背景技术
现有的抱箍等，都属于夹合器范畴。但是抱箍的抱紧，要把螺丝拧紧。其中，拧螺丝的过程，要耗费大量的时间，浪费大量的人力。因而现有的抱箍使用起来不方便。
发明内容
这里提供一种合夹器，合夹物体时，一两秒钟就完成。且可形成夹抱装置，夹持装置，还可用动力设备带动，实现自动化和机器人化。
该发明是这样的：一个夹头，呈凹槽型，两边有槽壁与凹槽底（4）连结；两边槽壁上各有一壁孔，分别被套叉（3）两边的柄穿过；套叉中空，套着齿条（6）上的一个棱齿（5）；齿条上的每个棱齿大小和间距相等；以齿条底边到棱齿顶端的高度，略高于或等于锁头的凹槽底到壁孔的高度；套叉旋转到与底表面垂直时，套叉边能套过棱齿的顶端；夹片1（2）与夹头的一端连接；夹片2（8）与齿条（6）的一端连接；夹片1的一端与夹片2的一端活动连接。转动套叉上的柄，由于棱齿齿尖略高于壁孔，当套叉与齿条平行时，套叉的四边刚好与壁孔同高，于是，齿条被锁住了。合夹器得以合拢，夹住物体。
由于采用上述设计，使得夹片1与夹片2能夹抱物体，能夹持物体。

在图1中，一个夹头，呈凹槽型，两边有槽壁与凹槽底（4）连结；两边槽壁上各有一壁孔，分别被套叉（3）两边的柄穿过；套叉中空；齿条（6）上的每个棱齿（5）大小和间距相等；以齿条底边到棱齿顶端的高度，略高于或等于锁头的凹槽底到壁孔的高度；套叉旋转到与底表面垂直时，套叉边能套过棱齿的顶端；夹片1（2）与夹头的一端连接；夹片2（8）与齿条（6）的一端连接；夹片1的一端与夹片2的一端活动连接。
