一种增亮膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种增亮膜。
背景技术
液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)已经成为了当今最普遍的显示技术。LCD为非发光性的显示装置,需要借助背光模组才能达到显示功能,背光模组的主要构件包括:光源、导光板、各类光学膜片。背光模组的光学膜片主要包括反射膜、扩散膜和增亮膜三种。
增亮膜的作用是将向观察者视角之外的光线调整至观察者视角范围之内,即具有聚光功能,提高光线利用率。利用微棱镜结构对光线的全反射作用,使符合某种角度的光线被射出,即控制了光线的出射角度,不符合角度的光线经棱镜折射后返回背光模组,再次被利用。这样出射光线大部分集中分布在±35°(相对法线方向)的范围内,提高了中心视角的亮度,只有小部分光线的出射角度大于35°。
传统增亮膜具有并排等间距的棱,最优化的棱截面为等腰直角三角形,棱顶角为90°,相邻棱峰间距50μm。传统增亮膜的出射光强度随出射角的分布大部分出射光线集中分布在±35°的范围内,在35°~55°之间,光强随角度的增大而快速降低,但在70°左右又出现了一个峰值。所以在垂直光轴的投影面上,光强不是呈现轴(法线)对称分布,从而影响显示画面的质量及均匀性。为了得到高质量的显示画面,通常在增亮膜上搭配一张上扩散膜,亮度均匀性提高的同时降低了总透光率。
发明内容
为了克服现有增亮膜的上述不足,本发明提供一种能优化出射光角度的增亮膜。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种增亮膜,包括基材层,所述的基材层上复合有UV树脂聚光层,所述的UV树脂聚光层具有棱镜结构,该棱镜结构包括若干条相互平行的凸起的凸棱,所述凸棱的横截面呈现等腰直角三角形,相邻的凸棱之间相互衔接;
以基材层上表面上一点作为坐标原点,以凸棱的宽度方向为x轴方向,凸棱的高z的分布函数为: ,其中z的单位为微米,凸棱的底边长度l的分布函数为,其中l的单位为微米。
本发明的有益效果在于:由于每一条凸棱服从特定的函数分布,在高度方向和宽度方向都具有调整光线角度的效果,在得到均匀高亮的背光源的同时,可以有效遮盖背光源的轻微不良,即提高遮瑕性,更容易得到高质量的显示画面,提高背光模组的制程效率。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种增亮膜,包括基材层,所述的基材层上复合有UV树脂聚光层,所述的UV树脂聚光层具有棱镜结构,该棱镜结构包括若干条相互平行的凸起的凸棱,所述凸棱的横截面呈现等腰直角三角形,相邻的凸棱之间相互衔接;
以基材层上表面上一点作为坐标原点,以凸棱的宽度方向为x轴方向,凸棱的高z的分布函数为:,其中z的单位为微米,凸棱的底边长度l的分布函数为,其中l的单位为微米。
由于每一条凸棱服从特定的函数分布,在高度方向和宽度方向都具有调整光线角度的效果,在得到均匀高亮的背光源的同时,可以有效遮盖背光源的轻微不良,即提高遮瑕性,更容易得到高质量的显示画面,提高背光模组的制程效率。
在基材层上涂覆紫外光固化树脂,用模具轮对紫外光固化树脂进行压膜,再用紫外光照射,从而形成上述棱镜结构。

1.一种增亮膜,包括基材层,所述的基材层上复合有UV树脂聚光层,所述的UV树脂聚光层具有棱镜结构,其特征在于:该棱镜结构包括若干条相互平行的凸起的凸棱,所述凸棱的横截面呈现等腰直角三角形,相邻的凸棱之间相互衔接。
