数控机床机身结构直线运动传送机构,包括机床底座,机床底座上通过丝杆带动工作台,所述的机床底座两侧设有直线导轨,工作台架底部设有滑块,滑块架设在直线导轨上;所述的直线导轨截面呈工字型结构,滑块呈C型结构,所述的滑块至少设有2组,且相连的滑块C型口朝向相对,所述的相连的滑块上端面边缘设有凸块,所述的工作台与滑块接触底部设有凹槽,凹槽将相连的两组滑块上的凸块卡在一起。对比原结构,简化了装配调整时间,减少了摩擦系数,提高了机体运行速度,并减小了机身磨损速度。

本发明涉及数控机床设备领域,具体涉及数控机床机身结构直线运动传送机构。
背景技术:
现有的机床轴传动采用螺旋槽丝扣,加铜套型丝母配置,现有的加工难度大,工艺复杂,安装调试时间及工序较多,摩擦系数大且易磨损,保持机械精度时间短且运行速度慢。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种数控机床机身结构直线运动传送机构。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
数控机床机身结构直线运动传送机构,包括机床底座,机床底座上通过丝杆带动工作台,其特征在于:所述的机床底座两侧设有直线导轨,工作台架底部设有滑块,滑块架设在直线导轨上;
所述的直线导轨截面呈工字型结构,滑块呈C型结构,所述的滑块至少设有2组,且相连的滑块C型口朝向相对,所述的相连的滑块上端面边缘设有凸块,所述的工作台与滑块接触底部设有凹槽,凹槽将相连的两组滑块上的凸块卡在一起。
本发明有益效果在于:至少两组滑块相对卡在直线导轨上,避免脱轨,结构稳定,同时滑块与工作台无螺钉连接,对比原结构,简化了装配调整时间,减少了摩擦系数,提高了机体运行速度,并减小了机身磨损速度。

如图1所示的数控机床机身结构直线运动传送机构,包括机床底座1,机床底座上通过丝杆2带动工作台3,其中机床底座两侧设有直线导轨4,工作台架底部设有滑块5,滑块架设在直线导轨上;
如图2所示其中直线导轨4截面呈工字型结构,滑块5呈C型结构,其中滑块至少设有2组,且相连的滑块C型口朝向相对,其中相连的滑块上端面边缘设有凸块6,其中工作台3与滑块接触底部设有凹槽7,凹槽将相连的两组滑块上的凸块卡在一起。
