括外唇与内唇，其特征在于：所述内唇与活塞杆贴合的一侧设有1~3个副唇，所述副唇与所述内唇之间或者相邻所述副唇之间设有的间隙，所述内唇与活塞杆轴线的夹角为22°，所述外唇与所述内唇的夹角为53°、并且其根部通过曲面过渡连接，所述曲面的半径为2.3mm，所述外唇与所述内唇的厚度均为3mm。
其进一步特征在于：
所述密封圈的外径为141.8mm、内径为118.2mm。
采用本发明的结构后，内唇与活塞杆贴合的一侧设有1~3个副唇，所述副唇与所述内唇之间或者相邻所述副唇之间设有的间隙，活塞杆上带有的残留液体将充满内唇与副唇以及相邻副唇之间的空间，形成一个特殊的密封区，即使内唇因反复摩擦受损，上述特殊的密封区仍然起到密封作用，从而大大提高了Y型密封圈的密封性能，并且副唇与内唇的共同作用提高了Y型密封圈的耐压性能，同时，内唇与活塞杆轴线的夹角为22°，外唇与内唇的夹角为53°、并且其根部通过曲面过渡连接，曲面的半径为2.3mm，外唇与内唇的厚度均为3mm，这样的结构设置不仅可以进一步提高Y型密封圈的密封性能和耐压性能，并且兼顾了Y型密封圈与活塞杆之间的摩擦力，从而大大提高了Y型密封圈的使用寿命。

见图1和图2，   Y型密封圈，包括外唇2与内唇1，内唇1与活塞杆贴合的一侧设有3个副唇3，副唇3与内唇1之间或者相邻副唇3之间设有间隙，内唇1与活塞杆轴线的夹角B为22°，外唇与内唇的夹角A为53°、并且其根部通过曲面4过渡连接，曲面4的半径R为2.3mm，外唇2与内唇1的厚度d均为3mm，密封圈的外径M为141.8mm、内径N为118.2mm，其中，相邻副唇3的端部间距D为1.5mm。

1.Y型密封圈，包括外唇与内唇，其特征在于：所述内唇与活塞杆贴合的一侧设有1~3个副唇，所述副唇与所述内唇之间或者相邻所述副唇之间设有的间隙，所述内唇与活塞杆轴线的夹角为22°，所述外唇与所述内唇的夹角为53°、并且其根部通过曲面过渡连接，所述曲面的半径为2.3mm，所述外唇与所述内唇的厚度均为3mm。
