Abstract

一种刀体互成角度的连体铡刀装置,该装置包括刀片、轴套刀轴、刀组固定架、把手、底座;各刀片的一端通过刀轴连接,各刀片沿刀轴方向上设置有轴套,通过各刀片之间的轴套进行限位;所述轴套沿刀轴的径向存在坡度,以此可使各刀片之间产生一个角度a,该角度根据刀片的刃部形状以及刀片的厚度决定,其变化区间为2°~6°;所述刀片的另一端通过把手固定在一起;各刀片通过轴套以及刀轴的组合形成一副刀组,刀组通过刀组固定架固定在底座上。

技术领域
本发明涉及餐饮及食品加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种采用连体式刀具的铡刀装置。
背景技术
近年来餐饮及食品加工行业出现了各种各样的加工工具及设备,其中各种电器设备、终端智能化设备发展迅速,而传统工具器具、适用于小规模加工生产的小型设备发展却是相对滞后的,刀具的发展更是如此。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种小型铡刀装置,该装置将多把刀具整合为一套刀组,刀组间互成一定角度,以此解决了多把刀同时铡制时,被铡制物体卡在刀身之间的弊端,采用此方法设计并制作的铡刀方便实用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为一种刀体互成角度的连体铡刀装置,该装置包括刀片1、轴套2、刀轴4、刀组固定架3、把手5、底座6;各刀片1的一端通过刀轴4连接,各刀片1沿刀轴4方向上设置有轴套2,通过各刀片1之间的轴套2进行限位;所述轴套2沿刀轴4的径向存在坡度,以此可使各刀片1之间产生一个角度a,该角度根据刀片1的刃部形状以及刀片1的厚度决定,其变化区间为2°~6°。所述刀片1的另一端通过把手5固定在一起。各刀片1通过轴套2以及刀轴4的组合形成一副刀组,刀组通过刀组固定架3固定在底座6上。
所述刀组固定架3通过螺纹连接或焊接、铸造、卡扣的方式与底座6连接。
所述把手5将多把刀片1的另一端进行统一固定,使刀具切割产生着力点,方便使用。
本发明与现有的刀具相比具有如下的优点:将多把刀片结合到同一个器具上,可实现切割过程标准化、快速化。刀片互成的角度应保证切割的物料可以通过刀刃根部切不造成物料卡在刀片间的情况,或物料卡在刀片间但仍能较顺利的通过刀体,刀片之间存在一定角度解决了物料卡在刀片之间的问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,所述的刀片1通过刀片间轴套2及刀轴4固定在刀组固定架3上,刀组固定架3通过螺栓连接固定在底座6上;把手5带动刀片1绕刀轴4转动完成切割过程。
如图2所示,所述的刀片1之间互成一定角度a,这个角度通过各刀片1间的轴套2来实现,设置该角度a的目的是为了实现在铡刀铡制物料时不产生物料卡在刀身之间的情况,角度a的大小可以使刀刃间距离D1=D2为宜。
如图3为本发明的另外一种布置形式,如图3所示,所述的刀片1通过刀组固定架3上的槽固定在刀组固定架3上,刀组固定架3通过螺纹连接固定在底座6上;挡板7、把手5通过刀轴4与刀组固定架3连接,所述把手5带动挡板7绕刀轴4转动完成切割过程。
如图4所示,所述的刀片1之间互成一定角度a,这个角度通过刀组固定架3上的槽的倾斜角度来确定,设置该角度a的目的是为了实现在铡刀铡制物料时不产生物料卡在刀身之间的情况,角度a的大小可以使刀刃间距离D1=D2为宜。
图1为本发明专利的一个实施案例、图3为本发明专利的另外一个实施案例,本领域的专业人员可以依据具体需要实施的方式实现不同的设备布局以及功能调换。在这种组合情况的基础上引申出显而易见的变化及变动也处于本专利的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种刀体互成角度的连体铡刀装置,其特征在于:该装置包括刀片(1)、轴套(2)、刀轴(4)、刀组固定架(3)、把手(5)、底座(6);各刀片(1)的一端通过刀轴(4)连接,各刀片(1)沿刀轴(4)方向上设置有轴套(2),通过各刀片(1)之间的轴套(2)进行限位;所述轴套(2)沿刀轴(4)的径向存在坡度,以此可使各刀片(1)之间产生一个角度a,该角度根据刀片(1)的刃部形状以及刀片(1)的厚度决定,其变化区间为2°~6°;所述刀片(1)的另一端通过把手(5)固定在一起;各刀片(1)通过轴套(2)以及刀轴(4)的组合形成一副刀组,刀组通过刀组固定架(3)固定在底座(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种刀体互成角度的连体铡刀装置,其特征在于:所述刀组固定架(3)通过螺纹连接或焊接、铸造、卡扣的方式与底座(6)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种刀体互成角度的连体铡刀装置,其特征在于:所述的刀片(1)通过刀组固定架(3)上的槽固定在刀组固定架(3)上,刀组固定架(3)通过螺纹连接固定在底座(6)上;挡板(7)、把手(5)通过刀轴(4)与刀组固定架(3)连接,所述把手(5)带动挡板(7)绕刀轴(4)转动完成切割过程。
