本发明公开了一种覆晶薄膜的保护治具,包括把手,所述把手的一侧设有保护膜,所述把手背面设有磁条。本发明用于液晶平板电视机中液晶面板的组装,可有效避免液晶面板上的覆晶薄膜因组装造成的折损。

一种覆晶薄膜的保护治具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种覆晶薄膜封装技术,具体涉及一种用于液晶平板电视机中液晶面板组装的覆晶薄膜保护治具。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示屏因其必须具有高的分辨率和平整度,又要具有窄的屏幕框架面积,而采用覆晶薄膜封装技术(Chip On Film,COF),COF是运用柔性电路板作封装芯片载体将芯片与柔性电路板电路接合的技术。
通常市场上的液晶面板在左右两侧边大多设计有覆晶薄膜,而覆晶薄膜非常脆弱,在组装电视机前框的过程中,很容易被刮蹭到而造成损坏。因此,需要提供一种能够防止覆晶薄膜在组装电视机前框过程中遭到损坏的保护治具。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是提供一种覆晶薄膜的保护治具,用于液晶平板电视机中液晶面板的组装,起到保护液晶面板上覆晶薄膜的作用。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种覆晶薄膜的保护治具,包括把手,所述把手的一侧设有保护膜,所述把手背面设有磁条。
进一步技术方案,所述保护膜对应覆晶薄膜间隔排列设置于把手一侧。
优选的技术方案,所述保护膜为PET保护膜。
本发明的工作原理为:在组装平板液晶电视机的时候,在背光模组上放置液晶面板后,在对应覆晶薄膜的位置盖上本发明所述覆晶薄膜保护治具,然后盖上电视机前框,所述治具背面带有磁条,用于贴合在产品的铁背板上,以防止在翻转产品的时候因受重力掉落,在翻转产品后,将所述治具抽出,可有效避免液晶面板上的覆晶薄膜因组装造成的折损。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
在组装平板液晶电视机的时候,在背光模组上放置液晶面板后,在对应覆晶薄膜的位置盖上本发明所述覆晶薄膜保护治具,然后盖上电视机前框,所述治具背面带有磁条,用于贴合在产品的铁背板上,以防止在翻转产品的时候因受重力掉落,在翻转产品后,将所述治具抽出,可有效避免液晶面板上的覆晶薄膜因组装造成的折损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:参见图1所示,一种覆晶薄膜的保护治具,包括把手1,所述把手的一侧对应覆晶薄膜位置间隔排列设有PET保护膜2,所述把手背面设有磁条3。
参见图2所示,在背光模组4上放置液晶面板5后,在对应覆晶薄膜6的位置盖上本发明所述覆晶薄膜保护治具,然后盖上电视机前框7,所述治具背面带有磁条,用于贴合在产品的铁背板上,以防止在翻转产品的时候因受重力掉落,在翻转产品后,将所述治具抽出,可有效避免液晶面板上的覆晶薄膜因组装造成的折损。

1. 一种覆晶薄膜的保护治具,包括把手,其特征在于:所述把手的一侧设有保护膜,所述把手背面设有磁条。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种覆晶薄膜的保护治具,其特征在于:所述保护膜对应覆晶薄膜间隔排列设置于把手一侧。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种覆晶薄膜的保护治具,其特征在于:所述保护膜为PET保护膜。
