技术领域
    本发明涉及一种手动焊枪,尤其是涉及一种热铆焊接的手动焊枪。
背景技术
目前,现有的热铆焊接的手动焊枪在焊头调整中需要将焊头拆卸后调整好焊接的角度后,再装配使用。这样的方式焊接的装配后的焊头角度无法达到预先的角度。并且长期拆卸则影响手动焊枪的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热铆焊接的手动焊枪,解决焊头调整角度方便的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种手动焊枪,包括手枪型的连接体以及设置在连接体前端的焊头,所述的连接体中设置有超声波转换器,所述的连接体分为手握部和焊头连接部,所述的手握部与焊头连接部之间设置有转向套。
具体的,所述的转向套呈螺柱型,在转向套的前端设置有焊头连接套。
本发明的有益效果:1.此焊枪重量轻,尺寸小,方便工人操作;
2.焊枪前部可以180°转,方便工艺调整焊接角度。无需重新拆卸焊头,调整角度。

如图1所示,一种手动焊枪,包括手枪型的连接体以及设置在连接体前端的焊头1,所述的连接体中设置有超声波转换器2,所述的连接体分为手握部3和焊头连接部4,所述的手握部3与焊头连接部4之间设置有转向套5。具体的,所述的转向套5呈螺柱型,在转向套5的前端设置有焊头连接套6。
该焊枪重量轻,尺寸小,方便工人操作。2.焊枪前部可以180°转,方便工艺调整焊接角度。无需重新拆卸焊头,调整角度。
