随着人们健康意识的不断提高,更加注重营养与品质,然而现代人工作压力大、环境恶化,导致体内自由基过多,机体衰老现象严重、代谢发生异常、肠道菌群失衡、蠕动减慢、免疫功能下降。虾青素可以清除体内自由基、延缓衰老、有益关节、增强免疫力、有益眼睛和大脑、增强耐力、抗衰老;沙棘具有清除自由基、抗衰老的作用,含有多种生物活性物质,具有抗疲劳、增强机体活力等功效,含有黄酮物质,具有止咳、平喘祛痰、降低胆固醇的作用;枳椇子具有显著利尿和降压作用,有抗脂质过氧化作用和增强耐寒耐热功能。
目前市场上的压片糖果制品多以单一的清凉口感,润喉片剂为主,综合抗氧化和清除自由基提高免疫力的压片糖果较少,将虾青素、沙棘和枳椇子结合制备的压片糖果更无相关文献报道。

本发明的目的在于提供一种营养补充剂,用于提高抗氧化能力、清除自由基、提高免疫力;本发明同时提供采用所述营养补充剂制备的压片糖果。
所述营养补充剂的有效成分为虾青素、沙棘和枳椇子。
所述营养补充剂,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.1-5、沙棘0.1-10、枳椇子0.1-10。
所述营养补充剂,优选各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.5-3、沙棘0.5-5、枳椇子0.5-5。
所述营养补充剂,更优选各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.6-2.5、沙棘0.6-3、枳椇子0.6-3。
所述营养补充剂,最优选各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.9、沙棘1.2、枳椇子1.2。
一种采用所述营养补充剂制备的压片糖果,还包括辅料,辅料为:山梨糖醇、香精、硬脂酸镁和羧甲基纤维素钠。
所述压片糖果,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.1-5、沙棘0.1-10、枳椇子0.1-10、山梨糖醇50-90、香精0.1-10、硬脂酸镁0.1-10和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-10。

所述营养补充剂制备的压片糖果的制备方法,包括配料和压片两步:
1、配料
(1)烘料:固体山梨糖醇烘干去除水分后使用;把山梨糖醇放入CT-1A型热风循环烘箱中烘干,温度设定为60℃,烘料时间两个小时;
(2)称量:按期校对计量器具,操作人员要一人称量,一人复核,称量时要避免不同的原辅料混淆;
(3)混料:将称量好的原辅料加入CH-100型混合机内混料10分钟,然后采用喷淋式方法加入香精混料15分钟,停机密闭45分钟后,取出用40目筛网过筛一遍,加入硬脂酸镁后再混料10分钟;
2、压片:
(1)片剂要求外观完整、光滑、不得有可见异物,不得有松片和裂片;片重差异不大于±5%;压片时片剂的硬度要合理掌握,既要保证压片机的安全,又要保证糖片硬度较好;
(2)包衣:采用羟甲基纤维素钠作为包膜剂,对压片糖果进行包膜处理;
(3)灭菌:将制好的片剂放在紫外线下照射10-20min。
上述营养补充剂和压片糖果中,由于虾青素在空气中极易氧化,因此将虾青素制成虾青素微囊粉参加配制,沙棘和枳椇子以采用粉末状原料为宜。
本发明中山梨糖醇起到甜味剂的作用,香精起到呈味作用,硬脂酸镁起到抗粘剂作用,羧甲基纤维素钠起到包被作用。
虾青素(Astaxanthin)是一种膳食营养补充剂,属于类胡萝卜素,普遍存在于很多植物尤其是藻类、浮游植物中,也存在于少数细菌和真菌中;具有抗氧化、清除自由基、阻止脂质过氧化、延缓衰老、预防和抑制癌症、预防动脉硬化、增强免疫力、维护眼睛和中枢神经系统健康等作用。
沙棘(Prebiotics)也是一种膳食营养补充剂,营养丰富,含有多种维生素、微量元素、黄酮、超氧化物类活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸,具有清除自由基、抗衰老的作用;其中所含的多种生物活性物质、大量的维生素E、维生素A等,具有抗疲劳、增强机体活力等功效,含有的异鼠李素及其糖甙、槲皮素、山奈酚等黄酮物质,具有止咳、平喘祛痰和降低胆固醇的作用。
枳椇子是一种膳食营养补充剂,枳椇性味甘酸平,具有清热、止烦渴、补中益气、润五脏、舒筋络的功效;用于治醉酒、烦热、口渴、呕吐、二便不利;其中所含的黑麦草碱、枳椇苷、苹果酸钾等物质,有显著利尿和降压作用,枳椇子匀浆液有抗脂质过氧化作用和增强耐寒耐热功能。
虾青素、沙棘和枳椇子三者具有协同抗氧化、防止脂质过氧化作用,所含活性物质具有共同抗疲劳、增强机体活力的功效,三者合用的效果大于单独成分所起作用,合适比例的配比在抗氧化方面起到大于加和作用的效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明所述的营养补充剂可提高抗氧化能力、清除自由基、提高免疫力,是具有营养价值的膳食补充剂。
(2)虾青素、沙棘和枳椇子协同抗氧化和防止脂质过氧化的作用效果大于单独成分所起作用,合适比例的配比在抗氧化方面起到大于加和作用的效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合营养补充剂的抗氧化作用实验和压片糖果的实施例对本发明进行详实的阐述。
营养补充剂的抗氧化作用试验
1.材料和方法
虾青素微囊粉、沙棘粉、枳椇子粉,试验时以蒸馏水作溶剂配制受试物。
2仪器与试剂
2.1仪器:酶标仪、万分之一天平、96孔微孔板、移液枪;玻璃器皿:容量瓶若干、烧杯、移液管。
2.2试剂:磷酸氢二钾、磷酸二氢钠、荧光素二钠盐、Trolox标准物质、AAPH溶液和双蒸水。
3样品测定
如表1所示,其中:A代表虾青素,B代表沙棘,C代表枳椇子;采用SPSS做正交试验设计的三因素三水平试验方案设置9组实验数据,即试验号1-9,另设置阴性对照组10、11和12;表中A、B、C的数据指各组分的重量份,根据发明内容中提供的重量份配比选取,其中:A取0.3、0.6和0.9共计3个重量份分布,B取0.6、0.9和1.2共计3个重量份分布,C取1.2、1.5和1.8共计3个重量份分布。
分别取1-9组样品、阴性对照组10、11和12的样品以及标准抗氧化物(Trolox),用磷酸钾缓冲液对其进行稀释,分别取稀释液各20μL,分别与160μL荧光素二钠盐溶液混合后,在37℃下保温30min,然后再加入AAPH溶液20μL,迅速开始测定,使用酶标仪记录荧光信号,得到抗氧化剂浓度与荧光信号强度的标准曲线,各样品的抗氧化指数(ORAC)由标准曲线得到;值得注意的是,最终得到的抗氧化指数(ORAC)的结果(详见表1)与样品的稀释度无关,仅与各组分之间的相对浓度有关。

