Abstract

本发明公开了一种炉盘支撑，包括：一将炉盘支撑固定到底盘的底座；一支承构件，包括便于固定板在支承构件中滑动的缺口、用于防止固定板滑出支承构件的卡片、用于顶住辐射炉盘底部的弹片。本发明将炉盘支撑牢固固定在底盘上，即使底盘翻转，辐射炉盘不会轻易掉落，且能够方便地实现炉盘支撑与底盘的安装。炉盘支撑还能够通过弹片调整辐射炉盘的位置，便于辐射炉盘固定在底盘上，同时还便于辐射炉盘与产品的微晶玻璃面板贴牢，提高热效率。产品材质为不锈钢，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新的炉盘支撑。
背景技术
现有的炉盘支撑的安装结构，为固定螺栓、螺母、弹簧、定位套组成。定位套材质为塑料，经长时间加热后容易碎裂，且底盘翻转时，炉盘会掉落。
发明内容
本发明就是提出只需一种支撑零件，就可以把辐射炉盘固定在底盘上的安装结构。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种炉盘支撑，用于对辐射炉盘进行支撑，其特征是，包括：一将炉盘支撑固定到底盘的底座；一支承构件，包括便于与所述辐射炉盘连接的固定板在支承构件中滑动的缺口、用于防止固定板滑出支承构件的卡片、用于顶住辐射炉盘底部的弹片。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述底座上设有与底盘上设置的底盘开口相配合的支撑卡扣。
进一步地，所述支撑卡扣前端设有方便安装的弯角。
所述底座或\和支承构件上设有与底盘上设置的底盘卡扣相配合的开孔。
所述卡片包括左右两个，分设于缺口两侧呈倒八字形状，用以阻挡固定板在缺口中滑出。
所述弹片与支承构件一体或分体形成。
所述弹片从缺口的一侧延伸而出。
所述缺口上还设有阻止固定板运动的止挡部件，，用以固定板在缺口中向下方向的限位。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述炉盘支撑还包括用于将支承构件固定在底盘上的背部支承件。
所述固定板通过螺钉与辐射炉盘固定。
所述炉盘支撑为不锈钢材质。
所述辐射炉盘的上下调节尺寸为8.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是，将炉盘支撑牢固固定在底盘上，即使底盘翻转，辐射炉盘不会轻易掉落，且能够方便地实现炉盘支撑与底盘的安装。炉盘支撑还能够通过弹片调整辐射炉盘的位置，便于辐射炉盘固定在底盘上，同时还便于辐射炉盘与产品的微晶玻璃面板贴牢，提高热效率。产品材质为不锈钢，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，现有的炉盘支撑的安装结构，为固定螺栓1、螺母2、弹簧3、定位套4组成。
如图2-图4所示，本实施例的炉盘支撑5，用于对辐射炉盘(9)进行支撑，包括：将炉盘支撑5固定到底盘6的底座5-4以及支承构件5-5，所述支承构件5-5通过背部支承件5-9固定在底盘6上。
所述支承构件5-5包括便于与所述辐射炉盘(9)连接的固定板8在支承构件5-5中滑动的缺口5-6、用于防止固定板8滑出支承构件5-5的左右两个卡片5-1、用于顶住辐射炉盘(9)底部的弹片(5-2)。
所述缺口5-6上还设有阻止固定板8运动的止挡部件5-8。
所述底座5-4上设有与底盘6上设置的底盘开口6-2相配合的支撑卡扣5-3，所述支撑卡扣5-3前端设有方便安装的弯角。
所述底座5-4和支承构件5-5上设有与底盘6上设置的底盘卡扣6-1相配合的开孔5-7。
所述固定板8通过螺钉7与辐射炉盘9固定。
所述卡片(5-1)包括左右两个，分设于缺口(5-6)两侧呈倒八字形状，用以阻挡固定板(8)在缺口(5-6)中滑出。从缺口(5-6)的正面看，两个卡片(5-1)分布呈倒八字，固定板(8)压入缺口(5-6)后，弹片(5-2)向上推动固定板(8)，固定板(8)有向上滑动趋势，两个卡片(5-1)用以阻挡固定板(8)在缺口(5-6)中滑出。
所述弹片(5-2)与支承构件(5-5)一体或分体形成。
