一种清洗机用排水阀，包括阀盖、阀体、阀杆、阀芯、压缩弹簧、卡圈顺序连接组成，其特征在于：所述的阀体上设有上下两个密封面，该阀体上设有阀杆，上面设有橡胶阀芯定位密封槽、橡胶阀芯及网状阀芯，上面设有压缩弹簧、卡圈；两个阀芯密封面中心设有孔，阀杆从孔中通过；阀杆的上端与牵引器连接；该阀杆的下端设有卡圈槽，上设有卡圈。本发明是一只双行程排水阀与双行程牵引器连接，就能完成原来需要两只排水阀、两只牵引器来完成的工作程序，节约成本提高生产效率。

背景技术
目前随着社会的发展进步，电气化程度的日益提高，日常生活中，包括家庭厨房用全自动大米清洗机的应用，给生活带来便利。由于这种设备部件中需要用两只连接的阀以及配置两只牵引器来完成排水、出料过程。洗涤物的几次预洗排水时，要求洗涤物不能随洗涤水排出；只能在最后一次清洗结束，两只排水阀才能同时开启排水和出料，工作过程由各排水阀、牵引器完成。因此带来生产上不便、成本增加。本发明一种清洗机用排水阀，只需使用一只排水阀和一只牵引器完成所需的工作过程。而且能节约生产成本，提高生产效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对清洗机的排水、出料阀的技术改进，一种清洗机用排水阀，包括阀盖、阀体、阀杆、阀芯、压缩弹簧顺序连接组成，其特征在于：所述的阀体内设有上下二层密封面，该阀体内设有阀杆，所述的阀杆上部设有橡胶阀芯定位槽，橡胶阀芯定位槽内设有橡胶阀芯，内置压缩弹簧；所述的阀杆下部设有网状阀芯，下端部设有定位槽，定位槽内设有卡圈。所述的橡胶阀芯、网状阀芯密封面的中心部设有阀杆可以通过的孔。所述的阀杆的上端与双行程牵引器连接。通过清洗机上的电脑程控器的指令完成排水、出料工作程序。本发明一种清洗机用排水阀能有效地达到所需功能，节约成本，提高生产效率。

所述的一种清洗机用排水阀，包括阀盖、阀体、阀杆、阀芯、压缩弹簧、卡圈顺序连接组成，其特征在于：所述的阀体3内设有上下二层密封面，所述的阀杆1上部设有橡胶阀芯定位槽1-1，橡胶阀芯定位槽1-1内设有橡胶阀芯5，内置压缩弹簧4；所述的阀杆1下部设有网状阀芯6上设压缩弹簧4-1，下端部设有定位槽7，定位槽7内设有卡圈8。所述的橡胶阀芯5、网状阀芯6密封面的中心部设有阀杆1可以通过的孔E、C，阀杆1的上端与双行程牵引器9连接，通过清洗机上的电脑程控器的指令完成排水、出料工作程序。本发明能有效节约成本，提高生产效率。

1.一种清洗机用排水阀，包括阀盖、阀体、阀杆、阀芯和压缩弹簧、卡圈顺序连接组成，其特征在于：所述的阀体内设有多个密封面，所述的阀杆中部设有定位密封槽上设阀芯，阀芯内置压缩弹簧，该阀杆下端部设有定位槽，上设阀芯、卡圈，阀芯内置压缩弹簧，阀杆的顶端连接牵引器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗机用排水阀，其特征在于：所述的阀芯的密封面中心部设有通孔，阀杆可从通孔中通过，所述的网状阀芯为多孔网状结构，所述的阀芯材质为金属、塑料或者橡胶制成。
