本发明公开了一种易剥离阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,该电缆料制备方法为:按各组分的重量份称取合适重量的原料;采用高混工艺,先将氢氧化镁、氧化铝、滑石粉、纳米级蒙脱土等无机粉体材料与大豆油和钛酸酯偶联剂在高混锅中充分预混,中速搅拌至50-60℃,倒出待用;加入聚氯乙烯树脂S-65、复合稳定剂和TOTP,高速混合至70-80℃,加入预混物,中速混合至90℃左右;加入CPE/三氧化锑,混至100℃;采用传统的150机押出、造粒,制得成品。本发明的制备方法及工艺非常简单,操作方便,组成原料配方及价格合理,制得的电缆料具有易剥离特性,良好的耐老化特性,以及燃烧低烟效果,兼具优良阻燃效果。

Description

一种易剥离阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种易剥离阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前中国经济正处在高速发展时期,电线电缆所涉及行业、领域越来越广,作用也越来越大,聚氯乙烯电缆料的使用量也随之逐年新高。目前PVC电缆料主要用于电力电缆,通讯线缆,汽车线,电子线等各行各业。但是在电线电缆生产过程中难免出现一些失误,导致电线电缆出现问题,可能由于剥离成本过大而导致整条电线电缆做报废处理。
如果采用易剥离的PVC电缆料,将大大节省剥离成本,为电线电缆企业节省资源。PVC电缆料燃烧时释放出大量烟雾和有毒的、腐蚀性的气体引起世界各国的重视,一旦发生火灾导致电线电缆的燃烧产生的后果将难以想象。特别是航空航天,汽车,公共场所越来越需要使用阻燃、低烟的电线电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易剥离阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,旨在解决现有的电缆料不具有易剥离特性,容易报废,不具有优良的阻燃效果的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种易剥离阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料,其组分的重量份为:
一种易剥离阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按各组分的重量份称取合适重量的原料;
步骤二、采用高混工艺,先将氢氧化镁、氧化铝、滑石粉、纳米级蒙脱土、ESO和钛酸酯偶联剂在高混锅中充分预混,中速搅拌至50-60℃;
步骤三、加入聚氯乙烯树脂S-65、复合稳定剂和TOTP,高速混合至70-80℃,加入预混物,中速混合至90℃左右;
步骤四、加入CPE/三氧化锑,混至100℃;
步骤五、采用传统的150机押出、造粒,制得成品。
效果汇总
本发明的制备方法及工艺非常简单,操作方便,组成原料配方及价格合理,制得的电缆料具有易剥离特性,良好的耐老化特性,以及燃烧低烟效果,兼具优良阻燃效果。

本发明是这样实现的,一种易剥离阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料,其组分的重量份为:
一种易剥离阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S101、按各组分的重量份称取合适重量的原料;
S102、采用高混工艺,先将氢氧化镁、氧化铝、滑石粉、纳米级蒙脱土、ESO和钛酸酯偶联剂在高混锅中充分预混,中速搅拌至50-60℃,倒出待用;
S103、加入聚氯乙烯树脂S-65、复合稳定剂和TOTP,高速混合至70-80℃,加入预混物,中速混合至90℃左右;
S104、加入CPE/三氧化锑,混至100℃;
S105、采用传统的150机押出、造粒,制得成品。

本发明的制备方法及工艺非常简单,操作方便,组成原料配方及价格合理,制得的电缆料具有易剥离特性,良好的耐老化特性,以及燃烧低烟效果,兼具优良阻燃效果。

步骤四、加入CPE/三氧化锑,混至100℃;
步骤五、采用传统的150机押出、造粒,制得成品。
