技术领域
本发明属于功能材料领域,具体涉及一种铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料。
背景技术
水性涂料以水作为溶剂,具有安全、无污染的特点,在建筑物及各种设备上具有良好的应用。水性涂料对材质表面适应性好,涂层附着力强,在潮湿环境中可以直接涂覆施工,消除了施工时的火灾危险性,减少了环境污染,涂装工具可用水清洗,减少了清洗溶剂的消耗。
目前已有专利报道了多种水性涂料,例如国家发明专利“喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料”(发明专利申请号:201210534645.4)以沥青、橡胶乳液为主要原料制备出了橡胶沥青防火涂料。国家发明专利“一种功能性涂料及其制备方法”(发明专利申请号:201210388618.0)以有机硅树脂、异丙醇、二苯基二甲基硅氧烷、甲基三甲氧基硅氧烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、苯基三甲氧基硅氧烷和丙二醇甲醚为原料制备出了用于刀具的防腐蚀涂料。国家发明专利“一种防霉涂料”(发明专利申请号:201210526744.8)以丙烯酸乙酯、碳酸钙、二氧化硅、缩水甘油丁基醚、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、对苯二甲酸、丙烯酸树脂、松香和甲苯为原料制备出了杀菌防霉涂料。国家发明专利“一种阻燃醇酸树脂防腐涂料”(发明专利申请号:201310053997.2)以醇酸树脂、醛酮树脂、醋酸纤维、苯丙乳液、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和苯酐为主要原料制备出了阻燃醇酸树脂防腐涂料。以上这些涂料分别具有防水、防腐、抗菌防霉及阻燃等特点,但是由于涂料组成成分的限制,现有涂料一般只能起到部分作用。随着建筑物及设备用涂料要求的提高,仅靠现有涂料难以满足需求。
铝酸锂纳米片熔点高,难于与酸、碱和盐反应,具有良好的阻燃和防腐能力。在可见光照射下,铝酸锂纳米片产生的高活性氧化还原电子能够分解亚甲基蓝、甲醛和大肠杆菌等污染物和有害细菌。铝酸锂纳米片为白色,具有高的红外可见光反射率,尺寸小、密度低,将其制备成涂料可降低涂层的导热系数,具有良好的隔热保温功能。因此,铝酸锂纳米片在建筑和设备用防腐、阻燃、防霉抗菌、防污、防水及保温涂料方面具有良好的应用前景。然而,目前还未有关于铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料专利的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供铝酸锂纳米片作为主要原料,引入纳米氧化锆作为填料,添加萜烯树脂乳液、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯及甲基硅油乳液等成分,以期得到具有良好防腐、阻燃、防霉抗菌、防污、防水及保温功能的铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料。
本发明所提供的铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料的质量百分比组成如下:
铝酸锂纳米片18-35%、纳米氧化锆5-15%、萜烯树脂乳液11-20%、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液6-12%、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3-8%、甲基硅油乳液3-8%、水20-35%、聚乙二醇1-3%、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-1%、丙二醇0.1-1%、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.05-0.2%、二甘醇0.5-3%、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷0.05-0.5%。
本发明所述铝酸锂纳米片的厚度为50nm,整个纳米片的长度为1μm,纳米氧化锆的尺寸低于100nm。
本发明所提供的铝酸锂纳米片的具体制备方法如下:
以乙酸锂、铝酸钠作为原料,水为溶剂,其中乙酸锂与铝酸钠的摩尔比为1:1,将乙酸锂、铝酸钠与水均匀混合后置于反应容器内并密封,于温度150-300℃、保温12-36h,其中乙酸锂与铝酸钠的重量不大于水重量的20%。
本发明所提供的铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料的具体制备方法如下:
在低速搅拌下将水、铝酸锂纳米片、聚乙二醇、丙二醇和一半聚丙烯酰胺装入球磨机的球罐内,球磨4h,使之充分分散,然后将球磨后的物料转入多功能分散机,在搅拌下加入纳米氧化锆,在多功能分散机上高速搅拌5h,通过高速剪切将其分散均匀。随后在低搅拌速度下缓慢滴加萜烯树脂乳液、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液和甲基硅油乳液,随后加入剩余的聚丙烯酰胺、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、二甘醇和聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷低速搅拌5h,最后得到涂料成品。
铝酸锂纳米片、纳米氧化锆难于与酸、碱和盐反应,熔点高,具有良好的防腐与阻燃特性。涂层表面的亚甲基蓝、甲醛及大肠杆菌等污染物和有害细菌在可见光作用下通过铝酸锂纳米片的光催化作用产生分解。铝酸锂纳米片与乳液、纳米填料、成膜助剂等形成光滑、致密的涂层,涂层表面难于吸附灰尘等污染物,所以铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料具有良好的防霉抗菌和防污的功能。甲基硅油乳液和苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液作为复合防水剂,与铝酸锂纳米片、纳米二氧化锆等均匀混合形成致密的薄膜,阻止水分子的侵入与渗透,具有良好的防水效果,同时也增加了涂料的耐洗和耐磨性能。铝酸锂纳米片为白色,具有高的红外可见光反射能力,由铝酸锂纳米片构成的涂料内含有大量不同方向的纳米界面,吸收的光线经纳米界面的多次反射,降低了涂层的热传递能力,所以铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料也具有一定的保温功能。本发明采用的铝酸锂纳米片活性高、稳定性好、无毒、无害及无污染等特点,填料、乳液及助剂均是批量生产的材料,可以实现铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料的制备。

丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4.2%
甲基硅油乳液4.3%
水33%
聚乙二醇1.3%
聚丙烯酰胺0.7%
丙二醇0.7%
聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.17%
二甘醇1.7%
聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷0.43%。

Claims (2)

1.一种铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,该涂料配方如下:
铝酸锂纳米片18-35%
纳米氧化锆5-15%
萜烯树脂乳液11-20%
苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液6-12%
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3-8%
甲基硅油乳液3-8%
水20-35%
聚乙二醇1-3%
聚丙烯酰胺0.2-1%
丙二醇0.1-1%
聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.05-0.2%
二甘醇0.5-3%
聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷0.05-0.5%。
2.如权利要求1所述一种铝酸锂纳米片多功能复合涂料,其特征在于:所述铝酸锂纳米片的厚度为50nm,整个纳米片的长度为1μm,纳米氧化锆的尺寸低于100nm。
