一种桥梁承重柱,包括柱体,所述柱体的底端设有减震装置,所述减震装置的底端设有底座,所述柱体竖向设有三道凹槽,所述凹槽内等距设有固定口,所述柱体上设有支撑盘,所述支撑盘的边部通过轴铰接有多个可伸缩的支臂,所述支撑盘内侧设有盲孔,所述盲孔内设有弹簧,所述弹簧的前端设有与固定口相配合的固定块,所述柱体的顶端设有顶托。本发明的支撑盘活动设置在柱体上,固定块在凹槽内滑动,选择好高度后,将固定块卡在固定口内,通过可伸缩的支臂进行加固支撑。承重柱主体受力合理,承载能力高,可有效减少支撑数量,施工成本低。

本发明涉及一种桥梁承重柱。
背景技术
对于建筑施工经常会遇到一些道桥施工作业,这其中会遇到地道或是门洞的建设及维修,而涉及到此类施工作业时往往会用到一种针对于地道或门洞等设施的承重柱,作为对该设施的支撑及保护。本发明是针对于桥梁设施而涉及的一种带有减震功能的承重柱,作为支撑来自桥上的重力以及缓冲桥上的压力使用,其使用效果非常好且本产品极为坚固可有效的减少施工区域内承重柱的数量,通过合理分布可达到减少承重柱数量而又不影响承重效果的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种桥梁承重柱。解决桥梁、门洞及隧道等处的内部修建工作,施工方常常会用到承重柱来解决临时性支撑该施工现场的目的,而且通过合理的布局可以使承重柱发挥最大支撑效果并减少承重柱的搭建数量,从而减少人力、节省成本。
所述目的是通过如下方案实现的:一种桥梁承重柱,包括柱体,所述柱体的底端设有减震装置,所述减震装置的底端设有底座,所述柱体竖向设有三道凹槽,所述凹槽内等距设有固定口,所述柱体上设有支撑盘,所述支撑盘的边部通过轴铰接有多个可伸缩的支臂,所述支撑盘内侧设有盲孔,所述盲孔内设有弹簧,所述弹簧的前端设有与固定口相配合的固定块,所述柱体的顶端设有顶托,所述顶托的两端设有空腔,所述空腔内设有顶板,所述顶托的下端设有横梁,所述横梁的上表面设有滑槽,所述滑槽内镶嵌有滑块,所述滑块通过立柱与顶板的下表面连接。
所述减震装置由碟簧组与减震胶块构成。
所述底座的边部设有锚固孔。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明的支撑盘活动设置在柱体上,固定块在凹槽内滑动,选择好高度后,将固定块卡在固定口内,通过可伸缩的支臂进行加固支撑。承重柱主体受力合理,承载能力高,可有效减少支撑数量,施工成本低。

一种桥梁承重柱,包括柱体1,所述柱体1的底端设有减震装置2,所述减震装置2的底端设有底座3,所述柱体1竖向设有三道凹槽4,所述凹槽4内等距设有固定口5,所述柱体1上设有支撑盘6,所述支撑盘6的边部通过轴7铰接有多个可伸缩的支臂8,所述支撑盘6内侧设有盲孔,所述盲孔内设有弹簧9,所述弹簧9的前端设有与固定口5相配合的固定块10,所述柱体1的顶端设有顶托11。所述顶托11的两端设有空腔,所述空腔内设有顶板12,所述顶托11的下端设有横梁13,所述横梁13的上表面设有滑槽14,所述滑槽14内镶嵌有滑块15,所述滑块15通过立柱16与顶板12的下表面连接。所述减震装置2由碟簧组201与减震胶块202构成。所述底座3的边部设有锚固孔。
支撑盘6活动设置在柱体1上,支撑盘6上的固定块10在凹槽4内滑动,选择好高度后,将固定块10卡在固定口5内,通过可伸缩的支臂8对柱体1进行加固支撑。将顶板12在顶托11的空腔内拉出,同时立柱16通过滑块15在滑槽14内移动,对顶板12进行支撑,根据需要顶板12在空腔内拉出的长短,选择性的支撑,有效的控制支撑面积,省去了多点支撑的麻烦。