所述弹片(5-2)从缺口(5-6)的一侧延伸而出。
所述缺口(5-6)上还设有阻止固定板(8)运动的止挡部件(5-8)，用以固定板(8)在缺口(5-6)中向下方向的限位，此处的止挡部件(5-8)是阻止固定板继续向下运动的，以进行限位。
所述炉盘支撑(5)还包括用于将支承构件(5-5)固定在底盘(6)上的背部支承件(5-9)。
所述炉盘支撑(5)为不锈钢材质。
炉盘支撑5底部的开孔5-7与底盘6的底盘卡扣6-1相配合，同时支撑卡扣5-3与底盘开口6-2相配合，使炉盘支撑5固定在底盘6上，不会轻易掉落。炉盘支撑5只需左右移动就能固定在底盘6上，如图2所示。
用螺钉7把固定板8固定在辐射炉盘9上，固定板8被炉盘支撑5的左右两个卡片5-1卡住，炉盘支撑5的弹片5-2可以把辐射炉盘9向上顶起，使辐射炉盘9刚好固定，如图3所示。
每个辐射炉盘9用三个炉盘支撑5固定，对好位置，直接下压就能把辐射炉盘9固定在底盘6上，如图4所示。
如图5所示，安装好微晶玻璃面板10，炉盘支撑5的弹片5-2可以使辐射炉盘9与产品的微晶玻璃面板10贴牢，使辐射炉盘9产生的热量不会在灶具内散开，提高热效率。
使用炉盘支撑5，即使底盘6翻转，辐射炉盘9也不会脱落。产品材质为不锈钢，使用寿命长，辐射炉盘9的上下调节尺寸为8.5mm。
上述虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述，但并非对本发明保护范围的限制，所属领域技术人员应该明白，在本发明的技术方案的基础上，本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (10)

1.一种炉盘支撑，用于对辐射炉盘(9)进行支撑，其特征是，包括：一将炉盘支撑(5)固定到底盘(6)的底座(5-4)；一支承构件(5-5)，包括便于与所述辐射炉盘(9)连接的固定板(8)在支承构件(5-5)中滑动的缺口(5-6)、用于防止固定板(8)滑出支承构件(5-5)的卡片(5-1)、用于顶住辐射炉盘(9)底部的弹片(5-2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述底座(5-4)上设有与底盘(6)上设置的底盘开口(6-2)相配合的支撑卡扣(5-3)。
3.如权利要求2所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述支撑卡扣(5-3)前端设有方便安装的弯角。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述底座(5-4)或\和支承构件(5-5)上设有与底盘(6)上设置的底盘卡扣(6-1)相配合的开孔(5-7)。
5.如权利要求1所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述卡片(5-1)包括左右两个，分设于缺口(5-6)两侧呈倒八字形状，用以阻挡固定板(8)在缺口(5-6)中滑出。
6.如权利要求1所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述弹片(5-2)与支承构件(5-5)一体或分体形成。
7.如权利要求1或6所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述弹片(5-2)从缺口(5-6)的一侧延伸而出。
8.如权利要求1所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述缺口(5-6)上还设有阻止固定板(8)运动的止挡部件(5-8)，用以固定板(8)在缺口(5-6)中向下方向的限位。
9.如权利要求1所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述炉盘支撑(5)还包括用于将支承构件(5-5)固定在底盘(6)上的背部支承件(5-9)。
10.如权利要求1所述的炉盘支撑，其特征是，所述炉盘支撑(5)为不锈钢材质。
