本发明公开了一种六价铬的络合还原剂,该络合还原剂用于电镀含铬废水的处理。一种六价铬的络合还原剂是多羟酮和多羟基醛类的化合物,它改变了六价铬只能在强酸介质中还原的条件,它能被六价铬氧化成有机盐类,同时游离出氢离子,形成有机酸铬盐,依靠自身电子转移作用,使六价铬接受电子还原成三价铬,在铁离子的参与下,形成链锁性的还原过程,使六价铬在弱酸介质中进行有效的还原,从而节约能源,降低成本,具有良好的开发利用前景。

背景技术
一种六价铬的络合还原剂是多羟酮和多羟基醛类的化合物,它改变了六价铬只能在强酸介质中还原的条件,使六价铬在弱酸介质中进行有效的还原,从而节约能源。
发明内容
一种六价铬的络合还原剂是多羟酮和多羟基醛类的化合物,它能被六价铬氧化成有机盐类,同时游离出氢离子,形成有机酸铬盐,依靠自身电子转移作用,使六价铬接受电子还原成三价铬,在铁离子的参与下,形成链锁性的还原过程,使六价铬在弱酸介质中进行有效的还原。

Claims (3)

1.一种六价铬的络合还原剂,是液态物质。
2.一种六价铬的络合还原剂的使用方法按废水六价铬浓度的高低决定络合还原剂的用量。
3.一种六价铬的络合还原剂的成份和重量百分比分别是硫代硫酸钠20~80%,抗坏血酸2~20%,草酸2~20%,葡萄糖2~10%,淀粉2~20%,硫酸亚铁10~60% 。
