本发明主要涉及涂料领域，尤其是复层涂料，艺术骨浆涂料。按质量计由：水90～140份、糯米浆液20～40份、纤维素1.5～4.5份、消泡剂1～3份、双飞粉60～90份、重钙250～300份、轻钙150～200份、苯丙乳液150～200份、纤维纸浆5～10份、丙三醇10～15份、杀菌剂1～3份构成。本发明的艺术骨浆涂料，通过各类批刮工具在墙面上批刮操作，产生各类纹理.其艺术效果明显，质感和手感滑润,绿色环保、颜色持久、亮丽如新。

本发明主要涉及涂料领域，尤其是复层涂料涂料，艺术骨浆涂料。
背景技术
艺术骨浆涂料是一个墙面涂料通俗名称，其行业专用术语称之为"复层涂料"，骨浆涂料其他的称谓有“质感涂料”“造型涂料”“浮雕涂料”“艺术涂料”等名字。
骨浆涂料主要填充材料是树脂基，适合于喷涂、滚涂、拉毛、批涂、刷涂等多种工艺，骨浆原产材料颜色一般为灰白色与乳白色，在施工过程中，根据需要可以选用水性色浆对骨浆进行着色，也可以在造型成型固化后，通过喷涂，刷涂，滚涂等施工工艺对表面进行覆色，覆色一般适应于各种水性乳胶漆，艺术漆，并可以在其成型表面进行水性防尘漆处理。这种涂料可用于建筑的内外墙面和顶棚的装饰，属中高档建筑装饰材料。复层涂料一般包括三层，封底涂料(主要用以封闭基层毛细孔，提高基层与主层涂料的粘结力)、主层涂料(增强涂层的质感和强度)、罩面涂料(使涂层具有不同色调和光泽，提高涂层的耐久性和耐沾污性)。该涂料耐水性能好，与基材粘结强度高，质感丰富，保光保色性能优良，对各种基层适应性强，因此被广泛应用。

上述纤维素采用美国亚什兰(ASHLAND)公司生产的HBR250；采用苯丙乳液采用陶氏化学公司生产的420苯丙乳液；双飞粉采用市售双飞粉亦称钙镁粉；杀菌剂采用纳米银杀菌剂。
经过试验，其技术指标为：
初期干燥抗裂性 无裂纹发生
耐水性(浸入240h) 不剥落、不气泡、不粉化、无裂纹
耐碱性 饱和Ca(0H)2水溶液浸泡240小时无变化
耐粘污率5次(％) 20
耐冻融性(10次循环) 不剥落、不气泡、无裂及明显变形
粘结强度(MPa) 标准状态>0.68，浸水后>0.49
耐冲击性 试件表面不剥落无裂纹、无明显变形
低温稳定性 不结块、无组成、分离凝聚现象
人工耐候性 无失光、变色、粉化、裂纹气泡现象