4数据统计分析
采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析(One-Way ANOVA),单处理之间的差异显著(P<0.05)时,用Dunan's检验进行多重比较分析。

由表2可得,组间F检验的p值<0.05,表明不同配比的组合间的差异性达到极显著,具有统计意义,可以进行统计分析。

将显示同类子集中的组均值。
a.将使用调和均值样本大小=3.000。
由表3可得,组合之间的差异显著(P<0.05)时,用Dunan's检验进行多重比较分析,在0.05水平下组合间的多重比较中,10、11、12阴性对照组与1-9试验号组合的配比有显著差异,表明虾青素、沙棘和枳椇子在抗氧化方面具有协同作用;试验号2,4和4,9比较结果不具有显著性,表明此两组的因素水平配比的抗氧化性能没有差异性,其他因素水平的配比比较结果具有显著性,表明在0.05水平下组合的抗氧化具有差异性。

由表4可得A虾青素的三组数据在正交试验测定ORAC指数后,经软件统计分析得出的抗氧化水平,由表4得出0.9>0.6>0.3,表明随虾青素含量提高,抗氧化能力在上升,在选择组合配置中,以A取0.9重量份为宜。

由表5可得B沙棘的三组数据在正交试验测定ORAC指数后,经软件统计分析得出的抗氧化水平,由表5得出1.2>0.9>0.6,表明随沙棘含量提高,抗氧化能力在上升,在选择组合配置中,以B取1.2重量份为宜。

由表6可得C枳椇子的三组数据在正交试验测定ORAC指数后,经软件统计分析得出的抗氧化水平,由表6得出1.2>1.8>1.5,表明随枳椇子含量提高,抗氧化能力有所下降,在选择组合配置中,以C取1.2重量份为宜。

从表7可得,各因素对试验结果的重要次序为A>B>C,由F检验结果(P<0.05)可得,虾青素对抗氧化作用有极显著影响,沙棘和枳椇子对抗氧化指标影响显著性影响(P<0.05),结合表4、5、6可得,虾青素、沙棘和枳椇子在组合条件下,对抗氧化作用的效果以A取0.9重量份,B取1.2重量份,C取1.2重量份为宜,可得本发明所述营养补充剂,最佳配方比为A:B:C=0.9:1.2:1.2。
压片糖果实施例1
所述压片糖果,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素微囊粉5、沙棘8、枳椇子4、山梨糖醇64、香精8、硬脂酸镁5和羧甲基纤维素钠6。
压片糖果实施例2
所述压片糖果中,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素微囊粉2.5、沙棘3、枳椇子1、山梨糖醇78.5、香精5、硬脂酸镁5和羧甲基纤维素钠5。
压片糖果实施例3
所述压片糖果中,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素微囊粉0.9、沙棘1.2、枳椇子1.2、山梨糖醇84.7、香精2、硬脂酸镁5和羧甲基纤维素钠5。
Claims (9)
1.一种营养补充剂,其特征在于,有效成分为虾青素、沙棘和枳椇子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养补充剂,其特征在于,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.1-5、沙棘0.1-10、枳椇子0.1-10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的营养补充剂,其特征在于,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.5-3、沙棘0.5-5、枳椇子0.5-5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的营养补充剂,其特征在于,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.6-2.5、沙棘0.6-3、枳椇子0.6-3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的营养补充剂,其特征在于,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.9、沙棘1.2、枳椇子1.2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的营养补充剂,其特征在于,虾青素采用虾青素微囊粉。
7.一种采用权利要求1-6任一所述营养补充剂制备的压片糖果,其特征在于,还包括辅料,辅料为:山梨糖醇、香精、硬脂酸镁和羧甲基纤维素钠。
8.根据权利要求7所述营养补充剂制备的压片糖果,其特征在于,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.1-5、沙棘0.1-10、枳椇子0.1-10、山梨糖醇50-90、香精0.1-10、硬脂酸镁0.1-10和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-10。
9.根据权利要求7所述营养补充剂制备的压片糖果,其特征在于,各组分重量份配比为:虾青素0.6-2.5、沙棘0.6-3、枳椇子0.6-3、山梨糖醇50-90、香精0.1-10、硬脂酸镁0.1-10和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-10。
