本发明公开了一种LED车灯,包括灯壳、安装在所述灯壳上的透镜、后盖板和控制电路板,所述灯壳、透镜及后盖板之间形成灯腔,所述控制电路板设置在所述灯腔内,所述控制电路板上安装有多个LED灯,还包括至少一个散热管和至少一个导热棒,所述散热管位于后盖板和控制电路板之间,所述散热管两端分别穿设出灯壳,所述导热棒位于灯腔内并与散热管连接,所述灯壳由内壳、外壳构成,所述内壳和外壳之间形成密封腔,所述密封腔内设有散热液体,利用热传导的基本原理和散热管的烟囱效应,将灯腔内部的热量散发出去,同时灯壳内设有散热液体的密封腔进一步的降低灯腔内的温度,有效的将灯腔内的温度散发出去,提高了车灯的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域,具体涉及一种散热型LED车灯。
背景技术
汽车前照灯是汽车的眼睛,在夜间行驶时起着非常重要的作用,LED灯由于其节能、环保、耗电少、寿命长的优点,现在汽车前照主要使用LED灯,随着对车灯照明的需求,车灯光源的不断增大,汽车车灯的功率也不断增大,在车灯的工作过程中会产生大量的热量,散热处理不好容易光衰,还会减少车灯的使用寿命,所以车灯的散热结构设计非常重要,现有的散热方式很多是采用自然散热,这样的散热方式结构简单,成本较低,但是效果并不明显。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种散热效果好,使用寿命长的LED车灯。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:散热型LED车灯,包括灯壳、安装在所述灯壳上的透镜、后盖板和控制电路板,所述灯壳、透镜及后盖板之间形成灯腔,所述控制电路板设置在所述灯腔内,所述控制电路板上安装有多个LED灯,其特征在于:还包括至少一个散热管和至少一个导热棒,所述散热管位于后盖板和控制电路板之间,所述散热管两端分别穿设出灯壳,所述导热棒位于灯腔内并与散热管连接,所述灯壳由内壳、外壳构成,所述内壳和外壳之间形成密封腔,所述密封腔内设有散热液体。
所述散热管上端为排气口,穿设于灯壳顶面,散热管下端为进气口,穿设于外壳底面。
所述导热棒为实心或中空管状。
所述散热液体为水。
采用了上述方案,通过在灯壳上穿设连接有导热棒的散热管,利用热传导的基本原理和散热管的烟囱效应,将灯腔内部的热量散发出去,同时灯壳内设有散热液体的密封腔进一步的降低灯腔内的温度,有效的将灯腔内的温度散发出去,提高了车灯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1,散热型LED车灯,包括灯壳4、安装在所述灯壳4上的透镜5、后盖板1和控制电路板2,所述灯壳4、透镜5及后盖板1之间形成灯腔8,所述控制电路板2设置在所述灯腔8内,所述控制电路板2上安装有多个LED灯3,还包括至少一个散热管7和至少一个导热棒6,所述散热管7位于后盖板1和控制电路板2之间,所述散热管7两端分别穿设出灯壳4,所述导热棒6位于灯腔8内并与散热管7连接,所述灯壳4由内壳401、外壳403构成,所述内壳401和外壳403之间形成密封腔402,所述密封腔402内设有散热液体。
所述散热管7上端为排气口,穿设于灯壳顶面,散热管下端为进气口,穿设于外壳底面。
所述导热棒6为实心或中空管状。
所述散热液体为水。
通过在灯壳上穿设连接有导热棒的散热管,利用热传导的基本原理和散热管的烟囱效应,将灯腔内部的热量散发出去,同时灯壳内设有散热液体的密封腔进一步的降低灯腔内的温度,有效的将灯腔内的温度散发出去,提高了车灯的使用寿命。

1.散热型LED车灯,包括灯壳、安装在所述灯壳上的透镜、后盖板和控制电路板,所述灯壳、透镜及后盖板之间形成灯腔,所述控制电路板设置在所述灯腔内,所述控制电路板上安装有多个LED灯,其特征在于:还包括至少一个散热管和至少一个导热棒,所述散热管位于后盖板和控制电路板之间,所述散热管两端分别穿设出灯壳,所述导热棒位于灯腔内并与散热管连接,所述灯壳由内壳、外壳构成,所述内壳和外壳之间形成密封腔,所述密封腔内设有散热液体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热型LED车灯,其特征在于:所述散热管上端为排气口,穿设于灯壳顶面,散热管下端为进气口,穿设于外壳底面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散热型LED车灯,其特征在于:所述导热棒为实心或中空管状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的散热型LED车灯,其特征在于:所述散热液体为水。
