Abstract

本发明提供一种空气净化装置除尘滤网检测系统,涉及到空气净化领域,具体的涉及滤网检测系统。空气净化装置(空气净化器和新风机)的滤网主要有粗过滤网、初效过滤网、静电除尘装置以及高效过滤网等;在每个滤网的相应位置上安装带有LED补偿灯的摄像头,每个摄像头拍摄对应的滤网,从空气净化装置首次运行开始拍摄第一组照片,之后每周拍摄一次并上传至服务器,在服务器上与首次拍摄的照片进行比对,查看滤网上灰尘附着情况和滤网的老化情况等,若滤网需要清洗或更换则在主机和客户端给出提示,提醒用户进行维护。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,具体的涉及含空气净化装置的除尘滤网检测系统。
技术背景
随着空气污染日益被人们所重视,空气净化器和新风机等空气净化装置正在由新奇产品变成家庭必备电器。市场上的空气净化器和新风机五花八门,功能不一而足,让消费者们挑花了眼。虽然空气净化器面世已久,但是其滤网的更换上依然没有准确的判断方式。
现行的判断方式主要有两种:一是根据时间进行判定,即工作多少小时后对滤网进行清洗或更换,为了使其具有普遍适应性,其时间取平均值或小于平均值,对一部分用户来说满足要求,而更多的用户要么提前更换,要么延后更换;另一种方式是根据风的阻力进行判断,而其密封性的好坏,安装时的风道等都会影响系统对风阻的判断。
因此,需要一种更方便准确的方式来检测滤网,提醒用户及时处理滤网,防止二次污染或过早更换滤网。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方便准确的方式来检测滤网,并提醒用户进行必要的维护。
本发明的技术方案如下:在空气净化装置(新风机或空气净化器)中,一般含粗过滤网、初效过滤网、静电除尘装置、活性炭过滤网、中效过滤网以及高效过滤网等部件中的一件或几件;在每个滤网的相应位置上(靠近滤网,能清晰拍摄到滤网的位置),安装一个带LED补偿灯的摄像头,摄像头正对滤网,能拍摄到滤网的清晰图像。初次装机后拍摄第一组照片,之后每隔一周拍摄一组照片;摄像头与空气净化装置的控制模块相连接,并通过控制模块连接到互联网,将摄像头拍摄的照片上传到服务器,以装机照片为初始值,将之后每周的照片与预设值进行对比,检测滤网是否需要清洗或更换,若需要维护则由服务器回传给主机信号,相应的指示灯亮起,对用户进行提示;有客户端的情况,则服务器同时向主机和客户端发送维护信息。
优选的,摄像头需要有防护装置,在摄像头不工作时,将摄像头与风道隔离开,以防止摄像头上沾染灰尘,不能正常有效的工作。
本发明的有益效果是能够帮用户准确判断滤网的使用状态,并提示用户进行清洗或更换等操作,既不会造成二次污染,又避免了不必要的浪费。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明的一种实施例的安装布局图,此实施例为一种新风机,其内部所含部件从下到上依次为:室外进风阀10、初效过滤网9、静电除尘6、活性炭过滤网5、离心风机4、控制模块11和高效过滤网3。其中活性炭过滤网5采用图像的方式不能识别其是否需要进行更换,所以活性炭过滤网5没有摄像头与之相对应;其余滤网和静电除尘均需要配置摄像头。
摄像头的目的是为检测各个滤网的灰尘或其他杂物附着情况,所以摄像头的安装位置为其集尘侧。对应的,摄像头三8放置在初效过滤网9的进风侧,摄像头二7放置在静电除尘6的出风侧,摄像头一2放置在两高效过滤网3中间位置。
三个摄像头均与控制模块11相连接,通过控制模块11对其进行控制和数据上传,将每次拍摄的照片上传至服务器。三个摄像头可以一起工作,每次上传三张图片,也可根据各自情况更改其拍照时间。本实施例定为一周进行一次拍摄并将照片上传。
取新风机初次运转时为初始状态,拍摄第一组照片,之后每间隔一周拍摄一组照片并上传,与初始状态的照片进行对比,在颜色,灰尘覆盖厚度,覆盖面积,是否有其他污染物等各个方面进行比较,当对比值到达预定值时,通过服务器给主机回传信号,主机上相应的指示灯亮起,对用户进行提示,同时对客户端同步推送消息,提醒用户进行必要的操作,其逻辑关系如图2所示。
由于摄像头工作在风道中,所以需要对摄像头进行必要的防护,图3为摄像头防护装置示意图,每个摄像头组件由摄像头保护壳体21、带LED补偿灯的摄像头22、密封弹簧23、保护壳盖24和电磁推动装置25组成。在进行拍摄时,电磁铁推动装置25推动保护壳盖24打开,带LED补偿灯的摄像头22进行拍摄,拍照完成后电磁铁推动装置25停止供电,保护壳盖24在密封弹簧23的作用下回位,摄像头保护壳封闭,上述动作为一个周期,此装置可防止摄像头上落灰。
以上为一新风机的实施例,将新风机换成空气净化器,或更换与增加其他滤网部件等,依上述布置和步骤同样能达到预期效果,让消费者对自己空气净化装置滤网等有一个准确的更换或清洗的标准与时间。

Claims (2)

1.一种空气净化装置滤网图像检测系统,包括一台空气净化装置,所述的空气净化装置含有粗效过滤网、初效过滤网、静电除尘装置、活性炭过滤网、中效过滤网和高效过滤网,其检测控制模块与互联网相连接;在目标滤网和静电除尘装置的相应位置安装的有带LED光源的摄像头,摄像头位置能够清晰辨认对应目标滤网和静电除尘装置为准,其中所述目标滤网包括粗效过滤网、初效过滤网、中效过滤网和高效过滤网;
所述摄像头设有防护装置,以防止摄像头集尘,所述防护装置由摄像头保护壳体、密封弹簧、保护壳盖和电磁铁推动装置组成,在进行拍摄时,电磁铁推动装置推动保护壳盖打开,使得带LED补偿灯的摄像头进行拍摄,拍照完成后电磁铁推动装置停止供电,由此保护壳盖在密封弹簧的作用下回位,使得摄像头保护壳体封闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化装置滤网图像检测系统,所述摄像头与空气净化装置的检测控制模块相连接,并通过此模块将摄像头所拍照片上传至网络服务器;摄像头在初次装机通电后进行第一次拍摄,之后每隔一段时间拍照上传一次,和服务器中的初始照片进行对比,当灰尘积累程度达到预定值时,同时向主机和客户端发出清洗或者更换滤网提示。
