本发明公开了一种螺旋气体节能灶芯,它有外壳,其内有了混气筒,该筒的下部均布进风孔,上部的外壁有螺旋状凸筋,在该筒内有燃气进气管,混气筒的上面加塞,在混气筒的上端塞的外缘有分布均匀的出气缝,在外壳的下部有进风口,该口连鼓风机,外壳上面为灶口。本装置火焰温度高,适合炒菜的要求。有凸筋使气流形成螺旋式上升,更充分混合,燃烧充分,节能效果好;火焰旋转使锅底受热面积大,热效率高。本装置结构简单,成本较现市售灶具低,安装方便,饭店使用本装置比用煤环保且方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气的灶具,具体说是一种螺旋气体节能灶芯。
背景技术
一般饭店对炒菜火候要求较高,灶具火焰需适合急火快炒的需要,但现在的灶具火焰不够大,直火燃烧也浪费燃料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种螺旋气体节能灶芯,它火焰温度高,燃烧充分,节能效果好。
本发明的技术方案:本装置有外壳,其内有混气筒,该筒的下部均布进风孔,上部的外壁有螺旋状凸筋,在该筒内有燃气进气管,混气筒的上面加塞,在混气筒的上端塞的外缘有分布均匀的出气缝,在外壳的下部有进风口,该口连鼓风机,外壳上面为灶口。
上述的灶口有向内凹的边沿。
上述的塞的中部有凹槽。
本发明的优点在于: 1、火焰温度高,适合炒菜的要求。2、燃烧充分,节能效果好,因本装置中燃气与空气分别在混气筒及出气缝处两次混合,且有凸筋使气流形成螺旋式上升,更充分混合。3、塞的凹槽使燃烧的火焰加速旋转,使锅底受热面积大,热效率高。4、向内折的边沿有助于拢火,防风,火焰可折射到加热点,使旋转的火焰,不向外扩散。5、本装置结构简单,成本较现市售灶具低,安装方便,饭店使用本装置比用煤环保且方便。
