Abstract

本发明属涉及一种用于水性自泳漆涂层的后处理液及其使用方法,用来处理自泳漆湿膜,提高涂层的防腐性能。本发明的技术方案为:一种水性后处理液,包括活性组分和水,二者的质量份比为(1~40):100。所述的活性组分为碳酸锆铵或正丁醇锆等锆盐、或三氟化铁或硫酸亚铁等铁盐、或锆盐和铁盐的混合物,较好的使用例为碳酸锆铵和三氟化铁的质量份比为10:(1~4)的混合物。使用方法:首先按上述配比配后处理液,再使用喷涂或浸涂等方法将后处理液均匀地涂覆在自泳漆湿膜表面,待其与涂膜充分反应后,再进行后续的涂层固化处理,即可得到综合性能良好的自泳漆涂层。

技术领域
本发明属于水性涂料领域,涉及一种水性自泳漆湿膜后处理液及其使用方法。
背景技术
自泳漆是指以丙烯酸乳液、环氧乳液等乳液为成膜物的一类水基底漆涂料,具有自动沉积、高度环保、耐候、耐蚀、保光、保色和施工方便等突出的优点,在汽车工业有广泛的应用。但在对工件进行自泳处理时,不可避免会存在自泳漆乳液破乳不充分的现象,形成涂层表面的浮漆,不利于后续施工,并会降低涂层的防腐性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性自泳漆湿膜后处理液及其使用方法,用来处理工件表面自沉积的自泳漆湿膜,提高自泳漆涂层的防腐性能。
本发明的技术方案为:一种水性后处理液,包括活性组分和水,二者的质量份比为(1~40):100。所述的活性组分为碳酸锆铵或正丁醇锆等锆盐、或三氟化铁或硫酸亚铁等铁盐、或锆盐和铁盐的混合物,较好的使用例为碳酸锆铵和三氟化铁的质量份比为10:(1~4)的混合物。
后处理液的使用方法:首先按上述配比配后处理液,再使用喷涂或浸涂等方法将后处理液均匀地涂覆在自泳漆湿膜表面,待其与涂膜充分反应后,再进行后续的涂层固化处理,即可得到综合性能良好的自泳漆涂层。
本发明选用锆盐或铁盐或两者的混合物作为后处理液的活性组分。活性组分在水溶液中电离出高价金属离子,有利于破坏带负电荷的电泳漆乳胶的双电层结构,保证自泳漆乳液的充分破乳,能有效提高涂层的防腐性能。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:
⑴ 本发明提供的后处理液的活性组分在水溶液中电离出高价金属离子,有利于破坏带负电荷的电泳漆乳胶的双电层结构,保证自泳漆乳液的充分破乳,能有效提高涂层的防腐性能。⑵ 本发明提供的后处理液是水性的,而且选用的活性成分均为无铬低毒性物质,环境友好。

实施例 1
水性后处理液的配方为(分量为质量):
碳酸锆铵:20
硫酸亚铁:5
水:500
具体操作为:按照上述配方,将原料混合均匀即得到水性后处理液;
该水性后处理液的使用方法为:使用浸涂方法将水性后处理液均匀地涂覆在自泳漆湿膜表面,再在要求温度下,进行充分的固化处理,即可得到综合性能良好的自泳漆涂层。

正丁醇锆:20
三氟化铁:5
水:500
具体操作为:按照上述配方,将原料混合均匀即得到水性后处理液;
